Coutte925 –
I owned Sony WH-1000M3, Bose 700, Bose QC35II & Bowers & Wilkins PX headphones. Out of all these headphones I would say these are my favorite. Reasons are the sound; great imaging, very open sound stage for closed back headphones and great bass, mids, and treble without overpowering each other; noise canceling, they can do better at canceling noise in really loud environments, but the good thing about B&W noise canceling is that it does not degrade the sound quality; build quality and looks, they’re very stylish headphones that are much more comfortable than the competition. I can wear these headphones for hours and it’s not annoying. Also they fit on the neck very comfortably. Battery life is great, I was able to take it on a flight to Japan from Utah, and by the end of the flight I still had more than 50% battery. Hopefully this review helps with your decision making on choosing NC headphones. There are lots of good NC headphones out there and these just happen to be my favorite.

As the summary says, these sound really good and the build quality and ANC are very good as well. The reason why I’m giving these two stars as well as returning them is because of the buttons that control the headphone. Pushing the buttons for ANC and play/ pause are VERY inconsistent and just cause a headache. Not worth the price I paid.

Pairing was very easy using the B&W app. Build quality is very good and sound quality is very good and balanced. Very natural sound.
Ethanrgilbert –
Fair price for quality, sound fantastic in comparison to many other headphones I tried
Jungle1 –
I’ve been searching for Bluetooth/ wireless headphones For quite sometime. I own an excellent pair of B&W headphones so I’m wasn’t willing to settle for less than that level of quality.

I would consider myself an amateur audiophile. I can’t point out all of the nitty gritty details but I know great sound when I hear it – these have it. I use them at work with the pass through mode so that I can still hear my coworkers and it’s fantastic and they’re also great for chores at home! AND they’re beautiful in my opinion.
Love the sound, love the look, great job B&W!
Susan –
The sound is outstanding, easy to setup and use. Best of all, the reason I choose these, is they fit my head. They don’t slide when I look up, down or to the side. I spent hours looking for adult, high quality headphones that would fit my small head. These are perfect. Love everything about them, no leather, small fit, over the ears with room(even with ear rings ons). Can wear for hrs and no discomfort.

What an improvement on an already amazing set of headphones. Lighter, no exposed wires, classy yet bold design. All with amazing sound. What more do you need….maybe a lower price point but in my opinion still worth the price tag.
Psychoabyss –
Got lucky on a sale but don’t let that deter you, these are worth every penny. Fantastic sound quality. I put them on for the first time and was in a trance of audio amazingness. Listening to some power metal on these is an experience. Try it with some lossless or high quality audio to get the best experience.

I purchased PX7 and within 3 months the left side speaker stopped working. I used them not very often and it hurts to see price paid for the product and the longitivtiy it worked. Worst $400 paid ever.
nk2020 –
Headset is no doubt the best one with sound quality. But if you wear it for long than your ear starts hurting. Something B7W needs to improvise pretty soon since price is too high.
BigMike –
Love the sound of these Headphones. I had bought the Sony – WH-1000XM4 wireless noise-cancelling headphones and returned them because I did not like the sound. I also like buttons instead of touch controls.
freshestcereal –
I really like the dual-device connection, button controls, sturdy build and ability to also playback thru USB-C. Only complaint was that the profile is not as sleek and slim as the Sony’s.
Howdydodat –
Amazing sound quality for a wireless headphone. Little expensive but you have to pay to play.
camera –
The noise cancelling was not great at all. I exchanged them for Bose.
ritz –
Returned it, purchased it as an upgrade to my Nose Quiet comfort 35II, while the sound is clearer on high notes and treble, the bass struggles in them. At the end of the day I couldn’t justify the price for the value and I returned it to hang on to my Nose, for now!
happybestbuyer –
By no means am I an audiophile. I do enjoy good music and good sound though. I’m pretty biased towards B&W headphones and have owned pretty every generation of Bowers headphones. These are not bass oriented headphones. It has really balanced sound and serves most genres really well. The app is functional and provides just enough features to make it worthwhile. I’m giving it 4 stars because the mic can be improved. People on the other end complained a few times on Zoom calls. I thought it was the Zoom audio settings but it really was the mic on these headphones. ANC works fine but I’ve heard better. These are really light and comfortable and have gone through long stretches without discomfort. I have a mediums size head btw.
AlexeiDrekker –
They sound good, but I had to return my pair three times. The first one had firmware issues with status LEDs and wear sensor and eventually, distortion in the left speaker. The second one had a completely non-functioning left speaker. The third one has defective noise cancellation in the left speaker again! It would have a constant static noise. Stay away from this brand. I looked it up on reddit and apparently, it is a known issue with these headphones. Really disappointed because they sound pretty good if you get a perfect pair. To make matters worse, support expects me to return the defective product on my own costs. They won’t give you a prepaid return label.
JoeS –
Best set of headphones I ever owned. The sound quality is awesome and comfortable. I’m very pleased with the purchase. Joe S
SM15 –
If you want to hear what exactly the sounds got recorded in the studio buy these.
KAVMD –
I found the headphones to be uncomfortable. They were too tight in width. I don’t think I have an especially wide head. I also thought that the voice quality on telephone calls was not up to snuff.
Techguyreview –
After using Bose NC700 for 8 months and 3 returns/replacement from Bose. I gave up on it and was looking for a better replacement. Bought the Sony 1000XM4, used it for two days and had to return it, not for the sound quality issue; but for nasty white noise which it keeps emitting for noise cancellation. There are way to eliminate it, but then it should not happen in first place.
Enter PX7 – A very low expectation after 2 big brands failed. Turns out, B&W kept its focus on most important things – Fitting, Comfort and Sound. Here are my observations
1. It connects with or without an App. Yay!
2. App is Simple to use. It does not have equalizer; but you really don’t need one as sound is crisp and well-balanced for a normal consumer
3. It has buttons. With Sony and Bose, it was freaking difficult to predict if touch function will work or not. Things are much simpler here
4. Construction is solid. Sony looks the cheapest, Bose looks good, but PX7 looks even better.
5. You can listen wirelessly, with 3.5mm jack or with USB-C – Yeah!!
6. The ear cups are fantastic. Although, I will say Bose nails that area with most comfortable material, I do feel B&W is at 2nd place with a very slight margin. Sony’s are the most horrible. I felt like my ears are trapped in XM4
7. Noise Cancellation – I feel Bose has best ANC, but I seriously don’t care much once my music has started. Again, B&W is close 2nd. Sony was extremely disappointing as it’s ANC feature made horrible humming sound randonly(No – it was set to Auto Mode)
Cons
1. I wish if B&W were more compact to pack. But will sleek hardshell case, it ensures PX7 are secured and well protected
BWheadphones –
I bought them for my riding mower but they work great for air travel. They are extremely comfortable and have great sound!
ILLMEN –
Greta sounding headphones and construction was great. b They clamped a little too much for my liking and started to give me a headache.
Flyguy1111 –
Sound is excellent, but had a few blips with connectivity. And the app stinks
2Kells –
My wife and I were looking for a pair of headphones for our new TV. These headphones were near the top of my list for sound quality but the price had me thinking twice. When I got in store and the associate showed me the sale price, I couldn’t say no. I have used Bose noise cancelling headphones in the past and these and I frankly cannot tell any difference. They adjust easily to our different head sizes and rest comfortably over our ears. I would highly recommend these headphones for listening to music or TV programs. A great buy!
vivano –
Bowers & Wilkins you make my life complete, I love it.
Drone –
Left speaker not working. Reset the headphone few times but still doesn’t work.
px7arejunk –
They sound of and are comfortable. You can never decide which way to turn them when there in. HORRIBLE QUALITY. COMPLETE JUNK. MY LEFT EAR QUIT WORKING AND I ONLY USED THEM ON SHORT TRIPS 5 TIMES WHEN I HARDLY USED THEM. THEY DON’T STAND BY THERE JUNK PRODUCT. AVOID AT ALL CAUSES YOU WILL PAY $200 -$400 HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING. IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FRAUD AND THEY SHOULD RECALL EVERY PAIR. Buy the nose or the high end Sony ones instead. Most site rate them but there not customer reviews.
Viswa –
Very high quality build.
Good sound reproduction.
Cons: Less bass
TraderASC –
Great pair of headphones, Enjoyed them a lot. little heavy though

Bowers and Wilkins makes excellent music equipment and customer service is just as good
