This is our first time that we give us the chance to have a high priced blender and our cheap one does a better job than this one.
Maybe we don’t have the experience to use this kind of blender…
We want to use it to make protein smoothie shakes, we couldn’t make them creamy and also the blender get to hot so our shake was warm as
You can imagine the ice that we
Put in was melted
Fast
And it was like warm soup.
In the other hand the customer service it’s amazing and really easy to work with them.
We
Perhaps in the ne’er future we can give a try again with a more basic model and upgrade to a pro.

This product is exceptionally quiet. I decided to splurge on this blender for my wife and it suited our needs.
Sound: Very quiet. It doesn’t frighten our infant. My wife had to go into the other room to avoid scaring the baby with our old blender.
Ease of use: OK. Read the instructions. The default container that it comes with was not suited for what we were using it for. (Baby food) If you’re looking into doing something like baby food, then make sure you get the smaller one. It’s another $100 though.
Safety: The blunt blade technology is genius and puts me at ease when I’m cleaning this blender! I never liked cleaning blender blades before since I’m always paranoid of getting cut but this design alleviates that concern.
The product is great. Yes, it is expensive but if you’re looking for quality, this has been a great purchase.

This is hands down the best blender I’ve ever owned absolutely love it!

I make powdered meal shakes daily and wanted to do more dessert and mixed drinks. I had been using a nutribullet, but was so loud (90 decibels) and I had to hold the blending cup down so it would release itself and turn off before it was done.
This blender is powerful, has useful preset settings and time (I can step away and do other things while it works). But, the hood that is integrated into the unit is the best part as it reduces the volume of the unit when it is blending. It is not silent, but it is so much more quiet that that little nutribullet (which was deafening). The container is large and the lid is a thick rubber.
We did have to rearrange our countertop situation in the kitchen to accommodate this blender as it has larger base and is taller than the little bullet blender. The fully opened hood just clears the cabinet.
Very happy with this investment. I look forward to using it every chance I get.

Bought it for the drinks shop.
Quiet but it doesn’t mix well. You need to put more water or liquid to blend better. I expected more what I paid for.
Warranty is great but not sure for the customer service.

As a Vitamix owner for about 10 years, I was looking for something quieter so it wouldn’t be so hard on our ears, much less our toddler’s. Enter this wildly expensive (likely high-margin) blender. It is definitely marginally quieter. I still feel like putting hearing protection on my son, but he refuses and I don’t worry about it so much, and my wife and I don’t feel the need to plug our ears.
The first few smoothies out of the box, it was a real pleasure to hit the smoothie button and have a perfectly blended smoothie in 60 seconds. You can even hear the blender intelligently working to resolve issues with clumps or whatever, as it changes up speed to get the job done. We get smoothies from Daily Harvest, and one smoothie that always required lots and lots of work to blend even in the Vitamix is much easier in the Blendtec. I still have to go through more effort upfront to break up the frozen pieces, especially the rock-hard cherries, but otherwise it does a much better job. If I’m having issues, I can turn it into ice cream first, and then run it through the smoothie setting.
Speaking of settings, it is a little gimmicky. I imagine like most people we’ll only use a couple of the settings (we don’t use blenders for soup, for example), but it is a very straightforward interface. My only complaint is that it seems to take a while between power-on and being able to start a program.
All-in-all, pretty impressive. Whether it’s worth as much as it is would be for you to decide. We blend anywhere from 1-3 smoothies a day in this household, so as long as it lasts as 10 years as well, I can’t see myself complaining.

This blender is well worth the money! I can my speciality coffee drinks in the comfort of my home. Saves me money by not going to Starbucks so it will pay for itself.

Wow, great commercial blender for the price! We’ve been using Blentec blenders in our cafe for several years and they’ve held up amazing well considering the heavy use. I purchased this blender to replace one of our aging Blendtec’s and it’s performing even better than our original and at a lower price point! I’ve been looking to buy another one but it seems Best Buy is sold out.

I have purchased multiple blenders to try to find the right one to make frozen smoothies with ease. I found out!!! It’s more than I wanted to spend, but it’s totally worth it. Quite yet powerful. Thank you blendtec!

Berkle –
Amazing blender! The one that I had was defective though and started having immediate motor issues but Best Buy was absolutely great and helped me get it exchanged for a replacement blender even though it was right outside of the return policy so now I am eagerly anticipating my replacement that is coming in. I became very accustomed to having professional tasting smoothies each morning!
