I received this vacuum for Christmas last year. It vacuums up the pet hair and dirt wonderfully. It is very easy to maintain and clean. It needed a repair and bObsweep customer service was excellent.

I purchased Bob a couple of years ago and he has made my life so much easier. I am in my last quarter here and not as mobile as I used to be. I always hated doing floors and now I can keep them clean with little effort. Bob is easy to clean. And I like that he can clean under beds and sofas whereas I could not. I liked him so much I bought one for my sister for Christmas and another for a friend. I lost the cover that goes over the brushes and called the company for a replacement. It arrived in 2 days as promised, (And then I found the original cover but that is neither here nor there). I get so frustrated with customer service in general these days but I was extremely pleased with that provided by BobSweep. I actually connected quickly with a live, American, English speaking rep who was so pleasant! I highly recommend Bob.

We love the fact that we can program Bob to come on every afternoon and vacuum. Especially with 2 dogs, its nice to get the hair up daily. Bob does a great job on our vinyl tile floor, but occasionally gets stuck on our area rug. He runs over our thicker rug easily! He is even very durable as he has sustained numerous biting attacks from our blue heeler that does not like Bob! Wouldn’t know what to do if I had to manually vacuum daily.

Vacuum is great, Customer support is Awesome. Any problems or issues are remedied quickly. If so happens parts are needed, very inexpensive. There are even tutorial videos to help you with any issue you might have.

Very disappointed in bob pro. Mostly going back and forth over a 2′ x 8′ carpeted area. Have to keep an eye on it. Even with removing main brush for carpet it still doesnt pick up much. Beeps then flashes a certain of times for problem, Gotta run and count the flashes, then consult the manual to see what the trouble is. Can’t remove all needed parts to empty dust bin . Doesn’t pick up toenail cuttings. Drops off collected hair. Got this to lessen workload…returning it “quick, fast and in a hurry” as Major Payne would say.

It swept great when it wasn’t stuck. My biggest issue was it kept getting stuck in areas that it really shouldn’t be stuck. This was disappointing and frustrating. I kept having to pick it up to unstuck it

Great machine that does well at keeping your place tidy in between deep cleanings. I replaced the battery after 2+ years and it is almost good as new.
It does have issues with getting stuck under cabinets and the fridge, but I’m usually home to save it.
I think its great the manufacturer offers replacement parts and warranty coverage.

As this is my first appliance of this type I have nothing to compare it against. I am impressed with how it operates and how well it collects art and dust. It goes well from hardwood to carpet. My granddaughter has named it Bob.

Bought bObsweep Pro on sale. The vacuum worked fine, but the features are very limited compared to other options in the under $200 range. The scheduling only allowed for a specific time once every day, which is rather limited. I wanted the ability to have a more advanced schedule. I returned the vacuum. I bought another robotic vacuum with LIDAR, which greatly improves the performance. bObsweep has other models that have better functionality. Not having an app interface vs the basic remote is a deal breaker as well.

I was uncertain about this purchase,, but Bob Sweep is good. You think you are going to vacuum every three days.. why brother when BobSweep will do it for you. Than ever so often take out the big vacuum and go to work. Its A great machine I had it for almost 2 years,, it knows when to recharge and go to work. Now one thing I don’t do, is let this thing run around the house when I am not there to monitor it. Lithium batteries,, are in it,, so I am over cautious but I dont want no house fires.

We’ve had Bob for 2. 5 years and I thought I got a killer deal when it was on sale – I was right. We didn’t use it for the first 2 years because it kept turning off and flashing red lights…. I was mad! But then I looked up the troubleshooting video on YouTube and it explains what the lights mean by the number of times it flashes. One I learned what it meant, I realized it just had too much hair in the wheels (3 dogs) or the sensors were dirty, etc…. I schedule it to run, and i run it multiple times a day on top of that. Each time the dirty bin is full. It works hard! It learns your house in just a few cycles. It did get stuck under things like the recliner or the cupboards, but it learns to avoid the obstacles. The best part is that when it’s about to die, the suction on the vacuum turns off and it returns to the charging station by itself. It’s amazing! I think in a few months I’m going to splurge and buy the Bob vacuum and mop combination. It’s made our lives so much easier. I know this is a long post, but this is one of the best deals and purchases I’ve ever made.

I dont love it :/ it doesnt clean all my floor and it gets stuck eeeeeverywhere. I already had a roomba, but i read such good reviews on this one so i wanted to give a try. Definitely sticking with my roomba.

This bObsweep is a winner for sure. My family has named him BOB and he is like another member of the family. He recently had to had repairs the Customer Service team provided outstanding care. I have had this vacuum a few year and like it a lot. I wish it wouldn’t get stuck on my rugs so much though. Cleans a lot of dust and gets all the pet hair. Customer service is excellent I have reach out twice and both problems were solved with ease. Recommend it!

I was not happy with this purchase. The vacuum randomly stops running and will beep as those it needs charged or emptied. I can have it charging all day and empty the dirt and it will still stop vacuuming and beep.
