Read all the reviews before purchasing, but purchased anyway. I really love coffee and I came to a point that I got tired of warming milk in the microwave so I purchased this product. I really enjoy the end results of the milk, whether it is warmed or frothed. However a week after I purchased this product, I started hearing this loud squeaking noise. I could not figure out what was causing it or where it was coming from. Per reviews on line they recommend to remove it from the heating element if it’s not working properly, but that did not make a difference. The noise does come and go, it doesn’t happen every time, but when it does, it’s not very pleasant to hear.

Takes a while and you can’t put more than eight ounces in at once if you’re going to froth, or twelve if you only want your milk warmed. At times it is easier to use the microwave than this.
