The MFC-L2750DW does a great job printing, copying, and scanning documents. However, if you print envelopes, you will hate this printer unless it is in the middle of the room or you can easily access the back to pull down a flap and push down 2 levers. Envelope text is then crooked. Had to return the printer.

Owned this one’s baby brother. We skimped on the first one and got the flat single-sheet scanner. Have since upgraded to this and loving every minute. Scans can now be sent to a networked folder, scanned 300+ pages of military docs with very minor hiccups. Next printer we ever buy will also be from Brother & hopefully Best Buy. : )

the printing is crisp, no phantom lines as my previous printer
was creating. scan function works well. i have unplugged the fax
at this time. 2 toner packets were included. i am pleased with this purchase.

Great all-in-one laser printer. Quickly links to Windows 10 & 11 laptops and iPhone 12’s. Prints very crispy and clean. Touch display makes general and individual settings user friendly. Toner is easily installed. Missing the ease of some of the extra buttons from my previous unit and wish the output tray area had more space. Also note it draws enough power to dim the lamps upon warm up and during some operations. Haven’t configured the fax yet. Will edit if possible afterwards. Overall very happy.

IT pro, installed literally hundreds of printers in my career and personal life. I’ve literally never run into a printer with so many issues. Bought the first one, removed all of the tape, installed paper and cartridge, plugged in network and power cables, powered it up – nada. The machine lit up, but the UI never came up on screen. Exchanged today for another. Now it tells me I’ve got a paper jam, literally BRAND NEW – never run. I’ve gone through every video online (both on Brother’s website and youtube) searching for how to clear this error (why am I clearing this error again?), nada.
This second printer is going back, and I’ll never purchase another Brother item again.

I’m a small/home business owner, for 19 years now. A multi-function laser printer is exactly what I need. I don’t print often, but when I do, it needs to just work. And having the ability to scan (color) and fax is fabulous too. My last Brother multi-function laser printer lasted me 17 years — tough to argue with that! But, alas, the old one died and needed to be replaced. I liked that old one so much I bought the newer (bigger better faster) version of the same thing, and so far, so good. The old one did not do WiFi, and this one does. The old one didn’t play nicely with my iPhone/iPad, but this one does. For a small/home office, this is a fabulous business tool I can’t be without.

So far this printer has been performed exceptional. The prints are quick and very clean with nice resolution. Have tried the scanning a couple of times 1 doc and 1 image – Worked great, better than my 9 yr old Epson flatbed scanner.
Have not used the copy feature or dual sided printing just yet.
My wife has seriously been putting it through the paces, no complaints at all.
Oh, I almost forgot, it’s even more quieter than the replaced Brother Laser Printer we were using, still do, just not as much.
The interface is very simple, liked that it auto updated itself right off. Quick effortless install adding to my network.
No complaints, but I have only owned this for about 3 or 4 weeks I believe, but it does get used a bunch.
Will update this after about 6 months or so.

This replaced my HP Color laser which I just got fed up with having to spend $400 to replace the toners. I didn’t use color that ofter so I went for the best value monochrome. I’ve owned Brothers before and always liked their ruggedness and performance. Set up[ was easy on my Mac.

I had a brother way back and generally it worked well and what I like about the printer was the technical support it provided. I had to call in a few times because of network connection issues and the scanner function not working properly. Tech support was able to assist me with that after a really long phone call.
What I hated about the printer was the multipurpose paper feeder. I print a lot of labels and print on backside of a paper that was already printed. Problem was the labels. I could only use about halfway and when trying to reuse the rest, it would scrunch up the paper. As for envelopes, it never worked. It alwasy scrunched it up and made it useless.
When the printer finally died after about 4-5 years, I replaced it with a B/W HP and a Color Canon (both laser). They both work flawlessly and the MP feeder works great with paper, labels and envelopes. What I don’t like too much is the touch screen interface. It’s too small for fingers and I prefer the actualy push buttons. Canon is a bit slower than the HP but still works well.
When I needed another printer for another office, I decided to try this L2750DW as it seemed to be a good value with the toner package and though it now also uses the touchscreen interface, it also has the good old fashioned push buttons for numbers. Installation for one of the computers was fine but my newer computer couldn’t find the printer. I called in tech support and somehow it found a printer when I tried again. BUT again the MP tray cannot handle any papers! Whenever I try to print from that feeder, it says there’s a jam even though there’s nothing there. I have clear it every time and it jams again. I can’t believe after all these years, Brother still hasn’t address this known issue. Yes, it was a known issue, cause many reviewers had complained about this same thing in my old model. Surprised nobody has complained abou this yet. Or maybe not many people use this function.
Anyways, I’m not going to stick with this issue for the next several years and will be replacing it with a Canon as it’s currently on sale. I really wanted keep the brother for the lifetime technical support but I didn’t even have to call tech support for the HP and Canon…

THE WORST PRINTER EVER. I HAD TO CONNECT THIS PRINTER 3 TIMES A WEEK BEFORE I PRINT. I CALLED BROTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAD NO SOLUTION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. EVEN AFTER CONNECTING THE PRINTER, THERE WAS ERROR MESSAGE AND IT WOULD NOT PRINTER.

Fabulous printer with flawless operation. I have been struggling with another brand of ink jet printer for several years and finally switched to this Brother laser printer. Prints consistently from both my Windows laptop and iPhone. Receives and sends faxes. Scans. Copies. All in duplex. Super simple to setup and operate. Print quality, even in draft mode, is clear. Can easily print an envelope by manually feeding. Toner cartridges are reasonably priced and non-proprietary. I love everything about this all-in-one printer. I will never go back to an inkjet printer or the other brand.
