Bought through the brand store and I really want to warn people away from this product. As such, here goes.
Pros: Sounds great. Audio retransmission is a great idea. Design is subjective, so that depends, but I personally like it.
That’s it. That’s all they do well.
Cons:
1. Constant interference and connection dropouts. It’s not my environment. It’s the device itself. My Airpods and Galaxy Buds work perfectly.
2. Non-customizable touch controls. I could forgive this if the controls were useful, but you can only access noise cancellation on one earphone. The other is the phone’s assistant. You cannot access the ambient pass-through at all through the earphones. You need to enable it on the phone app, which is terrible, but much better than the Bose Music app, which is an extraordinarily low bar to pass anyway. So, if you are out and about and need to quickly talk to someone, you either remove these entirely, or take your phone out, open the app, wait for it to connect, and then turn on the ambient mode. And repeat to turn it off if you put your phone back in your pocket as the app may disconnect after a while.
3. The case. I was so happy to open the box and pull the case out. It felt so good in your palm. Then you try opening the lid and realize that appearances can be so deceiving. The lid is flimsy and wobbles a bit when closed. You can actually move it a bit. When you open it, you are prone to accidentally close it immediately as the spring is really weak and even a slight angle will cause gravity to pull it back. You should also be careful with how you handle it because when you pull the individual earphone out, and you naturally grip the case, your fingers might slightly graze the lid and it will snap shut on your fingers. It won’t hurt though. The force is too weak anyways.
4. Audio Retransmission does not work well at all, unless you use it with a secondary headphone like the PX7, which I do have. If you use it with the earphones, it will be even worse than connected to the phones. Static. Pops. Breaks. All of them together. It’s no longer functional in this mode. Basically, a gimmick. If you want to use it as a transmitter, you will have to purchase another Bowers and Wilkins headphones. In their infinite wisdom, it does not work with any other brand. The case only looks for their own brand, oddly enough. I have both the PX7 and Bose NC 700. Only the PX7 works. Why they decided to limit compatibility is beyond me. Also, sometimes it just refuses to work with their own included audio cable. Only works fine if I use a usb to usb connection.
5. Price. I expected it to be the best pair I have ever owned given that they cost the most. The PX7, their own high end headphones cost the same, and they are over the ear headphones. The pair I do have is slightly defective though, so maybe all my issues with this pair is the same thing. If so, this brand has serious quality control issues. My PX7 was replaced two times and both times, I got a defective product before I decided to use them without noise cancellation. If the PI7 is similar in this regard, I just can’t deal with them. Better to return them and wipe my hands clean.
Basically, wait for B&W to fix their mess of a brand. Look for the issues everyone is having and if it dies out, maybe look into these because underneath all its terrible flaws, it has great potential to be the best of them. Alas, they are the worst. Buy some other pair for some other brand.

It’s always about comfort for when it comes to buds and these are very comfortable.
Pros
Bluetooth connection (simple)
Comfort
Battery life
Classy built
Extra ear tips
Clear sound (good treble)
Cons
Bass not as deep
Big
Overall, these are good. I could get a straight 4hrs of play within a day. I really enjoy them at night when watching movies.
People said my voice is clear when I did talk with them, of course wind noise can interfere.
Working out with them, they stood in place and it cancels out background noise just as advertised. The only thing is that they look like ear plugs, so there not as hidden as you would like, however, they are not heavy feeling. Maybe with the black it’s different. Compared to my Samsung Buds, the Samsung’s are sleeker.
I have really enjoyed these this past week. I love that I don’t worry about battery life, so without constant use, I didn’t charge until the 4th day. These are a winner and a good option away from Apple and Samsung.

I was not familiar with the Bowers & Wilkins brand prior to grabbing a pair of these. Previous experience with samsung galaxy buds and master and dynamic mw7 in-ear head phones. The sound quality from these is a great leap forward over both of those sets, particularly the bass. Bass from the P17’s is much more rich than either of my other full wireless headphones I have. Not over the top with the treble overall the listening experience is awesome and sound quality is impressive even just streaming Spotify. Touch controls work well and are intuitive. A nice large contact area at the end of each ear bud makes it easy to find and hit. These are fairly large in size compared to my galaxy buds and similar in size to my mw7’s. Luckily weight is not a problem in my opinion and I have found these comfortable for extended use. Battery life is good and the case provides plenty of extra listening time, I have gotten around 6 hours of constant use with noise cancelation enabled. Speaking of noise cancelation these work well. They offer an auto mode via the app that will adjust the intensity of the noise cancelation effect depending on ambient sound. I like this setting as it limits the white noise you notice when not in an extremely loud environment I have experienced with other headphones. These offer great performance all around and all of the features they included with this set work well. My only real complaint was getting them paired to my phone the first time. Took a few tries and did get me briefly frustrated, but now that they are connected they auto-pair super fast and don’t have any issues with disconnecting even when up walking around my office or home. I would have no issues recommending or gifting these to a friend or family member that enjoys the finer things in life.

The PI7’s are hands down the best wireless earbuds I’ve ever heard and for $400 they better be. The sound they put out is great, the noise cancelling is good, and the ability to use them as ‘wired’ headphones via the case is a pretty innovative feature. I don’t know if they’re $150-$200 better than some of the other options out there, but like with the PX5’s that I still use almost every day sound quality is king here and if that’s what you’re after this is it.
The box contents are pretty straightforward. You get the buds, charging case, a USB-C cable for charging and wired audio, and a USB-C to 3.5mm cable for wired audio. There are 3 different sizes of silicone eartips to choose from; I went with the largest of them and that formed a good seal in my ear. I do wish there were some more options at this price though; foam tips would have been appreciated. The case is small enough to fit in most pockets and is a bit bigger than my Pixel Buds case and a bit smaller than my Sony WF-1000XM3 case. The case is also lighter than I expected, but feels sturdy enough. I really like the look of the buds with the circular brushed metal caps and the white/pale gold scheme conveys the premium look well.
Getting the buds setup for me on my Pixel 4 was not as straightforward as I had hoped. These are supposed to have the Android Fast Pair feature (similar to what AirPods do on the iPhone), but I wasn’t able to get that working on my initial setup and ended up pairing in the Bluetooth menu instead. No big deal and maybe just an issue in my specific scenario, but something I noticed. Once paired I didn’t have to worry about it again. I was able to get into the settings using the same Bowers & Wilkins app I used for my PX5’s and the app is clean, if a little spartan. You have options to adjust the noise cancelling and transparency modes, manage device connections, listen to some soundscapes, update the firmware, and that’s about it. It didn’t leave me wanting for more, but I imagine some would prefer some EQ settings here. The buds support Bluetooth 5.0 and, more importantly, AptX Adaptive for hi-res audio. My Pixel 4 doesn’t support AptX Adaptive, but it is backwards compatible with AptX HD, which it does.
Getting into the sound – it’s just stupid good. Whether I was listening to standard quality stuff in YouTube Music or hi-res tracks on Amazon Music HD. I’ve never listened to earbuds that sound this good. Every song I listened to had so much detail coming through that I never really picked up with other buds. The bass is also surprisingly strong without overwhelming the rest of the audio. Everything I listened to also sounded more like it was ‘around’ me rather than being piped directly into my ears, if that makes sense. The connection for me has been solid 95% of the time, but there are some scenarios where I get a lot of interference coming in. I’m not sure what the issue is there, but it seems like popping the earbuds into the case and then reconnecting them fixes it. The noise cancelling is solid and did a good job blocking out a fan and a TV running across the room from me (the TV was still audible with nothing playing, but never when I was listening to anything). There is a transparency mode you can turn on as well if you need to let some outside noise through; it’s no worse than I’ve heard on other earbuds, but still feels a bit artificial to me.
One really unique feature of the PI7’s is the ability to use them ‘wired’ with the case. You can do this with either the USB-C or 3.5mm cables included in the box. The headphones will automatically detect that the cables have been plugged in and switch to communicating with the case. I found it worked as advertised, though using the USB-C cable to connect to my PC there is a noticeable audio-sync issue with video content. This was not as much of an issue with the 3.5mm cable for some reason, though I believe audio quality with the 3.5mm cable is slightly worse as it also has to get audio via whatever DAC is running the 3.5mm jack. Still, it’s a super unique feature that I could definitely see using in situations where Bluetooth isn’t available or I don’t want to bother pairing my buds to a new device.
Miscellaneous:
Microphone quality was okay, but a little disappointing at this price point. I don’t take a lot of phone calls, so this is a minor issue for me.
Battery life is 4 hours and the case will provide 4 additional charges (up to 20 hours total). On the low side to be sure compared to other options, but not an issue for me as I rarely wear headphones or earbuds that long.
Comfortable in my ears.
These can only be paired with one device at a time. Disappointing omission for me since I used multiple devices at the same time and the PX5’s I own support this.
I’ve read these are water/sweat resistant at IP54, but can’t find much official mention of this, so I would probably stay away from those types of activities with these.
Overall I’m really stoked on these earbuds. I have some issues, but none that break the entire experience for me (and hopefully ones that can be fixed with firmware updates). The question of whether it’s worth it to pay $400 for earbuds is one you’ll have to answer for yourself. These sound great, but I didn’t go to my other wireless earbuds and suddenly hate how they sounded, so you do need to really value that sound quality.

These Bowers & Wilkins PI7 adaptive noise canceling earbuds are sleek, comfortable and well made.
Opening the very nice packaging, you get the earbuds (white with what appears to be an aluminum cap that houses the touch areas for the controls of the ear buds), the charging case, a charging cable (USB-C to USB-C), a data connection cable (USB-C to 3.5mm) and a selection of different sized earbud tips (3 pairs total).
They arrived with somewhat of a charge so I was able to check them out right away. When charging, they have a green flashing strip light on the front. To pair them, there is a small button on the inside of the case that when pressed for a couple of seconds, the strip light on the front changes blue to show they are in pairing mode. Charging is recommended for 3 hours, and then they last for about 4 hours or so on that one charge, and then the case carries another 4 charges, so you should be able to get close 20 hours out of them before having to do a full recharge of the case.
The earbuds paired and sync’d with my iMac flawlessly, and continue to do so every time I pick them up out of the case. They have a fast pair function that works with Android, but on Apple products I found them to pair perfectly quickly. I’ve used them for several Teams meetings this week, the sounds has been incredibly clear, precise, and didn’t waiver at any time at all. The adaptive noise canceling worked really well (I chose to keep it ‘ON’ rather than opting for ‘AUTO’ as I didn’t like when it would adapt and make the people I was talking to sound out of place, amongst the ambient sound). I prefer to have the noise canceling active when wearing them. Watching YouTube videos, the sound has been clear, defined and warm, with strong mid and highs, but not a huge amount of bass. It’s there, but I prefer a little more. The adaptive noise canceling definitely helps in that area, as it seems to isolate the earbuds, offering more bass as a result.
When you take them out of your ears, they pause whatever you are listening to, and when you place them back in your ears, the sensor resumes playing whatever your source was. I’ve worn them for a couple of hours at a time in meetings. They fit well in my ears, although after an hour or so, the earbud did begin to make my left ear ache. I would however suggest this is more than likely due to the shape of my ear, rather than the earbud, as my right ear had no such issue.
The case! This is the party piece. It can be charged wirelessly, I did that no problem at all with a Samsung Wireless charger I have, you can charge it via the included USB-C cable, and you can also tether the charger/case to a computer, which in turn changes the charger in to a bluetooth dongle and transmits the sound to the ear buds. So if you have a product that uses a 3.5mm jack for headphones, you can transmit from your device to these earbuds. Pretty neat, and not something I’ve seen before.
Ergonomically, the case is small, smooth and will fit in a pocket nicely. It will not stand up on it’s own, unless you place it on it’s lid. Or you can lay it on it’s side, to show the charging light. I expected that lid panel to be made from aluminum, especially at the price point, but it is silver plastic.
One thing I noticed, I don’t see a mention of it in the instructions, and I don’t see anything in the app either, but among the usual controls of play, next track, previous track, answer calls etc, there are NO VOLUME CONTROLS at all. That surprised me, there is no way to adjust the volume with the earbuds, only the device you have them connected to. They are not the loudest earbuds, I felt like I had to turn them up louder than other earbuds I own in order to get to the desired volume I wanted.
If you download the Bowers & Wilkins app you can also control the headphones settings, turn on and off the adaptive noice canceling and perform software updates. It’s a simple app with not too many features added to it, but it works, and pairs with the earbuds quickly. I have other Bower & Wilkins headphones and the app differentiates between the two when they are near.
Overall, these earbuds are expensive, but they are well designed, they are comfortable for the most part, lightweight, and high performing. Are they worth $400, the jury is still out on that one. I like them. I like them a lot, but it’s a lot to invest in them as well. Great around sound from a small package, with a Macgyver of a case that charges them, wirelessly charges itself, and acts as a transmitter. Pretty smart stuff!

I was hopeful for the B&W P17 to be my new king of IEM’s but a few issues held it back.
The sound quality is great, but the bass is just way too much. At lower levels it’s powerful, but crank it up and the mud starts slinging. My test for bass handling has always been Tribe Called Quest’s Vibes and Stuff. The low rumble bassline just wrecks the vocals and other sounds on lower quality speakers. It shocked me that the B&W P17 couldn’t handle it. Adding an EQ could have allowed me to tweak it in app, but my only option was to tweak it with my OS’s EQ – a big no-no for me. With so many different devices I connect to I always keep my EQ flat and tweak on each device.
This brings me to the app. You don’t need it. It’s beyond useless. The only options you have is to tweak audio passthrough or adjust the amount of noise cancelling. You can’t EQ, you can’t customize shortcuts, you can’t control media…I have cheaper IEM’s that have apps that do all this plus more, so it’s sad that you can’t do any of that with these higher end buds.
On to the HD audio. Unless you’re subscribed to a service that offers 24bit audio or rip your own you won’t be taking advantage of this. Or if your phone, like my S21+ Ultra, doesn’t support APTx Adaptive then you also won’t be able to use the extra bits. So keep in mind that your source is just as important as the buds. Because of the limitation of my phone I couldn’t get to test HD audio.
Since talking to people on the phone is going out of style, my phone test was limited to a call to a Chinese Restaruant – if you haven’t tried Crispy Pork BBQ you need to now! The call was clear and she heard everything I said and her voice came through fine. So, no complaints there.
I used the buds all day yesterday – I lied, I worked all day yesterday, the buds didn’t – while doing yard work and found the fit snuggly the whole time, even while sweating. The noise canceling worked wonders keeping the weed eating and lawn mowing buzz down. One neat thing is that the NC allow some high pitched sound through clearly, like voices, and I kept hearing a ping sound that I wouldn’t have caught with my normal headphones on. I looked over the mower and found a pin had gotten loose and a bar that stablizes the deck was bouncing around. Great catch there!
The bad part about using the P17’s for yardwork was that they needed a break before I did. I don’t carry the case with me while working so I had to head back inside to grab another pair of headphones. I wasn’t going to carry the case around with me while I did dirty work and I wasn’t ready to take a break to let it fully charge. I wasn’t 1/2 done with my chores yet so a 15 min charge wasn’t gonna help and I hate resting before my work is done.
Overall it’s a decent set of buds, but unless you have a specific need for 24bit audio you’re probably better off looking elseware.

The Bowers & Wilkins – PI7 True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones in White are the epitome of wanting to love something that is an absolute investment but failing to live up to the expectations. These headphones are a BestBuy Magnolia product, and with the Magnolia title comes a specific expectation for me. These did not reach that goal – between connectivity to overall performance, I do not believe they live up to the price-tag or magnolia label.
Bowers & Wilkins is a great sound company. I have used over-the-ear headphones by them, and minus a slight comfort issue they are my go-to for over-the-ear. That being said, I had expected the P17 In-ear headphones to become my go-to headphone for in-ear. The in-ear aspect of these headphones impressed me. Normally I have to use a middle size earpiece and a small size, because my head is not symmetric; however, these surprised me. The earpiece is so well done, I could comfortably wear both medium earpieces without any discomfort. For hours of wear, this is important – in ear headphones not hurting the ear canal. I did end up trying the small one for my smaller ear, but hey, either was a great option. The silicon pieces are done fabulously. Going off that, the headphone piece fits well into the ear. This style of a larger thickness piece without the commonly known tail coming out of the ear is wonderful. Overall, the fit and look to the in-ear headphones fabulous. Redeeming quality honestly. The sound quality is also phenomenal as far as overall volume range. Absolutely some of the loudest QUALITY sound I have gotten out of a pair of in-ear headphones. The volume almost doubles that of which I normally get from my favored in-ear headphone. Was nice to not have to crank up the sound to easily hear. With this, did come an issue where I felt sound was not completely balanced, it sounded beautiful, but something was just off with the base becoming more prominent as sound was raised. A minor detail, but with a high-quality product figure it is worth mentioning. The product boasts a bi-Amplified 9mm midbass driver, and I would say it is definitely present!
Use with phone. I used an iPhone to pair the P17 In-Ear headphones. I already had the B&W app installed, and the headphones were recognized in the app upon opening the case – that being said, with only app recognition my actual Bluetooth under settings had not registered the headphones. Weird in my opinion. I went to connect with the phone Bluetooth, once that occurred there were not specific connectivity issues. With pulling out the earpieces, they connect well to the phone with no difficulty. The sensitivity of the touch options is quite impressive, with a slight brushing taking the command. I like to listen with only one ear, so that I can hear my wife talking, etc. [Side note, the noise cancelling works well when both headphones are in] but when listening with only one ear, occasionally the headphones just would not be connected. Typically, when attempting to use only the left. It was like I would need to take out both from the case to get them to connect properly, which is fine but just not seamless use. The call quality is fantastic, while having a conversation the person on the other end hears your voice clearly. When doing activities, the headpiece is in well. I did not have any issues thinking they would fall out or were uncomfortable. Overall, a great fit, just best used with both headphones and not just one.
Use with computer. I went to pair the headphones, and two options came up, the P17 case and the P17 headphones. I did not have two options on my iPhone, and I chose the wrong one. I connected to the case and nothing happened! When you connect to the headphones, windows do not have any issues. The drivers are quickly obtained, and sound plays well. I loved using these with my computer, as there were no issues after that point. I walked out of range to use the restroom, and when I returned, they connected back without issue and continued playing sound flawlessly. I would give them a 5/5 for computer only use. It was weird to use in-ear versus over-the-ear for a computer, but it was a lovely experience.
The case itself, looks nice. It is larger than I expected, but that is okay as it still fits easily into a male jean pocket or a purse. The look is quite sleek, with white and a metal appearing top. I say appearing because it seems to be plastic material. More lightweight than I expected, making me a little nervous to be rough with them. I appreciate that the case is lightweight, as the last thing you want is a bulky case, but with an appearance that looks metallic and heavy.
The life of the in-ear headphones was impressive. I used these without the battery dying. I stay up at night playing videogames and listening to TV or music with the headpieces, and they did not die during my prolonged playing. I am not exactly sure how long I used them without docking for a charge; however, they did not die on me, which other pairs notoriously have. They efficiently dock for charge, and I have not had issues with them not being properly charged for use.
Overall, these headphones are a solid pair of headphones, they just did not live up to my expectations. Partially I believe this could be on me because I have become accustomed to ease of use and these took a bit of coddling to use how I wanted them. But overall sound quality is there, noise canceling is there, and they are in-ear headphones.

This is the first B&W earbuds I’ve tried. When I got a look of them my first reaction was, these look weird and are likely going to fall out of my ears. They looked heavy and clunky. Once I opened the box I realized that they were much smaller and lighter than I expected. They fit nicely in my ear and they do not fall out even under my strenuous testing of mowing the lawn on a hot day. I never felt like they were sliding out like some of the other big name earbuds do. The case is sleek and holds both buds with magnets. The case can be charged using wireless charging. I used the rubberized tips that came on the earbuds but there are two other options. A really cool feature is the 3.5 analog/usb c cord that plugs into a 3.5 jack and plays thru the case into the earbuds. What? That’s dope. Never seen that done with wireless earbuds before.
Paring the buds was easy as most earbuds are today. The sound quality is excellent to say the least boasting a 24 bit connection. The details of the music you’re listing to really pop through. I’m positive this is one of the best sounding earbuds I’ve used and I have quite a few from low end to Sony, Bose etc. The highs and mids are extremely clear and the lows are deep and very immersive. I listened to many types of music while trying these out, none of them were disappointing and all sounded stellar. Apparently there are 6 microphones total built in to the PI7’s making phone calls sound great. The physical controls on the PI7 earbuds are pretty basic and unable to be changed. A few taps here and a few taps there and you can skip tracks, accept or decline calls, activate noise cancellation and activate your voice assistant. There is no volume control and no way to edit those controls. Something you can find on other earbuds and strange for them to omit that control.
The app is pretty good yet basic. You have options to turn on noise cancelling and ambient pass through. There’s a setting auto noise cancelling that automatically adjusts the noise cancelling to match your environment. The noise cancelling is excellent on these. Just as good as my favorite earbuds of another brand. On the app there are ways to control whether or not the earbuds stay powered on when they are not on your head. Good idea since the earbuds don’t have a long battery life of around 4.5 hours. However they boast a fast charge feature that gives you 2 hours of use out of 15 min of charging. There is no EQ on the app. I looked into the reviews of the app and B&W mentioned that a EQ might be in an future update, so that’s good news.
All in all the PI7s area high end, high quality set of earbuds that come with what some might call a high price tag. It’s all subjective to how much you are willing to pay for good sounding earbuds. I love them but I personally think if they decide to add in an EQ to the app and if they would have made the physical controls by tapping on the earbuds editable I would give them a full 5 star review. I feel like those options could have and may be able to be made thru future updates but I’m not 100% sure that’s possible. The battery life might also be a deal breaker for some at the cost of these. All in all a superb set of true wireless earbuds and I’d recommend these to anyone looking for great sound with a few caveats.

I love earbuds, earphones, headphones and everything audio. When I got the Bowers & Wilkins PI7 “True” Wireless Headphone I wasn’t too sure what to expect, as features aren’t always consistent and sometimes focus goes to features over sound.
Simple packaging that utilizes a cover over a magnetic flap box is nice and the earbud case + some extra ear caps & cables (usb-c to usb-c && usb-c to 3.5mm) are included (see pic!).
I have a half-dozen Bluetooth earbuds and the setup for these was a pain. Initial pairing shows a case & earbuds to pair to — and errors on the case. I had to hard-reset these and start over when the App couldn’t talk to the earbuds, but I could hear music through them.
After the reset, I took my time & followed the insert step-by-step and it all worked; I’ve never had to read instructions before for earbuds so it came as a surprise to me.
Overall, the App is pretty robust, even letting you use the active noise cancellation (ANC) feature and even allow you to combine it with nature soundscapes – to help relax.
ANC has two settings – Auto and “not Auto.” When activating it in either setting, it takes away any and moderate sounds, which includes all click sounds, say, from the sounds of a Red Linear keyboard typing. I mean completely. Taking them off and then continuing to type this sentence really shows the difference they make. From another perspective of how the ANC portion works amazingly, taking them on a walk and feeling the wind hit you from all sides, while hearing the music – uninterrupted – is something out of the movies. The hear-through / Ambient Pass-Through is fantastic; cars coming up behind you are made pretty obvious while walking.
Controlling the amount of Pass-Through you prefer is great because walking outside & going to the grocery store have different level needs. Additionally, the App keeps track of battery levels and I haven’t seen that before in the other buds I use, so it was interesting to look at. I found that when looking at the Left, Right or case, Right bud wears out faster than the left leaving it in a bit of an imbalance (see pic!).
The case allows for wireless charging, so take advantage of all the Qi devices around the house and charge away; it even works with the angled Samsung Fast charger without issue (see pic!). The case size is smaller than the Sony 1000XM3s but bigger than the Jabra Elite 65T and Sennheiser CX400s (see pic!).
Onto the sound: FANTASTIC. There’s enough bass to be meaningfully noticeable but there’s no way to change the EQ – take it the way it is.
I found the preinstalled earpiece size to be perfect for me. I used them for about 10 miles of brisk walks and only ever found myself touching them to pause/skip/invoke the Google assistant.
A start-remover is the fact that the earbuds had too much cutting in/out when the phone was in my pocket on walks. If I held it close to my chest, it was fine, dropping it into my pocket made it cut in and out. It seemed, as the battery ran down (not by much), the jitter increased. Making the connection more stable would keep it at 5 stars, but the further the phone moved from the earbuds, the more the jitter happened.
Overall:
Pros:
Fantastic ANC
Fantastic pass-through
Case nicely sized
Great sound / bass
Great App for battery level / feature use
Cons:
Lots of jitter while moving as the battery wears down
No EQ

I’ve been familiar with Bowers and Wilkins for their superior speakers and when I heard they were going to make some earbuds, I became ecstatic. The sounds being blasted into my earholes were just as perfect as if they knew my personal settings. Treble and bass are on point. I guess big daddy B&W know best. There is no EQ settings by the way. Not even in their app. Not a huge dead for me as every type of music I listened to needed no adjustment and movies/streaming were perfect.
In the package, you get a “start up” guide, case, buds, USB C to C cable, USB C to 3.5 audio jack (super sweet), 2 pairs of replacement tips of different sizes and the usual literature.
I use wireless charging so I had no need for the USB C cable. The fit was great for me with the medium tips that were already preinstalled. When I first tried the buds, I admit I thought they were push button controls because of their look. To my surprise they are actually touch controls instead!
Phone calls were great on them. Clearly better than my old daily drivers of the Samsung Pro’s. 4x mics and no complaints from the other end of the line.
ANC does leave a lot to be desired. With the app, you can turn on ANC, set to Auto. No matter what I chose, they were OK at best. I could still clearly hear most of the outside noise if no tunes were playing. I wouldn’t say it’s bad at all, just not the best I have ever tried.
The case itself has a nifty little feature I fell in love with. You can connect an outside source to the case itself with the USB C to Audio Jack and it will stream whatever the content is straight to the earbuds!
Battery life depends on what you have turned on. ANC on gave me a little over 4 hours straight of use before charging was needed. ANC off lasted my entire work shift 9-5 at my office desk. Received a lot of complements on the looks of them.
Pros
-Superior Sound Quality
-Case that Streams!
-Call Quality are some of the best, if not the best from most buds I used.
-Comfort / Looks
-IP54 resistance – can handle a little sweat or a splash. Nothing more.
-Pass through was surprisingly good
Minor Cons
ANC – Could be better. If you never use it, then you will be happy.
App – Very basic and nothing really much to do with it.
No EQ might be a deal-breaker, but you might not even need it.

The PI7’s……I swear this is how earbuds should be! I am beyond in love with these! Ok ok, first off the look and feel of them, both in an out of the case, it’s simply pure quality. First off, the case looks very sleek and modern, especially with the brushed gold cap. The magnet is pretty strong on the cap, which definitely comes in handy for potential drops and simply securing the earbuds in place. With one push of a button on the front of the case, you’re notified of the batter level for the case. I think this is genius, especially when used in combination with the B&W Headphones app. You’re able to see the battery level for the earbuds here, as well as control the noise canceling and ambient noise levels. Me being the type of person that walks for exercise, this comes in so handy since I can control the level of sound that comes through the earbuds from the surrounding noise. This way, I’m not completely cut off from the world via sound.
Now, let’s get to the earbuds….Seriously, these are absolutely dope! I mean from first touching the brushed metal outer pieces, I was hooked. The feeling of security and almost suction while pulling them out of the case definitely does it for me. From the very beginning I am confident that these earbuds are fully secure whenever I have them in the case. Then comes the actual feel of the buds….they feel extremely sturdy, high quality, and well made. They don’t feel flimsy whatsoever. Then you place them in your ears, and voila, magic! They fit absolutely perfectly in, what I would think, any ear size. The body of the buds rest firmly within the opening of the ear. And as far as weight, you literally forget they are there within the first few seconds of wearing them. I have to say, I’m not joking, these earbuds seriously blow me away!
So now for the sound….when you care about more than just hearing music or voice, these grab your full attention. I love hearing my music in a full spectrum, from bass all the way up. The PI7’s give you exactly that, full range sound with quality. I’ve tried listening to all genres of music, even while walking for exercise, and the sound has been nothing less than amazing. You get amazing bass response, along with solid mid-range and tweeter response, even at full volume. I also find that these earbuds have great connectivity with my phone, the Bluetooth connection doesn’t drop or do anything weird when the buds are placed back into the case. As far as range is concerned, I find that I can easily walk through my house while on a call, on my first and second floor with the phone in the bedroom, and no distortion or breaking up. On the recipient end I’m told I should normal, no “under water” sound, I don’t sound like I’m in a hallway nor does the other party, and no robotic sounds. I literally can’t seem to find any flaws with these earbuds. I absolutely give these a full 5 stars, without any doubt! Get them!!!

B&W implemented an awesome feature that allows you to plug the PI7’s case into a computer or another analog source (i.e. Nintendo SWITCH) via the included 3.5mm-to-USB-C cable effectively converting it into a wireless adapter.
The touch-based controls on the earbuds, are similar to that of the Samsung Buds, though they don’t work with gloves, unlike the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro and seem to be easily to trigged while adjusting the fitment.
B&W active noise cancellation appears be auto leveled depending on the ambient noise. It works well enough but i generally only use 1 ear plug while working so I can hear the phone ring or if others talk to me. I would use the transparency mode but you have to dive into the Headphones app to activate/deactivate it. So my 1 bud use will continue. This usually extends me listening time through pretty mich my entire work day. The charging case is usually sitting on my wireless charging dock while plugged in.
These wireless earbuds sound great and offer some great features save for the 1 major issue for me…. comfort…. After about 30mins of wearing them the rather bulky shape behind the ear gels press up against the curve of my outer ear causing me a good deal of pain. My Buds Live and Pros do not give me this issue. Maybe it’s just my ear. I want to like them but ear pain is no fun. I will still use them for the added functionality of the using the case as a bluetooth adapter, but for longer listening sessions I have to stick with my Samsungs.

I own many earbuds and am always trying to find the Holy Grail. My ideal earbuds have active noise cancellation, and many manufacturers have started perfecting this technology. Thus, I was curious about the performance of these Bowers & Wilkins PI7 earbuds.
I was surprised that both the case and earbuds were larger than another pair I have. The PI7s have a cylinder shape that extends the length of each bud, causing them to protrude from the ears considerably more than a competitor’s pair. However, I quickly saw the benefit of this design because it made the buds easier to grab onto and remove from their case.
Initially setup was cumbersome. I followed the directions yet repeatedly failed to pair the earbuds correctly with my Pixel 3. Once I finally paired them, I tried to connect the earbuds with the app, and that also repeatedly failed. After multiple attempts I finally realized that my Galaxy smartwatch was interfering with the pairing.
Pros:
– case acts as Bluetooth transmitter (allows you to use non-Bluetooth devices)
– sound quality is awesome – deep basses and clear highs
– decent battery life
– voice quality is crystal clear
Cons:
– active noise cancellation not as good as competitors
– faint din in background
– may be too large for smaller ears
– Bluetooth interference with pairing
– No equalizer
– Expensive
In conclusion, once I troubleshot the Bluetooth interference, I found these earbuds to perform very well, comparable to competitors, or even better. However, you will be paying for this performance. I would highly recommend these for people who wish to listen to record players and other non-Bluetooth devices seamlessly.

First and foremost, if this review was based solely off of music sound quality, this headset would be a 6/5 star rating. The Bowers & Wilkins PI7 headphones are of amazing quality, with a clear deep sound range. When I put these in, I can easily believe I’m in the same room as the musician. The sound is immersive, and feels true to life, one of the only hifi experiences I’ve had with wireless in ear headphones. That being said, there are a few small quirks that detract from the sound experience.
In the box are the headphones, charging case, instructions, small / large ear inserts (medium are installed on the headphones), USB-C charging cable, and a 3.5mm cable. Setup is relatively easy, I paired using Bluetooth, but you can also use the app. You can connect the headphones with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, meaning I can watch video on my laptop but also pause and take calls from my phone. Once paired you are ready to take calls or listen to music. The app features allow you to change the level of ambient passthrough which is basically how much noise the headphones will cancel. There is an auto adjust feature for noise cancelling, however it didn’t adjust to the level I would prefer, so I stuck with the manual settings. The noise cancelling is not going to drown out your teenager standing two feet away level of good, but the noise cancelling will drastically reduce what you hear from someone standing 10 feet away or the ambient noise in a public area.
The build quality is outstanding, with the headphones being light weight and well balanced. The touch controls are typical of this style of headphone, there is left / right tap and left / right hold for call control and music control, the long hold will activate noise cancelling and voice assistant. The case is great, it takes approximately 15 minutes to get 2 hours of play time, and I can get about 3.5 hours of play time out of a full charge. A unique feature is the case can be used to retransmit. That means if you have an audio device without Bluetooth but with a headphone jack, you can plug the 3.5mm cable into the device, connect to the case, and the case will then transmit the audio to the headphones.
I can’t say enough great things about the music sound quality, however I did have some issues with the other features. When I was using the headphones for phone calls, I found the directional microphones did not pick up my voice well, especially if I was outside. If I was in a smaller room the microphones did a better job, but still had to repeat myself to be heard. If you are soft spoken, I’m not sure if these would work well at all. My second issue is that I honestly expected better ambient noise cancelling at this level of quality. The noise cancelling is there, but lacks in comparison to what can be achieved with over the ear headphones. These are minor quirks, but things I was expecting at this level of quality. Overall I still recommend, especially if you are prioritizing music quality over everything else.

I have about 5 different In-Ear wireless headphones and the Bowers & Wilkins PI7 are the best so far. No issues connecting headphones to my laptop, IPAD, and cell phone. You can use a USB Type C to 3.5mm cable (which is comes with) to connect the headphones to an 3.5mm audio jack. Works really well.
Audio quality is phenomenal. The sounds are richer and fuller. I don’t know how describe it. You need to test it out for yourself. Like many In-Ear headphones after about 60 to 90 mins my ears get sore.
Overall highly recommend these.

I want to love these headphones, I really do, but there are just too many flaws which is surprising from this brand.
Let’s start with the pros. They look great and feel good in my ears. I am using them for listening to music and making work calls, Zoom meetings, etc. They connected easily to my devices. The tiny instruction manual is useless, I still have no idea what the big button on the case does. The sound is fantastic, I hear notes that i just don’t hear on other headphones. The on ear controls work well and the battery life is excellent. The positives end there…
One of the features that I wanted to love about these is the ability to use them as a wired headset…either on my PC or on an airplane. Great concept…just plug the case into a headphone jack or USB-C port on your device and the case will send the audio to the headphones. The problem is the connection is entirely unstable and music and phone calls skip and bounce around. This renders that feature completely useless. Support through the app was useless as well, it would not let me post a question and finally the app froze and crashed.
The app doesn’t do much except adjust noise cancellation and ambient pass through. There is no EQ.
The other issue is the sensor. It works great when I have both buds in, but not when I am only using one, which is often. I don’t like wearing both buds while working, and music does not stop when i remove the one bud. Annoying.
I wanted these to replace my AirPod Pro’s and while the sound is superior, the other features just don’t compare.

I have the ability to procure many different styles of earbuds. I’ve always stated my Bose are the best, until now. This pair is there rival, kudos.

I love these headphones. Expensive, but you can tell you get what you pay for.
These are very easy to use, nice fitting and nice sounding headphones. The charging case has a nice, solid feel and provides wireless charging to the headphones and is simple to just set on a charging mat to, well, charge.
Use: There are 3 different size ear tips, that are easy to change. They are easy to put in, with a somewhat of a small twist into the ear. They stay in place and are comfortable. They will pair automatically to an android device, and manually to other devices. It is easy to pair though, just a simple hold of a button on the case until you get a blue light. Easy peasy. Once paired, as soon as you open the top of the case and pull out the ear buds, they automatically connect. There is an app you can download to tweak settings, but it is not required. You can use some swiping motions on the headphones to adjust noise cancelling and simple play pause. Not a ton of options for changing tracks, but they are small enough that there isn’t real estate to have more track control. Which is fine.
Sound quality: Great. There is a nice rich tone to them, with enough bass to be satisfactory. No complaints in the sound department.
Noise cancelling: Good, not the best, not the worst by any means. They aren’t going to be as good as over the ear headphones, but I don’t expect it to as they just physically can’t block noise like they can. However, the noise cancelling they provide is good.
Overall, I highly recommend these. Battery life is good. Nice compact case and good sound quality.

I own a lot of different earbuds don’t ask why I just like a different pair now and then. These are small and light weight they look good don’t hang out of your ear to much. The audio is nice and balanced with the treble and bass. You can’t adjust them they have noise canceling and ambient pass-through. The app will tell you the battery life of each bud and the case. The nice thing about these earbuds is you can have either one of them in the case and they still work. Most buds you have to have use the left one so this is a nice feature. The buds basically do nothing but ay music the side function are just pause and play most others let you fast forward and turn the volume up and down. So it did take sometime to get these paired to my phone it kept saying the app is needed to pair I had the app downloaded. When I went to the app I paired it there and it showed connected but the music was still coming out of my phone speaker. When I got it to connect with my phone it wouldn’t connect to my app. So connect to the app 1st the check to make sure your connected to your Bluetooth. It works great now. I like the case it comes in nice and small.
Overall nice sound disappointed that the earbuds don’t control anything.

I wanted to love these but the consistency is not there for earbuds at this price. The pros about this are the size for the case and the earbuds are good and comfortable . The sound is great better than most earbuds out there hands down. You can use the case with the supplied cable as a Bluetooth transmitter for those devices that don’t have Bluetooth but have a headphone jack. The case also will wireless charge. It’s usb c . You can use either left or right earbud alone. Plus both can control your music and phone calls with a few taps , you can use any one on its own. The noise canceling has an auto feature which is nice depending how loud your surroundings are. The cons for these are the things that frustrated me . The app sucks, it’s a 50/50 chance the app will recognize the pi7 . Pairing was tricky the app said it paired it to my phone but in reality it only paired the case I had to manually pair the earbuds separately. The noise pass-through when turned on you hear a slight buzz if it’s quiet in your surroundings. On top of that the sound that does go through doesn’t sound that great even after adjusting the pass through level. The noise canceling is ok I would say it comes in at second place compared to another company. The pi7 uses Bluetooth 5.0 which I don’t understand because for $400 I would expect the most current one and I have had loss of audio/connection while roaming around in the city. I crossed the street and the music was cutting in and out a few seconds. Phone call audio was weird it sounds way off. Other brands I have gotten better sound on calls. The biggest thing is how long it takes to actually connect to the phone and you have to leave the case open until you hear the sound that it connected. If you don’t do this the audio will cut in and out the whole time while playing music. I hate having to pull out the case and insert the earbuds and re do the whole thing again to make sure I get uninterrupted music. B&W needs to improve that idk if a software update will do it but who knows

The Bowers & Wilkins PI7 Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones are beautifully designed providing audiophile quality sound and extreme comfort.
Pros:
* Comfort – Anyone who uses wireless in-ear headphones know they can really start to hurt your ears, especially after prolonged use; however, the Bowers & Wilkins PI7 headphones are the most comfortable headphones I have ever owned. I have been wearing them up to 4 hours at a time, most days of the week, and my ears feel great with no fatigue. These are the first Bowers & Wilkins product I have owned and if this is the comfort I can expect then they have earned a lifetime customer. They come with different size ear tips for a more customized fit.
* Sound – These headphones offer premium performance using Bluetooth 5.0 with AptX Adaptive. This allows for a reliable and stable connection with perfect synchronization between audio and video. Additionally, these headphones use a 24-bit connection to help overcome the quality issues caused by limited bandwidth in the Bluetooth codec. The combination of this technology allows for a quality listening experience. Of the many premium wireless headphones I have used, I prefer the sound of the Bowers & Wilkins PI7.
*Multi-Point connect – These can be simultaneously connected to two devices at the same time (ie: phone and laptop). Pairing the headphones with new devices is easy and quick. Simply hold the button until it flashes blue and pair with the device.
* Re-transmitting Case – This is a cool feature that allows you to use the PI7 wireless headphones with non-wireless devices as long as it has a 3.5mm audio port. You connect the case to the device using the provided 3.5mm cable. The case subsequently acts as a re-transmitter to the wireless headphones. I tried this out on my desktop computer and it worked great. I look forward to using this on my next flight when I want to watch a movie on the inflight entertainment system.
* Adaptive Noise Cancellation – The noise cancellation of the PI7 headphones is pretty impressive, especially given the amount of technology packed into these small headphones. It can be activated by pushing the left earbud for 1 second and cycled through the different modes with additional 1 second presses. It has an auto mode which adapts the noise cancellation based on the sound environment you are in, an on mode, and an off mode. While it doesn’t completely cancel out background sound it definitely reduces it.
Indeterminate:
* Battery life – The onboard battery life for the headphones is about 4 hours which is lackluster compared to several competitors which offer 8-30+ hours. The charging case holds 4 additional charges allowing for a total of 20 hours of playback. The case can quickly charge the headphones adding around 2 hours of charge in about 15 minutes. The case can be recharged using the provided USB-C cable or a Qi-certified wireless charging pad.
Cons:
* Volume control – There is no direct way to control the volume from the wireless headphones. Instead, you either have to use a voice command or adjust the volume from the device they are connected to.
* No charging brick – While I appreciate the provided USB-C to USB-C cable, no charging brick is included. For the price point and the “nonstandard” USB-C cable, it is something I would expect to be included.
Overall, I really like the Bowers & Wilkins PI7 Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones. If you want a premium listening experience on a wireless platform then the PI7 are for you.
jpatterson34 –
The Bowers and Wilkins P17 True Wireless Noice cancelling in ear headphones have great sound quality and some pretty cool features – but they come with a pretty hefty price tag at $400. The in ear headphones come with a rechargable case that you can just set on any pad to charge. It also can connect to two bluetooth devices so that you can liten to music from one divice and anwer a call from your phone. It charges pretty fast – although I have found the charge not to last as long as I would prefer. The sound quality on the headphones is really amazing – although I still can hear what is going on around me -so I don’t know if my fit isn’t right or why I can’t call them truly noise cancelling. The sound quality on the phone is excellent as well.
PeboQuattro –
The PI7s are premium In-Ear Headphones for audiophiles with features such as audio retransmission via the case and 24-bit aptX technology for high resolution audio.
Immediately apparent coming from my daily AirPods use is the deep lows, rich mids, and clear highs. Though the low and mid range are full and prominent, the headphones still achieve great clarity and provide fantastic range. Depending on your music choice, the low end may overpower the track slightly but I think most people would prefer the tuning Bowers & Wilkins performed over a flat EQ. The wireless charging case has a unique audio retransmission feature where you can use the including USB C to 3.5mm to pipe stereo analog audio over Bluetooth via aptX. This lets you take any device with 3.5mm out and make it instantly wirelessly stream low latency, high quality audio to the headphones!
Unfortunately the case is also my biggest gripe, feeling far less premium than the headphones themselves. The plastic case is larger than my AirPods case and feels cheap in comparison, despite offering more features. I also experienced a few connection issues since primarily using the PI7s that I had not noticed with my other headphones, but I am sure Bowers & Wilkins will iron out any issues with a firmware update. The earbuds themselves feature touch controls, with access to music, call control, voice assistant, and noise cancelation at your fingertips. I feel the noise cancellation isn’t on par with my daily drivers, but it works well enough and even offers a passthrough mode that can be adjusted to your liking.
Even with those minor shortcomings, the PI7 is a fantastic set of In-Ear headphones for those looking for a better audio experience.
bobcats9498 –
The B&W PI7 in-ear headphones sound phenomenal. The trebles, mids, and bass sound better than any in-ear headphones I’ve tried (even beating out other high-end in-ear headphones I have in sound quality). The headphones are comfortable, and the app works well, and I love being able to use the case as a transmitter for those instances where you must use a 3.5mm cable (like an airplane for example).
The reason for the lower stars is due to the fact that the Bluetooth connection is shaky at best. When taking a walk with the headphones, sound would constantly cut out if I had my phone in my pocket or left hand. If there is a wall or two between you and the sound source, the headphones cut-out more than they should for the price paid for them.
Unfortunately, the stellar sound can’t overcome the issues with the cut-outs making these headphones a do-not-buy (yet) from me. If the Bluetooth connectivity issues can be resolved, I would recommend these headphones in an instant.
NickG –
I’m quite sure these are the best sounding true wireless earbuds out there. For me, they bested the Sennheiser Momentum true wireless (2nd gen), although the Sennheisers had better features and a better app. I do not believe it’s worth the $150 price gap for the marginal increase in SQ, although I chose to keep the B&Ws as SQ is my main priority, and the features and app of the B&Ws are adequate.
Moore –
Definitely for audiophiles. Musically the best for earbuds. They are very pricey! Also sold out by every authorized seller including Bestbuy. But what’s too much for the best sound money can buy.
I’m subscribed to Tidal with master records, my ears are definitely in love. But I wish I could eq and turn the volume at least two more notches.
Bowers and Wilkins is the truth when comes to audio. But some products can uses more adjustments and volume and it includes PI7 headphones.
I had to compare these with my AirPods Pro’s and Apple wins in almost every category including volume but lack in sound quality.
Bowers and Wilkins proves that you can get the best sound quality from a small source, just let me crank it up more.
Pros
Definitely the sound quality.
The amazing ability in the case.
Cons
The price.
The comfort.
The Bluetooth.
The volume.
The reason for five stars; Bowers and Wilkins PI7 pros over cons the music is lossless.
Mell –
Excellent sound quality. Perfect bakance without even havinv to set EQ settings. Best wireless earbuds as far as sound quality. Active noise cancelation is ok. Excellent sound quality makes up for decent noise cancellation
potterdood –
For what these cost they should blow me away and they do not do that or even come close to it, only reason I didn’t return them is bc I had a $300 coupon from rewards points…they look cool and have a nice charging case, but they just don’t have a loud volume, I made sure my iPhone settings didn’t have the sound check on too. I can’t recommend these, unless I’m just doing something weird.
Gus23 –
I was very pleased with quality of sound. I very satisfied would buy them again. I know there 400 but i think there worth it.
TechnologyAgnostic –
Wow! I can see why these are so hard to get (the black color was sold out before I bought mine and the white sold out after my purchase). The sound fidelity is outstanding. The buld is quality and the case ticks all the boxes: Analog plug to Bluetooth allows you to use your buds on airplane trips. It has both wired and wireless charging options. It lets you rest the buds to factory settings if needed.
Are they worth the high price?..every penny. I would highly recommend picking up a pair. That is if you can even find them in stock.
Heff –
loved the look and fit of these but, the connection was unstable. thought it was just these pair of ear buds and returned them as spending 400 on a pair of earbuds the connection should be flawless.
i got a new pair and it was worse on the second pair. no idea how you charge 400 and have this big of an issue with it.
Brennan –
No dropout issues. No connectivity issues. I gave away my over-ear B&W PX because these put them to shame. Do not hesitate to purchase. Gym, home, sleep, travel, all checked off with above and beyond comfort and function. Oh and I can make it from one side of the gym to the next before I see spotty playback. Gym size 11k square feet.
MaxM –
If you’re coming from AirPods Pro, these are absolutely worth it If sound quality is most important to you. I read a lot of reviews before buying these and people would say you can hear things you never heard before. I didn’t believe that after having a lot of headphones/earbuds, only using AirPods Pro since they came out but those people are absolutely right. I listen to everything from polo g to Chris Stapleton to Adele. The clarity on these using Apple Music (not even hifi) is truly insane. I really feel like I’m in the studio hearing them sing right in front of me. Putting AirPods Pro on comparing these 2 is crazy. Makes the AirPods sound flat and like they have zero bass (which before owning these I thought they had pretty good bass and clarity. These will blow you away if you’re coming from AirPods Pro.
Johnny –
Very solid for this pair. one of not the best if not the best lol
Great –
Great device. Reliable. Can’t be more satisfied with these. They are top of the market.
KDJ32 –
INCREDIBLE CLEAR SOUND, Premium construction.
Battery Life at 4-5 hours. Case gives another 20 plus. App is ok, you can’t adjust EQ. The SEPARATOR is the audio retransmission feature. Basically the wireless charging case has a unique audio retransmission feature. You can use the included USB CTO 3.5mm to send stereo analog audio over Bluetooth via aptX.
So any device with 3.5 mm out and make it instantly stream high quality audio to the earbuds!
hsriv –
You get these buds because you appreciate clarity, a wide frequency range, and the best sounding ear buds available. I’ve had B&W headphones for over a decade now. Always sounded great. A sound engineer friend has an entire mixing studio with B & W speakers and it sounds amazing. I wasted my time with the latest offerings from Sony and Bose, which I’ve owned many of their products over the past four decades. While not a fan of buds, these stay in my ear and the sound is outstanding.
Yoan –
There ain’t that load for the price, and the sound is not that great for the price
Benjamin –
When wearing them they felt a little to much like earplugs. I loved the feature where you can plug them into a pc or something that doesn’t have Bluetooth. The highs and miss were a bit too much for my ears.
payam –
Do not buy them. Every 3 month I buy new headphones. They are the worth headphones. You must keep them near to phone or laptop( only 6 steps). Every 10 minutes they get disconnection. They have good voice quality, but not the best. I have Bose, powerbeats and bang&olufsen. Bowers are the worth. Bose and beats are the best.
Hunter –
Very nice looking and super comfortable headphones, sound it’s really good with just enough base .
Cableguy –
Was disappointed with this product. I had extremely high hopes as this is an amazing brand. They earplugs just did not fit comfortable.
Csusjr –
If your paying more for these than a lesser model, because of the anc, dont. The anc is barley noticable. I had bose qc that i lost, bose offered to replace for 140. So half of these, ill take the far superior anc on the bose and slightly lesser sound. Although bose has an eq and a find my earbuds feature that these also lack.
Steve –
Great sound, excellent earbuds, never disconnects.
Bats –
They are very well built, smaller then you think. Easy to use, and sound amazing, Sony still anc king but if you want great sound these are worth the money really amazing
Maui –
Very nice headphones excellent sound. Only thing is that it they may not fit everyone well.
Tony –
Great sound. Only thing is the functions that are available on the actual earphone are minimal.
Pros –
Ipod pro is much better. These have a much shorter range and the sound quality is about the same.
Fred –
these in ear head phones are comfortable and the sound is just awesome. you cant go wrong with these headphones the sound is rich and deep the added features are great. for example you can connect using the 3.5m jack on the plane and have the charging transmit wireless to your headphones.
MarkG –
Great Sound when they work and that is the key with this product. It hardly ever does. Problems with battery charging, sound, bluetooth connection are all part of the problems. I am on my second pair because I had to return the first. Now I’m stuck with them. Major disappointment and rip-off for this kind of money.
