We have 3 small dogs (14, 28 and 32 pounds) the 2 larger one are long hair Pomski’s and continually shed. This vacuum does a great job with the day to day upkeep of our LVP Flooring. We still need to manually vacuum once a week to get under low furniture and in small areas and we use our Bissel Pet Crosswave once a week to completely clean the floors.

My vacuum did not circle and make patterns throughout the house during its cycle . it got stuck on everything even without the rotating beater bar. The height of the vacuum cleaner was too large would not go underneath some of my furniture. And it’s really not a mop it’s like a swifter pad and with no reservoir to fill up water do you have to make the pad wet yourself. I do not recommend this. Way to be much babysitting

I purchased this vacuum knowing it will be put to good use with 2 shedding fur babies. Although I dislike not having a wifi feature, it does do a pretty through job in cleaning the area. The “mop” feature needs improvement but the customer service has been impeccable as far as repairs or help needed with the machine.

My floors are so much cleaner more often since I have bought Bob! I run it twice a week, sweeping one day and washing the other. Saves me lots of time. The customer service is great and very helpful. He gets stuck easily. He gets between chair legs and can’t get out. He also slips off my wood floors onto my carpet and can’t get back on the wood floors. I’ve decided to not program and just use him when I’m home so I can help him when he’s stuck. Buy this one sale, otherwise I think he’s pricey.

Bob is great, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone with or without a pet in the house. I have two cats, but it’s no problem for Bob to clean the floor. It perfectly cleaned our wooden floor. The battery lasts a long time, and we don’t even have to worry about charging it; it will go back to the charging port once the battery is low. Dustbins contain a decent amount of dust and hair, but you have to clean them a few times if you have many pets. Customer service is amazing; they are responsive, professional, and willing to help you. Overall, a great product.

Bob constantly tries to get stuck under every object. Freeing bob is more labor intensive than vacuuming the floor yourself. This will only work for a home or space that is completely level and free of obstacles

I absolutely love my Bob. Not only does this machine work extra hard with the mass amount of cat hair and dog hair all over my house, it is incredibly easy to use, set up and clean between each use.
I have a lot of cats and a giant dog and they all shed like you would not believe and this little guy goes running around the house and picks up everything.
Bob arrives in a box with an extra roll brush, tools to clean it out, a proprietary mini screwdriver that is just basically sicker than a normal one that fits into the screws they use, and a color matched blocker device (This is a device with a little red light that you can set up to prevent Bob from going past that red light ray. You would use this to block Bob from particular rooms, hallways areas, etc. And you can purchase additional blocks if you like.)
Of all the Bobsweep machines this one has strongest suction and the dustbin container is much larger than the Slam**.
[**I bought the Slam to try it out, because it integrated with the app, but I had to return it. Not because it was a bad item, but because it is not built for someone with massive amounts of pet hair. The slam is more medium duty I would say, but it also has the mop feature that actually has a mop water container, which is something that my Bob does not have so that’s kind of cool.]
Beside the fact that these machines are well-built, and have a good warranties on them, most important part next to that is the customer service from this company. It is stellar (and unique).
When you buy your Bob, he arrives with a little cute, baby birth certificate, attached to his box. When you are talk to (or email with) someone at the Bobsweep company, they talk about your Bob vacuum like he is a real living thing. It’s quite unusual, but endearing in my opinion.
The follow up is top notch. If something goes wrong or are you just have questions about how to operate your Bob or even if you just want to call them and talk about your Bob, they will walk you through steps to troubleshoot with an actual human being on the phone and listen to any feedback or suggestions you have. Then they will follow up after a phone call to make sure everything is OK.
In addition, their user manual was updated and it is very easy to read, colorful, not too big and not too little. They did a really good job with it.

Stupid confused robot vacuum. It kept bumping into walls and furniture, unable to navigate its way around the room. The poor thing seemed completely lost, constantly changing direction without any purpose. Its sensors must have been malfunctioning, as it failed to detect obstacles in its path. It was a frustrating sight to witness, as it struggled to fulfill its intended function of cleaning the floor efficiently. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for the robot vacuum, trapped in a state of perpetual confusion.

Battery life sucks, and it can’t find its charging station, I have to pick it up and take it to the charger. Doesn’t clean for more than 10 minutes, can’t think of a time it made it to 10 minutes

The Bobsweep offers me the option to vacuum without being home. It’s very helpful because there is so much movement and extra noise in the evenings. I did get it on sale for less than $300. I don’t believe I would have purchased it for more than that.
