    This item is slightly above average. The batter power is the best feature as it lasts 14 hours. The issue is how loud the wind is, and how quiet both others are when you’re speaking (volume has to be nearly at full power), and how quiet you are to them as well.

    Does well enough for the price. Not comfortable for someone who wears glasses as you constantly have to adjust it to not press against your skin. Loved the idea that it wasn’t bulky and couke fit in your pocket!

    Works great. Sound and notifications are very clear. Also if you lose it, turn off the lights and it blinks so you are able to find it in the dark.

    Impressed with the style, fit well around the ear, flexible enough to adjust well. It’s very light and good sound. I had to buy this Bluetooth because my new phone does not accept my old one. I stay don’t understand when I drive my car in Miami, the drivers are using their phones in their hands and don’t use that tool. They bring risk and they are dangerous for other drivers.

    I love my blue Parrot ear piece it’s so useful and it’s very clear and great in comfort. It makes driving very safe and the noise is completely gone does not have interferences either. I’m a very satisfied customer.

    This seems to be a good headset and has some impressive range.
    The only thing I do not care for is the fact that software is required for this to operate. WHY?
    I do not mind software being available… but not mandatory.

    Hurt my ear, wouldn’t switch devices easily when paired to multiple, don’t know how to check on the battery status easily, call quality at times not great (when BT is connected to multiple devices, like contention), it has such great potential… make it work like the Voyager Legend and it’d be excellent!

    I like the blue parrot product I owned the 450 overhead set before that’s the reason I bought the one that hangs on your ear my experience with the other afforded me to purchase this particular earpiece I’m not as satisfied with this purchase so I’ll think I’ll go back to the 4:50 it’s a great product

    The volume is very low. I have to push the earpiece into my ear to hear the other party. Other than that, it’s a good headset.

    This is a wonderful headset it is worth every penny i paid for it.it took 4 days to get it worth the wait it came by a carrier shipt don’t ever if you don’t have to very sorry best buy is not far behind don’t go to the asheville tunnel rd store it the pits the new mngr don’t care about nothing but himself cs is nonexistent.sorry attitude,when you talk to him his answer is what do you want me to do.go to the airport rd store in arden totally different atmosphere they care about their customers if you have a problem you won’t leave til things are fixed they want 100% customer service and you taken care of the mngrs are great they take the time to listen and react you will be happy koodles to them!!!!!!

    Got it cause I’m a trucker and needed something to block out background noise in the microphone, and people have said it sounds completely quite and can only here my voice so it’s perfect.

    I am beyond impressed with the quality and the battery life of this thing. I’ve been a planatronic man for as long as i can remember so i was reluctant to buy this but so glad i did. I get way more battery life than what the box said i would. Without exaggeration it lasts me 24 hours before i been to charge it & it takes no time at all to charge. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to planatronic after owning this. Make sure you download the app that goes with this because it gives you so much more control & you can keep up with any and all updates! I absolutely love my Blue-Parrott. The only complaint I have is i wish it went a little louder but man, this is a very small sacrifice compared to all the benefits i enjoy switching to this headset. I was barely getting 6 to 7 hours with my voyager 5200PTL vs the 20+ hours i get with this. NO BRAINER! I really enjoy how this headset reads me my texts & does alert me to who’s calling but I’m almost positive i had to use the app to upgrade to utilize this feature. Bottom line, so far i don’t see much of a sacrifice switching from planatronics to this. They basically do the same thing but this blueparrott gets more than 3x the battery life & you can walk away from your phone 300+ feet vs the 30ft you get with the planatronics. My opinion… blue-parrott is a much better headset.

    Good headset with a few exceptions.
    1.This earphone should always be kept together with the phone; if you leave the phone in the car and go to the store, the connection will be lost. After disconnecting the connection, you need to completely reinstall the application.
    2.when navigation is turned on, when the announcer announces a hint to you, the first word is chewed, you don’t hear it.

    I am a truck driver, I have a BlueParrott 450 but I was looking for a back up head set light and compact and this one cover all my needs. Even better, this head set can be wear on the right or left ear.

    People can hear me speak clearly and hardly any background noise. I can hardly feel when wearing it. I have not tested the range because I keep my phone nearby. VERY VERY HAPPY with this purchase.

    I like everything about this but headset except the ear cushions. None of the supplied cushions fit comfortably in my ears. Other than that connects well. Everyone can hear me clearly and the battery lasts long.

    This earpiece /headset does not stay connected to my cell phone and I constantly have to re connect with it.
    Needs more work on the issue of connectivity sustainability.
