    Item wasnt too bad, it cleaned well and was super easy to use, very light weight and portable. My issue i had was it didnt suck up enough water. I understand its not going to pick up 100% of the water it lays down, but it was only picking up about half of what it was putting down.

    Really great at picking up fresh messes or spills. However if you have some you caught late that have dried a bit, it doesn’t always get those 100% out. But other than that, excellent at getting out fresh pet messes and removing the smell with them.

    Bought as a gift for my parents. Had some stains on their couch they’ve been trying to get out- and in general doesn’t hurt to have something that could clean carpets and upholstery.

    Setup was easy, instructions clear, only thing that tripped me up was when they asked for hot water in the reservoir. Comes with urine detergent, but immediately bought the Bissell spot and stain remover instead. Keep in mind that Bissell advertises seperate detergents for their big push-vacuum type cleaners verses a cleaner like this one.

    Removed the stains we found very easily- cleaned the couch spot so well that we had to clean the rest of the couch to match the color change. You can clearly see the dirt in the dirty water reservoir. Probably not the best choice if you’re cleaning a house or even a large rug- but for removing stains or cleaning couches we can’t complain.

    Perfect cleaner. When I first got my pup didn’t know how hard it would have been to clean all her pee accidents! Thankfully this machine has helped take care of them, it is easy to move around, store, clean and cleanup with it.
    It can be a little loud, but 100% worth it and I don’t have to pay the astronomical prices of professional carpet cleaning.

    I love Bissel products! I already have a larger init. I had one from the 90’s that work really, really well but the wattage was to high and it kept shorting the electricity so I gave it away. This smaller one is for spot cleaning

    It cleans up nicely. It does leak slightly where the attachments attach to the hose. It also needs to be emptied right away, otherwise it starts to smell quickly.

    This is a must have. If you’ve ever spilled anything on a carpet, you need it. Add it to the list of things you can’t live without, like your microwave oven. Especially great if you have pets. You know they always run to the carpet when they need to throw up!

    This little one doesnt last long without spewing dirty water all over and the suction is just ok pressing and working it over pretty hard. You really have to watch the vents on the end not to block them like doing the stairs and trying to keep it on one of them while working. They get better but not quite the winner yet.
