    This is an awesome coffee pot. You can do so many things with it. You can make a pot of coffee you can use a pod or you can use your own ground coffee as well. I love this pot it’s awesome

    So far it is great! we make 3 to 6 pots a day so only time will tell. The flavor infuser is working to evenly distribute the flavor is a consistent pot

    Excellent coffee maker. Easy to program and easy to use. The only problem I ran into was with the single use cartridge. Unless the cartridge is pressed down firmly before the top is closed the nozzle might not completely go through the bottom and you’ll end up with coffee everywhere. Learned the hard way and haven’t had an issue since.

    Pros: This device brews coffee with gusto. The single cup brewer is really nice to have.
    Cons: This thing is massive. It will barely fit under normal kitchen cabinets and will likely be required to be setup on a counter top without overhead cabinets.

    Flashing lights/Wont work. Customer service says I can send it back for refund but honestly it was cheap enough on one day sale it’s not worth my effort.

    The customer service number is a repeating message that will annoy you with it’s repetitiveness until you hang up

    Try for your self:

    As of today I would not suggest you purchase.

    Finally excellent brew and if you only want a single, you don’t have to deal with Keurig weak single cup as this has a basket, you can make a very strong single cup. Love this new coffee maker.

    We didn’t actually brew coffee with it. So, I can’t speak to the quality of what it is actually used for. However, it is very deep (from front to back). We purchased to replace 2 coffee makers (one standard, on K-Cup) to minimize countertop space. However, we could not fill the coffee maker with water because of it’s depth (extended back under our cabinetry). Also, the internal plastic seems kinda cheaply made.

    I really love it it’s compact the one side makes great coffee the other side I can have one cup of coffee when I want it I have also had tea and hot chocolate the water gets warm extremely quick and again I love the product

    Purchased as gift, this stopped working in one month. Manufacturer BRIM continues to make replacing the most difficult return process ever, asking for more (now, it’s more photos + a VIDEO of my recipient “cutting the cord”). Awkward! The recipient shown in attached photo isn’t acceptable to BRIM. BB advised that it absolutely should be.

    Worse coffee pot I have ever bought. A month later the big part of brewing starts leaking badly like the seal came off. I returned it and bought a Ninja at Sam’s club. Love it!

    Biggest piece of junk. This coffee maker worked good for 3 or 4 months of regular use in a 4 member household but then the single side brew stopped working. My return period at Best Buy expired so I contacted Brimm. On the first call I was asked for the purchase details and product information so they could process a replacement or refund. After submitting these they then asked for a video of the faulty product in operation and after I submitted this they asked for me to send a picture proof that I had cut the power cord from the appliance. I did all this but am still waiting on the refund.
