An excellent printer in terms of print quality. The only negative is the software. Took forever to figure out how to scan as it gave me several options and took a while to see which was best for me. But the wifi was great and I loved how it found it effortlessly.

So far, so good. Haven’t had a lot of chance to use it. Replaced a Epson 830 expression which ended it’s ink pad life. It shuts itself off automatically after a certain amount of time, so you do have to power it back up before printing.

They have the best Customer Service for purchase, Technical Support is a joke at Best a minimum of a 25 minute wait to even reach someone and then you get a foreigner that doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing. Driver updates and basically the product has too much drama.

I’ve dealt with my fair share of printers over the years, but this one? Absolute nightmare! You’d think a big name like Canon would mean something, but nope, this thing is a total disaster. Despite throwing in new cartridges, cleaning it till it shone, and recalibrating it more times than I can count, it just wouldn’t print right. Blows my mind how a modern printer can’t even handle a simple image without messing it up. Even the printers from the 90s were leagues better than this piece of junk. Seriously, save yourself the headache and steer clear of this one. It’s just not worth it!

For unknown reasons, this printer does not like to communicate with my laptop. Copies just fine but won’t print documents, so it’s only useful about 20 % of the time.
