I had been blowing B&W M1’s (see review) and needed to go another way. My wife would not let me put tower speakers in the room so I was having getting loud enough wall mountable speakers that would handle the volume I was trying to get like what I was used to from a tower speaker. I am running four of these for both fronts and rears. I am amazed at how loud and clear these speakers are. They are paintable to match the wall, although I think that would be a pain. They include a mask for painting but I didn’t try it. The install is extremely easy with the included cut out template and the mount needs no drilling or screwing. The “quick dogs” squeeze the sheet rock and hold very secure. Overall an incredible speaker with amazing quality sound. I have been running them for a month now and could not be happier.

I purchased 4of the Bowers & Wilkins –6” 2-Way In-Wall Speakers for High~end quality sound in my Waiting Room. Connected to my 4 Bowers & Wilkins 6” 2-Way In-Wall Speakers is the Bowers & Wilkins 6-1/2″ 3-Way Center-Channel Speaker, Bowers & Wilkins – 10″ 200-Watt Powered Subwoofer, Yamaha AVENTAGE 1030, Monster PowerCenter, Samsung 75” F8000 3D HDTV, and PlayStation 4. Installation was a breeze as I mounted my 4 Bowers & Wilkins in the Ceiling and replaced the old In-Wall Speaker wiring to my Yamaha AVENTAGE 1030. After connection of my Bowers & Wilkins 3 Way Center-Channel, and Bowers & Wilkins 200 Watt Subwoofer I hit the power button and activated the YPAO (Yamaha Parametric Room Acoustic Optimizer) for easy and accurate sound calibration. Once the YPAO finished its job calibrating sound I hit the volume button on my Galaxy Note 3( via Yamaha App) and Wow to my ears from front to back everything was in place, from the Bright Highs to the Deep Lows, and Mid-Bass everywhere in my waiting room was the “Sweet Spot”. I am Very Pleased with my purchase of 4 Bowers & Wilkins 6” 2-Way In-Wall Speakers.

I have used 3 of these for my front speakers and they sound great. Only one small thing that I did not like is its appearance. This looks more boxy rather than rectangular. I like the speakers to be more rectangular.

Great opportunity to take advantage of an open box savings. I was informed that there are not warranty opportunities for premium or specialty order electronics. It would be nice to have a total tech support warranty on premium prpducts that doesnt overlap with the initial manufacture warranty.
