Only issue I have with this printer is that it does not start up automatically. So, you need to turn it on before pressing the print button and turn it off after your done or leave it on. One would think that such a basic process would be included.

Do not like, the panel does not light up, uses way too much ink, and it is way too hard to find out how to operate different things, can’t get fax to hook up. The biggest thing is the amount of ink it uses and price of the ink, liked my HP Office Jet so much better.

Noisy and drinks ink, but bought in a pinch when a previous Canon printer died and I need a same day replacement. Typical performance for a low end printer but if you need any economy of scale in your printing go for a laser and get it over with.

This thing prints OK…but here are the problems:
1) impossible to read the display – I have to physically move the printer to see
2) wireless won’t work – I plugged it in and it works that way, but NO ONE in my house including 2 technically proficient family members could get it set up.
3) biggest problem??? INK EATER! I literally replaced my ink one week ago…I have since printed approximately 30-50 pages….it’s already empty again.
I am a writer, I only print out black and white text documents, nothing fancy. If I have to spend $30 a week on ink, I may just give this thing away.
I would not buy this printer again knowing this. My previous Canon printer (no longer made) went a couple months without an ink change.

Hopeless. Trying to switch from PRINT to COPY or to SCAN is a nightmare. It needs more buttons–simple ones that say PRINT, COPY, and SCAN. This is one case where Lucy needs to hold it down so it can be kicked.

If you do not have your own wifi router do not even think of buying. It is impossible to use without one as there is no USB Port to import files. It is also very confusing to set up.

Printers are garbage, we all know this. This is at least one of the better entry level options. You will have to turn off WPA3 support temporarily to connect to the Wi-Fi if you have that enabled.

Perhaps I bought a dud and being my own negligence of not keeping my receipt and registering the product the printer stopped working at 125 copies. I don’t print a lot and had the printer a year before it died with endless error codes and not worth investing in repairs. Definitely not a high end product and disappointed quitting after light usage.
