    I’m happy with my purchase of the BISSELL – SpinWave. I purchased this item to help stay on top of the dirt and messes from having 2 dogs. It has made the chore much easier than hand-mopping.

    The smell is very bad although we have used different ways to fix it. I might return it just because of that. Other than that it is really doing good job.

    Thank God we have the total tech support warranty because we had 4 of the spin mops break down on us in 3 years of use, and at this point, we’re switching to a vacuum mop. I will altogether avoid this product because there are significant inconsistencies in manufacturing.

    Love the idea of an electric mop, but in theory it’s not the best idea for me personally.
    As a busy multiple pet owner I loved the idea of this product.
    But it’s ALMOST as cumbersome as pulling out my spin mop & bucket.
    Almost.
    It’s very easy to set up and use, my only problem was it took a little bit of time to get comfortable with the direction. The spin mop would flow in naturally.
    Also, I didn’t like that I was not able to apply my own “elbow grease” where needed, and when needed
    I had to go back on my own to do touchups
    Honestly, for me, personally, I found that I was able to thoroughly mop quickly, using my normal mop versus this electronic, spinning mop
    But for somebody who might have different physical issues, this could come in beautifully handy, and it would help if you are physically, not able to do the exercise that comes associated with heavy duty mopping.
    It also helps for spot cleaning, cleaning small areas, quickly, etc.
    Even though this was not something that I personally prefer, I’m still generous with the overall rating, because I do see the potential, and I did not completely dislike the machine.

    We wanted to upgrade from our Swifter WetJet and this thing did the trick. Cleans our floors incredibly well and takes up little space.

    Great power mop! The battery isn’t too long if you’re cleaning an entire house or multiple rooms. The 2 free cleaning solutions they provide last for a while, which is great! The pads can be interchanged depending on the texture of your floor. Great buy!

    The battery life and ease of use is great but the method of charging could be better. The mop pretty much moves itself so all you have to really do is guide it and the reseviour is enough for the whole house and then some. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it had some sort of charging dock versus the little DC power adapter that can easily get lost or damaged.

    The spinning mop heads make it for an easy on the body clean up, if you get the buffin heads worth while to shin up the floor after use.

    Does a good job at cleaning your hardwood/tile floors, easy to handle and not heavy at all. Battery running time is a little short, about half an hour continuous cleaning.Overall very good for the price you pay.

    It’s an ok cleaner, but the battery life is very short. Cannot finish cleaning our lanai tile floor on one charge. The cleaner moves smoothly and does not make a lot of noice.

    Charges in less than an hour and the charge lasts enough for me to do my entire house. I have approx 1200 sq ft to mop. I also mop another 100 sq ft in my shed that was turned into an office. Washing the mop pads in The laundry is a breeze.

    Much easier than a manual mop. Easy to assemble. I like the matt provided so you can easily align the pad replacements. I also store it on the matt.

    Easy to use. Works well for my industrial laminate flooring as long as I don’t oversaturate while using I won’t have streaks. I was debating on getting the Crosswave but did not want to take it apart to clean and dry after every use so I decided on this. I can’t use the cleaner it comes with because it leaves a film on my floor so I just use i vinigar and water.

    My wife likes it. She just wishes it was a little more powerful. Cleans well but leaves swirl marks from the dried cleaning solution. Might just be our cheap old laminate flooring.
