    I purchased this counter oven while waiting 5 months for the GE Cafe slide-in electric oven. It was on sale for $100 less so be sure to check G.E. cafe website and BB for sales. This is a new product from Cafe. It’s a beautiful and easy to use toaster oven that includes air fry and any number of cooking options. The words on the “on” and “cancel” buttons came off and I notified G.E. Aside from a bit of wait on the phone, they exchanged my oven within a week. The new one has no problems – love it and use it daily.

    The best part about this oven is the menu system which is easy to navigate. It Cooks things very fast so you have to keep an eye on your food. This is a real benefit of course. However if you’re coming from a traditional air fryer which is what we got this for, it can be very challenging because it’s difficult to clean up. This makes it using it much more of a decision. You can get similar items like this for half the price we have the complete matching Appliance set so this was the only real option for my wife. My only other real complaint is the fact that the two top aright knobs are plastic and flimsy, for this price they should have been metal and much more sturdy.

    We purchased all matte white GE cafe major appliances (fridge, slide-in induction range, double drawer dishwasher) (we love ALL OF THEM) for our remodeled kitchen, even the matte white coffee maker. We could not wait to get this gem. Big BIG disappointment. The finish does NOT match the major appliances nor the other countertop appliances. It is flimsy metal material painted with a pearlized cream/white paint that has a polished shimmery look. We unboxed it. Put it in its place we had been waiting 8months for it and reboxed it up within 10 minutes. Not worth the price. Does not match. Very disappointed it may cook great, but not for the money.

    Our air ovens fan quit working and since we own other CAFE’ appliances we decided to try this oven.. We love it!!! Tried it as soon as we got home, we made fish & tots using the air fryer… so crispy & so well done!!

    Cafe needs to rethink this toaster oven. There are a lot of great things about it. It turns itself off. A major plus! It uses way less electricity than an oven. My electric bill actually went down! I can’t say it was because of this, but nothing else changed when I stopped using my 30 inch oven. It roasts very nicely. The picture makes me chuckle a bit because it’s a VERY tight fit for a whole chicken or a turkey breast. And they splatter. But for a few portions of salmon, roasting red pepper slices, even roasting small to medium sweet potatoes, it does very nicely. Forget cookies. My cookies were a disaster (and I’m an experienced baker). Some were pale in the middle and browned on the edges, some were barely baked, some were a deep brown-and that was all on the same tray! The biggest down side is that it’s impossible to clean. I have tried several different methods. The glass door was manageable with a baking soda paste and a razor blade. But the interior is a mess. There’s just no way to easily remove the splatter on the walls, not to mention the splatter behind the heating elements! Nightmare! The settings are a little tricky but once you learn them, they’re okay. However it is VERY easy to accidentally change the setting while adjusting the timer. And you have to learn that if you don’t press start again after the preheat, it will turn itself off. A good safety feature but can be annoying. IF Cafe could figure out a way to have this little guy self-clean, it would be a winner.

    Great toaster oven with all of the features. My only complaint is that the wire rack runs left to right, which makes it harder to slide food out than my old toaster oven. It is quite large, but this is more of a mini-oven than a large toaster.

    This toaster oven/air fryer has exceeded my expectations. I use it for everything from my morning toast (no more setting off the smoke detectors!) to reheating leftovers perfectly to air frying my husband’s often requested french fries. Tbh, I chose the café couture over other brands for it’s good looks—I refused to have some ugly plastic monstrosity on my counter. I hoped the oven would cook well, and I wasn’t disappointed. If you mostly cook for one or two, this can replace your main oven and microwave. The simple delight of reheating a slice of pizza or pastry and it comes out gently heated to crispy perfection is worth it alone. Highly recommend.

    This machine works great. It heats up quickly and for some modes doesn’t even require a preheat. I like the pizza feature, it cooks a frozen pizza perfectly. It’s nice that it connects to WiFi so you don’t forget to leave it on. The lighting also looks good when it’s on. The design is really nice.

    Fantastic, Easy to Use and beautiful!! My children and I live in a small apartment in the Texas heat and using our big oven just over heats the entire apartment. This oven is perfect and easy to use. My daughter loves cooking and has used every setting on this oven and asks why I didn’t get it sooner.

    Beautiful appliance, the appearance is very appealing. The air fryer is great all in all it performs very well. BUT mine is 7 months old and the timer is broke, which that is why I hate digital things! I am hoping to get it resolved, fingers crossed! It replaced my 18 year old delongi which was still going strong. So disappointed
