    Timely shipment and delivery. Pricing was good and cheaper than most other supply stores. Printer works excellent and would recommend people purchase Brother printers and avoid Epson. Brothers support helpful

    There are toner residue spots showing up on the printed docs. Also, the packaging was a torn box halfway open and tape applied in a very disheveled manner. The last few shipments I have received from Best Buy have not been professional in its packing method.

    The first 30 to 40 pages come out with excess ink. I’m not sure how to fix that, but afterword it works just fine.
