NOT. Worth. The. Money. “Clean” button will lock the brew mechanism until the maker thinks it’s done. Unable to brew for an hour. Unplugging won’t clear it. Regret buying this at least twice a week.

This coffee maker has some useful features like a removable water tank, seven brew sizes to choose from, and a separate dispenser for hot water for things besides coffee. It is somewhat tall and the lid flips up where coffee goes, so consider that if you plan to have this under a cabinet.

I love this coffee maker! It is so versatile and easy to use. I love that you can adjust the water temperature because I like mine extremely hot and my husband likes it warm.

I feel like it over flows a lot (the grounds touch the lid when brewing) and we measure the coffee and water we put in, so that makes for extra cleaning. Maybe I didn’t read up; but I wish there was a way to put the drip stop on, and still keep my coffee hot… That doesn’t seem to be possible.

This is a good coffee pot if you want to use the carafe for less than half the coffee pot just keep it on half or full and just add the water you want and the hot plate will heat up whatever water you added

This coffee make replaced a Ninja which was only a year old. The Ninja water container would leak! This Braun has been a dream! Not only does it work seamlessly but it also is compact for what it does! Honestly I wish I would have looked at this one a year ago!

I love the choice of cup sizes… From a small cup to a whole carafe. Being able to adjust the temperature while brewing a cup of tea to get the best flavor is a great feature! I really wanted to like this coffee pot since it did have a lot of cool features BUT it has a lot of issues. The first one I ordered didn’t work at all but BB took the return no problem and I ordered a second one. First off the drip stop does not work at all, second the LED lights on the time are slowly disappearing but the most annoying is the caffe leaks from around the upper lid on to your counter. Bummer I paid a lot of $$! It’s actually 2:10 on the picture

The absolute worst coffee machine ever. 1st one of the numbers went out. 2nd to put the coffee in it’s best to be left-handed. It’s barely 6 cups. It’s stuck on CLEAN

This coffee maker brews a good cuppa, but the build quality and user experience are a little suspect. One of the rings you use to grab the coffee cone out of the brewing chamber snappe off while tapping it on the side of the sink, and the LEDs on the display started to fail within months of purchase. Also, setting a brew timer is needlessly complicated/obtuse.

Honestly wish I didn’t purchase this. I bought it prior to moving so I didn’t open it until well after I moved. For the price I expected the coffee to be fantastic, but it is not. You have to empty the water and used coffee inside the machine fairly often and it’s very messy inside. Once you put the beans in the top there is no way to get them out if you want to change your brew like do a decaf later in the day unless you turn the machine over. It gives you a low bean warning when it’s still pretty full so if you want to change beans your first few brews will be mixed. I tried all three heat settings and I would rate them as cool, warm, and barely hot so if you use milk this machine is not for you. It just does not extract the flavor I expected. I would have returned it but I opened it past the return by date. Guess I’m out a decent amount of money because the coffee it makes is not good.

I initially loved this product. It makes great coffee, and it looks amazing. The issue I am dealing with now is that the digital display is slowly besrning out. I have only owned this product for maybe 7 months. I have the product adequately surge protected and yet the product is still failing. I am seeking the manufacturer warranty to resolve this issue currently.

Really like my machine when i first got it. Fast forward a year later, keep getting error messages and some digits of the display pannel wont light up anymore. Coffee makers should last for years and bot crap out after a year. We take good care of the machine by cleaning it and changing out filters and that wasnt enough. Lot of companies today are more about quantity instead of quality. Braun use to be good quality, not anymore. Last Braun product I will ever purchase until they step their game back up!

I love this coffee pot. I love that it has separate hot water and that I can make a cup of coffee or a pot of coffee. If I want in between a pot and a half a pot then you just fill the water to the amount of coffee you want. The automatic start was a little challenging at first but I figured it out and now I use it everyday. Very happy with this and I would highly recommend it.

Too soon after purchase for 5 stars. But so far so good. It makes tasty coffee, and the hot water function is nice when we feel like tea. The question is longevity. If it lasts for several years and continues to work like it is currently it’s a 5 star model.

I loved how this maker read; it had all the options we were looking for. But, within a few months, the digital display started failing so the numbers were hard to read. I let that pass but then the whole machine just stopped working after only 7 months. Terrible!!

I bought this thinking it was going to be a long-lasting unit with all the features I would ever need. I’ve now been using it for about 10 months. Several months ago a few of the LED segments went out so you can no longer read the clock, and it’s started to leak water from somewhere, which puddles underneath the coffee maker. I had placed the unit on a wooden tray so I could slide it under the cabinets easily. The puddled water sort of destroyed the tray. Also, the “drip stop” lever does not always stop the drip, so coffee dribbles onto the hot plate when you remove the carafe. And lastly, no matter what coffee setting you put it on, the coffee grounds float above the edge of the paper coffee filters and get into the coffee. I prefer the paper filters because the reusable filter left too much sludge in the coffee. I’m pretty disappointed overall.
