Pepper –
It has a good day and night vision. Only problem is a few lines going through the screen when the vehicle is running.

But the lines don’t move when you turn the wheel, you also need to press the camera button to turn it on. A little annoying
MrVi4 –
If you not have a rearview camera with your car this one gives you a good picture to see whats behind your car. Only after two years sometimes the picture stops working for a while and then it works again. Haven’t found why.

The bullet points:
– Good but not great video overall.
– Great night video – in color.
– Wide but distorted view – fish eye.
– Lens fogged up in under 5 months of summer and fall driving.
We have had a rainy fall and this one “failed” during this month – 5 months in. It is not a 100% fail but there is clearly moisture in the lens and it is all fogged up. I have had a few different backup cameras and I would gladly pay more for one that didn’t fail from moisture. This is one of the quickest I have had fail. I truly question the IP68 rating – which was one of my criteria. Maybe this is a good one in Southern California or the desert but not where it rains or snows.
Other than that, I find the wide angle lens to be a good thing when backing up for detecting people and objects but an adjustment for the actual backup process. The lines were useless with factory settings in my head unit and due to the fish eye effect, red was at the very edge of my screen. The night visibility was great with this camera though.

Poor vision. After heavy rainfall my camera is fogged up & i can not even see days after the rain.
