    Despite not having Image Stabilization, the photos do come out very crisp with the ISO increased to 800-1250. The details this gorgeous lens produces is just awesome. I highly recommend this lens priced at $169.00. However, I wish it had come with a lens hood. All in all, this Canon RF 50mm F1.8 is a worthy addition to your photography arsenal.

    Results were sharper and much better bokeh as compared to the kit lens included with my Canon R50. There is a considerable crop when using on an APSC sensor, and this does make it hard to use indoors. Great place to start due to the affordable price.

    This new RF 50mm F1.8 is, in my opinion, a real success, and a remarkable evolution of the EF 50 mm 1.8 STM. Exceptional sharpness is present as soon as you down-stop 1f aperture, and presents remarkable quality for portrait photography when mounted on APS-C (canon R7, 80mm equivalent).
    At this price, it’s a real bargain.

    Great product and I bought this lense thinking it would be a great first lense for all around pics boy was I wrong great lense for taking pictures with some short distance between you and object being photographed but not what I expected I should of bout the 35 I think lol first camera
