    I love the printer and it’s very easy to set up, however, printing documents can be a challenge, at times. Sometimes, it’s extremely difficult or impossible to print a document that has been moved from photos to files (like screenshots of important information). And when printing a cropped screenshot directly from photos, it automatically rotates the screenshot and makes it HUGE. There are definitely kinks to be worked out.

    I was unable to connect wirelessly! It would have been nice if a printer cable came with it for customers unable to connect wirelessly!

    Ues its cheap and feels like its not made well. But all I needed was a simple printer and it does just that. Nothing fancy. If you donlots of printing the ink does last long but is also inexpensive

    very bad. could not get it installed wirelessly at all. had to go buy a printer/usb cable to install it and then it wont feed the paper all the way. unsure if it ever worked and its to late to return it. stay away

    Its a basic printer. Works when you need it. Setting it up was difficult at first, kind of confusing. But i figured it out and now works well whith the pc or printing wirelessly theough my phone

    Not happy. Disappointed when it comes to scanning method. Do not like using my cell to scan.

    It does not allow you to just open a PDF file. You have to select the file then select an app to open it with. Difficult to set up without using the disk included. Had to register multiple times before it was accepted so i could install without the disk too.

    I needed a printer for making home made Christmas cards and rhis worked perfectly. The colors on it are wonderful, though depending on the paper the colors can be a bit dull. Over all its a good purchase

    It would not pair with my Iphone 12. Found out that Canon is having issues with the Apple phones pairing with all of their printers

    The printer is displeasing with each print it violently shakes and very loud. In fairness easy set up and normal print quality would not recommend for daily use.

    I ordered it online for pick up . Went there they said it wasn’t I stock . It would be quicker to ship . Now it’s says 2 weeks

    Wireless connection is not working correctly. Tried several times with the directions and it still won’t connect. Works well with the cable. Haven’t decided if I will return it or not for that reason.

    So far I really like this printer. It was quite easy to set up. Phone app worked quite well and I was able to print from my phone pretty easily. My only current complaint is it doesn’t seem to want to print anything but 4×6 prints but I’ll figure that out at some point. Maybe just a different app. Print picture quality is pretty good for such a cheap printer. Black and color carts came with it so that was a plus to get started quickly. The cartridges themselves are about $40 for the two and the printer only cost $50.

    Needed a simple printer, just a small printer with a conservative profile. After searching for months i found this Canon printer to suit my needs.
    The install was quick and simple and it prints like a dream

    Horrible printer. Won’t connect to wifi. Was on the phone with canon for an hour. They are sending a replacement.
    Was going to return it to bestbuy and they have a 15 day policy…ridiculous never will buy any from them again.

    I can’t evaluate this item because I made a mistake buying it. I didn’t notice that this was just a copy machine unable to scan any document.
    I had to return this product. Unfortunately, I did not know of your 14 days only return policy. Now I have a credit that is unuseful.
    The bad experience is an experience for the future mistakes

    I moved to a wireless printer due to having no CD Rom in my new laptop. I previously had the Workhorse of a printer HP 932. Too bad it couldn’t be used with my new laptop and also the ink was no longer easy to find. This Canon is also noisy and ink runs out quickly. I might be trading for a different printer.

    Works great! Not fancy, but it does what I want it to and it’s consistent. If you want a cheap printer, but you’re concerned about reliability, this is a great option!

    I love this printer! It connects to my iPhone and prints easily. The picture quality is great. It’s not too big, it prints fast, and the ink cartridge is easily replaced.
