Thiss was ordered was picked up on November 22 along with Mac Pro 16 which they never gave me a price match whem I found the item selling cheaper. I bought 5 items on one day. The only price drop was the Mac Pro for 2299.99. 6to10 December the price dropped to 1999.99 at Best Buy. Called price match several times. Found out they thought Ireceiced a Bundle. That did not happen. I paid for everything at regular price. In addirion, they new there was no bundle for the Mac Pro 16 2019. So they did not honor it.

This is an excellent laser printer. This Model with a spare extended toner cartridge is an especially good buy. It is always a good idea to have a spare available.

I’ve had 3 variations on this printer for at least 12 years. These Brother Laser Printers seem to last forever with never a problem. I got this one because I was replacing an older one that I gave to my daughter for school. This is a slightly better one than my previous printers because it has wireless capability. The XL package was more expensive but I computed costs and figured out that due to the high capacity cartridges, over the long term I was saving money. As long as you don’t want a color printer, this B&W model is great and long lasting.

Pros: Simple to set up / relatively small footprint / wireless connection works well / decent print quality & speed / not prone to jamming. Basic laser printer does what it is supposed to do without much fuss.
Cons: no scanning/copying capability – if you want an all-in-one multifunction unit then you need to look elsewhere.

This is a great printer for a home office. Setup was simple. Other reviews complained about not being able to get it out of sleep mode to print. You Tube will show an easy fix on the settings to disable deep sleep mode which then automatically puts it into sleep mode instead and wakes up any time it gets a print job. Also I read negative reviews about label printing. Follow directions! You need to flip open the back door and manually feed label sheet into the drawer in the front, do not load label sheets in paper tray. All in all a great simple printer with nice sharp crisp print. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic printer for home use or small business. The cartridges are very reasonable and last a long time. This printer works great printing from desktop or Iphone wirelessly. I had the larger Brother (same style) but downsized…it fits perfectly on small shelf in a cabinet.
Print speed is excellent. Never jams.

Don’t bother getting this printer if you ever want to actually print. Despite the drivers being updated, every time I want to print, none of my devices can connect to the printer. Each time I want to use it I have to reset the Wi-Fi settings on the printer. 1 star for Brother’s terrible usability. When it works the printing is quick and good quality, but too bad it takes at least ten minutes each time I need to print a single page.

This printer is robust, highly efficient and easy to use. You just need to connect it to an outlet near your desk, add some papers, and you are good to go. You have nothing else to do. I bought the same printer ten years ago. It worked like a Swiss watch. I never add any issues with it. Of course, after ten years, it needed to be replaced. I am a teacher. I printed thousands and thousands of pages on it.
