    Great purchase. Simple to use, does a fantastic job of cleaning the floors. Best part is you only have to use distilled water. The steam does all the cleaning.

    I purchased this to help clean our cat room which houses our litter boxes for our three cats. Our older cat sometimes has accidents and we needed something more than just the basic wet swiffer to help. This was easy to put together, the instructions were clear, and it takes 10 seconds to warm up before it’s ready to use. It cleaned our floors perfectly! I’m very happy with it and think I will get a lot of use out of it since we have all laminate flooring throughout the house.

    On the phone with Best Buy now… the area where the button are got hot but not at the bottom at all…. I filled with water and nothing. I even removed it from the floor attachment and nothing.

    I wasn’t sure about all of the rave reviews, but after using this steam mop on hardwood, laminate and ceramic tile in a house we just purchased, I am sold! Phenomenal small tool for a big job! Love the scrub brush.

    I LOVE THIS STEAMER. I have been back and forth thinking to hire someone to clean our grout and decided, after years, to order this after seeing it on a YouTube commercial. OH MY GOD IT IS A DREAM!
    It’s super light, easy to use, assembly required with one screw. I can do a little every day and boom, all of my tile is done and it is effortless! Not heavy at all!! I am in love with this! I am going to purchase another one it is an absolute must have with grout, it will sanitize and the steam gets super hot very quickly. The tank holds a little over 2c, the bummer is the measure tool came cracked, but, nothing my 2c Pyrex measure cup didn’t quickly replace. I can’t brag enough about this if you’re thinking of buying it… do it, for the money this is an incredible deal for what it offers and the quality it shows immediately. LOVE THIS.

    I really like this floor steam cleaner, very easy to use but understand you don’t use a cleaner in the machine, only water. It steams the water in the machine and cleans that way, I love it. I also got it at a great price.

    Too hard to maneuver, doesn’t slide easily. I rather use a regular mop with very hot water.
