Not compatible with. cricket.
Description says compatible with cricket. It is not, according to the two cricket stores I visited. Brought it to the closest best buy store to return. They were going to charge me a 45$ restocking fee for a phone that didn’t work as described. Nice managers went welll out of there was to fix the issue, but don’t waste your time and effort if you’re buying this phone with the intention of using it with cricket.

It took an extremely long time to get & no instructions the back cover hard to open I almost broke it. I finally got everything in place got text couldn’t use the phone bc it was not compatible with AT&T as advertised it also has that super strong plastic smell! Don’t recommend!

I’ve had the phone for about a month now haven’t had any problems worse great the first day or two it didn’t pick up signal all that great but now it gets four or five bars where other phones don’t get no bars or maybe half a bar seriously it picks up really well the signal does the only problem I’ve had so far is that it gets hot extremely hot and will shut down but then again the summer here is in 106 110° range so as long as it’s inside and in the air conditioner it’s a solid phone it plays games well you only have really one phone game on it at a time but that’s all right with me I play free fire which is a very resource intensive game and it plays it just fine it’s only 2 GB of RAM so you get what you pay for but as far as the software goes on it it’s seamless
