    Machine is great. Easy to use, compact, makes great espresso. Just wish it had a distributor tool, or possibly something for measuring out the beans. But those can be purchased separately.

If you are looking into getting into the espresso world and dont want to commit to a really expensive machine, this is your go to beginner espresso machine!

    Espresso machine is good at first but starts to have trouble in less than a year. The double shot starts to poorly dispense and dribbles a few drops of espresso gets clogged a lot,The Coffee comes out on one side most of the times and is not very hot. Makes weak coffee.
    This Breville is no different than all other ones we have purchased and returned.
    It does not froth milk hot enough and I have to do one more cycle to get it hot enough. The frother does not work all the time and have to clean machine again in morning running a water cycle to get it to work.
    I clean this machine after each use. There is no extra tools to clean this like a needle to get into the holes in porta-filter cleaned well. The porta-filter is plastic as well as metal so it is not that good quality.
    We bought warranty and need to take this back just like all the others in less than 1 1/2 years. Getting tired of exchanging espresso machines. I wish someone would create one that is consistent.

    Excellent product. I have been wanting an espresso machine for some time. This entry level model from Bambino is everything I could want. I eyed the Bambino Plus for a little, but decided the additional features were not necessary for my use. This model does everything I need and got me drinking espresso the next day.

    My first ever espresso machine. Great purchase! I paired it with the Breville Smart grinder Pro and its equivalent to having a $700 espresso machine. It does exactly what you need it to do: good coffee. I suggest you spend a good time patiently dialing your grind to find the perfect setting for its portafilter. I do grind size 9 at 16 seconds. It yield about 17g of ground.

    I was concerned when I switched from a much larger Breville to a smaller machine that I would loose some quality but since my old machine was almost 10 years old, I feel that the new technology in this revel bambino is exceptional. I noticed it draws a lot of energy when I push shots but the quality of the shots and the texture are really good. The small footprint of the new machine and how fast it’s ready to pull espresso shots. I went with this model because I don’t make a lot of cappuccinos or milk based coffees so for the price point I believe it is spot on. It’s also an easy machine to use.

    This is a great espresso machine for the value! It took me a bit to get used to it and learn how to use it, never owning an expresso or coffee machine before but it was easy to learn.
    One tip is to buy quality beans and grind them fresh, it drastically improves the quality and for not that much more in cost.

    I was initially debating between this one and the Bambino Plus because I wasn’t sure I would be able to get a good milk froth without the machine doing it for me and that it would be difficult to learn. But it wasn’t! Practice with some water and dish soap to get the technique and you’ll be creating perfect microfoam for your lattes in no time!

    This was a great purchase and investment. Breville has not let me down yet.

    Picture attached is the first latte I made (in a Starbucks cup to get the measurements right) and it tasted just like it was from a cafe!!

    Works as good as can be expected for an entry level machine. Have been using it for a little over 1 month now so still learning all of the settings. As far as Pros the machine does good for the price point which was expected from a Breville product. Only Con so far is that when I make two doubles shots in a row the second pull always over draws by almost double. This happens even when I purge the system before the first shot. As far as recommending this item to someone else, it was a good as an entry level machine but if possible maybe save up and get a high end model.

    I purchased this machine for my husband for Christmas. He uses it everyday and loves it. His favorite feature is how it makes water for my tea so quickly! I personally love how it doesn’t take up too much counter space, compared to other espresso machines. We have had zero complaints so far!

    Slim and compact quality espresso machine. Only thing hard to use is the filters are very tight and hard to remove if you want to change from dual shot to single shot.

    My machine stopped working within the first couple of months. To get it to work, Breville said I needed to buy an “accessory.” However, because of their “generosity,” they’d send me it for free (in two weeks time). Parts necessary for the machine to work should be included. I would not buy this machine.

    Excellent espresso, semi-automatic, but with the ability to customize. Heats up for hot water or steam very quickly. It’s my first coffee/espresso maker of any type, and I’m very satisfied with it. No issues at this point, have been using it daily for about a month.

    We returned the product but everything we read about it was fantastic. Best Buy needs to have a longer with receipt return policy. 15 days especially over busy holidays is trash policy.

    I became fed up with yearly replacing my DeLonghi espresso machine due to very bad leaks, despite periodic descaling per the instructions. So, my wife encouraged me to pull the trigger on the Breville Bambino, even though it cost 3 times what the DeLonghi did.

    My Bambino is too new to know about its longevity. But the espressos I have been making are much better than the DeLonghi, and the cappuccinos are amazing. The steam wand is so much better, and produces such silky microfoam. Also, this machine comes with a very nice pitcher for the steamed milk.I have hopes of even doing latte art, with a bit more practice. i could not be happier.

    The Bambino comes with 2 single-wall filters, and 2 double-wall filters, which sit inside the portafilter handle. (1 for single shot and 1 for double shot). The instructions say that the double-walled filters are for pre-ground or inferior coffee. But I found that even with excellent, freshly ground coffee (I have a burr grinder at home), my results have been better with the double-walled filters. I just mention this to be helpful. Not as a complaint.
