    It worked only twice and then one of the heads stopped working, by the way, it’s also very tedious to create a work order from the manufacturer to get it repair, since you have to do everything yourself, so definitely buy the extended warranty if you are considering buying this.

    I really enjoyed this product! At home you have time to do it whenever you want and stop if hurt you. Actually doesn’t hurts, but I realized as much shorter the hair as much less painful it is. It is really powerful and the battery holds time enough.

    Not impressed. I bought this during covid when places were closed down and it irritated my skin badly.

    First time I used this and yes, it can be a bit painful. But you get used to it ! It has been over a week and the hair still has not grown out. I used this for my side burns because they grow very thick. I would shave them every three days and they just grown back even more and thicker . So glad I got this epilator; no more embarrassing side burns for me 🙂

    I’m only sorry that I missed the return date because this product does not work on my hair. I don’t know if it’s too curly or what, but this product simply won’t pick up the hairs to remove them! A total waste of money!

    So many improvements. I’ve used these machines for 15 + years and best improvement is how much easier and completely it can be cleaned, pre shave to shorten hair too long, better information on use and care, battery, etc…
    Very good and even though I don’t use it in the shower, water proof is a very nice improvement. Good attachments!

    it was perfect and fine until i tried to clean off the hairs off the blade. the coil fell off and i have not being able to place it back.
