I’ve used various wireless headsets for more than 20-years. I prefer just the one ear and boom mic setup like this one. Sounds good, comfortable to wear for hours on end. Battery lasts. Not had a single issue, and I’ve had it for nearly a year now.

Right out of the package, the device called for me to perform a software upgrade. This headset does not allow upgrades thru iPhone…so i downloaded their software onto my laptop…only to find out it’s not compatible with Windows 11 either! Their tech support was helpful though.

I work from home, did some research and allegedly this was one of the best. In my opinion, it isn’t. First off it was too tight for my head. I did adjust but it still made my head hurt. Second, when connected to my mobile and my work phone it made the calls choppy so you cannot connect to multiple devices. Lastly, it is definitely NOT noise canceling. I did a test, my kids were being LOUD I left called myself left a voicemail and you could hear it ALL. Then I called myself with the beats things and it’s actually way better! So I had to return them. Would not recommend! Not to mention it’s not compatible with my work phone so I was not able to do voice command or click the button to answer so not worth the price at all.

Sound quality was terrible compared to an older Blue Parrot of the same model. Although, the design of this updated version is top notch compared to my older headset. It felt lighter and more comfortable. Personally the headset itself looked more sleek and modern. USB-C charging is a huge plus for me. Unfortunately, everything sounded like the old cheap earphones that would easily blow their speakers. The loss of voice commands was also disappointing compared to my older model. Maybe it was just that particular headset, but I was very unhappy with the sound quality and ended up returning it.
