    The screen is almost impossible to read in full daylight. I followed the directions and turned the brightness up to 10 (1 to 10 scale) and also turned the Dim setting to manual to turn off the dimmer. It is still essentially impossible to read the display in full daylight, although this is less of a problem when it is cloudy and not a problem at night. It is apparently too late to exchange it for something else, but I cannot recommend this for the indicated reason.

    However, BestBuy did a good job with the installation, that part went very smoothly. Also, the sound quality of the item is quite good… were it not for the illumination issue, I’d give it a much higher score.

    Printed instructions are minimal which is kind of annoying.

    Huge upgrade my my old radio. Fits sung in a 93’ Ford F150. The EQ settings are fantastic and the extra bass boost button is great on the highway when you need just a bit more. A bit hard to see the screen in bright sunlight. I also wish I could change the color of the lights. The app for the radio is a cool feature but a tad unnecessary.

    It’s a decent radio, reasonably priced, and fit right into my Honda with no difficulty. The controls are a bit tricky, and the display is a little hard to see in daylight hours, but the sound is very good. I especially like the base boost feature.

    Bought this as a Christmas gift, the website and several Best Buy employees said it would work in the car I wanted it in. Had to drive to 4 different stores after each one claimed to be able to install it online. Employees said they could install it with only 1 car speaker working. I am going to get it installed somewhere else where they can do it properly.
