    I like the phone it was big , shipping was fast and the battery lasts a long time . I really like my phone didnt know it was this big.the camera quality is not that good though.

    Sad to say this was the absolute worst cell phone I’ve ever owned and I was so disappointed in this product, I feel like I was robbed!
    Samsung you should be ashamed of yourself, at one time Samsung was a product you could buy and trust to be of superior quality, well unfortunately not anymore.

    I will never ever purchase a phone like this again, it is extremely slow when trying to Google anything and even just reading a book I have to continually restart my reading and playing any game is out of the question.

    got the cell phone and accessories for my brother, and they fit his needs perfectly. it doesn’t have gyros or accelerometers.

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any customer service experience. I was directed to pick up the phone at the online pick up and the person I was talking to asked me for a barcod. He then flipped the screener. Made a funny sounding voice and the barcode scanner hit the counter and almost hit me. Absolutely nightmare.

    Best buy has been a life saver for a parent of 2 growing teenagers with Androids. I’ve had to replace my kiddos phone twice in less than a year. Thank goodness for low prices here at Best Buy.

    I purchased this phone for my 9 year old daughter for use in case of emergencies. I bought it thinking it was going to be a very simple device without many bells and whistles. I personally have the Galaxy 22+. I was pleasantly surprised at the phone’s features. Definitely not just a simple phone. My daughter loves it. And I love the price. I ordered it online and it arrived at my door the next day.

    The specs aren’t very good on this phone. The phobe also freezes sometimes and brightness moves up and down without me touching it because it is in a bad place on the phone. The smart features don’t always work correctly either. Lastly, the amount of gbs in low. If you need a inexpensive phone this is a great option.

    Camera quality isn’t amazing, but does everything I actually got it to do at a very reasonable price. If you play games all the time and use your phone constantly, then don’t get this phone. It’s pretty basic, but I like basic and don’t need a fancy phone, so this works perfectly for me.

    Amazing Phone, I just wished their was more accesories available at the time of purchase. Aside from being extra sensitive upon the side button touch, The phone is awesome. Only recomendation is the port for power can be more user friendly for corded headphones to be connected. I was looking forward to cool camera features as well. All in all I would buy this phone again.

    Not compatible with some apps. Will run slow at times. My thumb will touch the side of the screen while I’m holding it and will take me off the page I’m at. Otherwise, it does its job and runs pretty good.
