    Took a moment to get used to it but it’s pretty good so far. I like all the features it comes with that some other security software asks you to pay for in addition to what you already paid for the software.

    Bitdefender has proven time and again to be an excellent product for simply protecting my devices. What I like most about is that it’s non-obtrusive in allowing me to get things done and it doesn’t exact much system resources to keep my devices protected. While I’m glad that Bestbuy carried this product, I would have wished that my location carried this license in a length greater than one year. Otherwise the buying experience was excellent.

    The Bitdefender Total Security seems to be a good product. However, is not compatible with my Mac. It appears to have some excellent features–such as a VPN.

    This Prius only a comeon. You load the software and then Bitdefender charges you $20 per month. You didn’t buy anything and Best Buy says well
    It’s software and we cannot refund your money. It’s a ripoff!!

    Purchased Bitdefender Total Security for the first time. I have been using Kaspersky for years and decided to switch to save money. Unfortunately, unlike Kaspersky, Bitdefender slowed down my computer considerably.

    I’ve been a Bitdefender customer for many years now and I’m very happy with their products! The total security suite is great and is easy to install on Win and macOS. The only downside is the 200MB of VPN per day but that’s enough if you want to log and transfer money.

    I’ve never had an issue with security while using this product and it requires minimal management — 5-6 years running, so this should be a five-star review. However, they auto-renew at much higher prices without sending anything to warn you of the pending renewal, plus they have never once responded to a customer service inquiry (and yes, I have sent them). I like the product, but I really don’t like the company.

    GREAT PRODUCT! Love that it was available in store as it was to be a gift. Had it in my hand and was able to check out within 5 minutes!! No waiting or watching for the mailman. Just dropped in , scooped it up and was ready to include in gift package. Now that is the best service!! Having the product you want available immediately!!!

    2nd year running Bitdefender – Total Security finds and stops intruders fast. can’t tell it’s even working uses less Resorces than other anti-virus software.
