There is no feed tray only copies on the glass. Scanning therefore has to be done one page at a time. Won’t connect to Airplay to print from mobile devices. Network setup was torture. I don’t recommend it. If I hadn’t tossed the box in the trash on trash day I’d have returned it.

Loved the laser like print quality. HATE the documented problem with the printer going to sleep after every print job requiring to be powered off/on to get WiFi printing to work. I scoured the web and other blogs for a solutions to no avail. The printer doesn’t forget my wireless network, but just isn’t available to print without being powered off & on. Returning ASAP before the return window closes. Brother, get it together!!

Envelopes are nearly impossible to print. They require hand-feeding each individual envelope and if you do not do it exactly right, you get a paper jam error, then have to open and reset everything. You have to open the back to print envelopes so it cannot be up against a wall. I found this out 2 days past the 15-day return time period (I had guessed I would have a month like Amazon offers, but nope – 15 days!) I am unhappy and stuck.

This is a very good printer for this price range. It is a color laser printer with more-than-adequate print quality for a home or small business office. It does print quickly, and can print a 2-sided page. While it does scan, copy, and print I hadn’t realized that it does not have a scan or copy feeder, but rather requires that you place the document on the screen one-at-a time. it was easy to set up and worked right away with our wifi system.

I actually love this printer, but it’s 6 months out of warranty and won’t print. I’ve only printed about 350 sheets. It prints one sheet and gives me an error code “Print unable 02, turn the power off and turn back on.” So for every sheet I print or copy I have to turn it off and turn it back on. The printer repairman at my office said this code means there’s a paper jam at the feed motor, but there is not.
