Very complicated instructions!! Still not together properly. When order was placed, it stated product set-up. Never got a call that morning to be informed delivery time. Just found it at door.

I ordered this from bedt buy. It does not say it is a wayfair product. Spent hours putting it together to find out yhe fireplace they sent is not the one that is supposed to be in it. The service rep did not listen well said my only option was to take it apart and them send me a new one ( probably with the wrong fireplace) or a 22$ credit thet would not just senf the correct fireplace to me. Be careful when u order something like this from best buy cause they are sending wayfair and tge only thing i ordered from wayfair took three shipments to get one that had to be scavaged from all shipments to get one complete item. The rep for best buy did not listen i had to keep repeating myself. Terrible customer service.
