Print quality is good but the instructions are very poor. once I watched some you tube videos I was able to figure it out. It has stayed connected to mi WiFi network without any problems. Also prints envelopes easily with second feed tray

This printer is not that bad. It gets the job done. It connected smoothly to MacBook for anyone wondering. I am taking off 1 start because it will not scan from the actual printer. It keeps saying “Connect Computer”. I cannot figure out what that even means after connecting the USB. The good news is that you can use the scan program on Mac or Windows and it will force the printer to scan.

What happened to Best buy. I attempted to contact customer service after my item that was supposed to be delivered the next day took almost a week to arrive. Customer service was terrible and lied straight to my face. They blamed Fedex, for their mistake. Anyways done with best buy. Went on amazon and purchased same item, and got it delivered faster. I will be returning Best buys shipment. Go Amazon!

So far very reliable. It took some extra doing to get scanning to work. Needed to install the app directly from Canon. Would not scan using the windows utility. The scan utility has a scan to email button, but pressing that does nothing. So just a little confusing but otherwise good product.

I hardly print anything, just once in a blue moon. Now at least I can scan/copy something other than taking pictures of documents with my phone. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Canon D570 is my first laser printer. Its quality is superb and I save money in B&W. Previously it was Canon ink-jet color exclusively, but D570 is instantly quick and better for a great many print jobs. After about 30 printers over the years the D570 is doing great for me.
