Noise cancelling is great with this headset. The mute button option on your end is also helpful. Wish that the microphone itself could block out some noise. It does sometimes not connect to calls but overall works great! Battery life is amazing! Travel case is another plus!

My work environment is really loud and most people cant hear me while I’m speaking to them on the phone. This product has been the best one I used so far that everyone can hear me clearly. 10/10. However, the only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is because the volume on my end isn’t as loud to hear them

3 1/2 stars. It won’t let me give it three and a half up top but I can’t quite justify for so it gets three. The noise canceling is phenomenal in terms of other people being able to hear you with lots of noise all around you. I bought this for Trucking and previously my family members had a difficult time having conversations with me cuz they could hear the loud motor or road noise or squeaks and rattles or other things going on around me as diesel engines are not quiet. No joke, once I turn this on they can’t even tell that I’m in a truck or driving so it’s great in that aspect. It’s also very good for listening to podcasts. Listening to music however is not pleasant it’s just okay if anything a little muddy at times. The app is a very bare-bones app and while it does allow you to just things there is no EQ. Also the battery level indicator is ancient. It’ll tell you you have 30% or even 50% and just die on you. It doesn’t give you an accurate present count. It’ll go and increments like 30 50 70 100. But nothing in between so if you’re at 51%. It’ll still show 70 and if you’re at 1% it’ll show 30. Although I swear it died once when it told me I had 50% left. These are things that could be tweaked if the makers decided to do a little tinkering to the software. And for $250 they better. If the most important thing for you though is phone calls and communicating with your loved ones it’s excellent. Podcasts are fine too but music is a little sad.

I will never purchase another device from Best Buy. I just brought this head gear and it’s already broken 1 month later; the sound in one ear keeps going out and the blue tooth connectivity is distorted. The return policy is for 15 days. Now I’m out a couple hundred dollars. Do not recommend; a waste of money.

This is a a gewat hand’s free headset. Im a professional bus driver, and this is perfect for driving. Paired very easily with my iPhone. Great feature is being able to setup to say “answer or decline” calls. Announces name if person calling.

Wireless connection issues when battery is below 50%.
Even the wired connection doesn’t work when the battery is below 50%.
Unhooking the right side earphone is very difficult.

1) Audio patch cable connection unreliable at both the computer and headset. You have to play with the connections to get stereo. Behaves the same when plugged into the cell phone.
2) Blue parrot user instructions confusing.

As a trucker this are some good headphones to talk and listen to music. They also automatically turn off seconds after to take them off and automatically turn back on the you put them on

I use this headset while trucking and the sound cancelation is phenomenal. The battery last as long as advertised and i don’t get complaints about background noise from the truck anymore. As far as the range goes i can walk to the back of both 45ft trailers and still hear throught the headset.

Great sound and noise cancellation but it definitely has some issues where it says it’s connected but does nothing. If I hit volume up on the side then my phone will show the movements on the screen. Seems to only happen after I disconnect and reconnect

Good noise cancelling. I have a very small head, apparently, but this still fits and balances well. I like having the various monitoring options of HearThrough, removing the second ear, etc. Was great for a long flight and a lot of train rides. It is somewhat heavy, and definitely weighted towards the main side, so it may take some adjusting. The included case is very well-designed for carrying all of the hardware and slips well into a bag, though there’s no dedicated space for the manuals. The pads are soft enough to be comfortably worn over glasses. There’s a beep-beep when it’s running low on battery that isn’t explained in the instructions, but it’ll keep running for a while after that starts. It sometimes insists on turning itself off, which can be convenient as it seems to know whether it’s on your ears or around your neck, but can also be inconvenient when you have something paused (meaning it disconnects) or the battery is somewhat low. Still, the long battery life more than makes up for the charge time.

Very nice upgrade in this headset from the 450 model. Fitment is more snug, microphone quality is on point, feature buttons & audio prompts are a little more refined. Blue Parrot has done it again by producing an excellent product for hands free communication. I would highly recommend this item.

Got 1 before and exchanged it because it shuts down by itself. This one just turns on and doesn’t connect audio to the ear speakers, says it’s connected, and it will randomly start playing sounds, but its very hard for it to be reliable. Must returm and get a different one
