    We have had the chance to use this item on one of our larger area rugs. The rug had gotten very dirty. This item did the trick on cleaning the rug. We were amazed at the difference it made. It does very well on dry vacuuming as well.

    Did not last long, and would have been a lot better if it didn’t have the mop feature. I’ve realized that every mop vacuum I’ve gotten did not work as expected, and as soon as you use the mop, and then try to use the vacuum after that, the water clogged it, and made it less efficient than if I were to have just vacuumed and then mopped myself. It was a mess to clean up after mopping, and now it just sits in my closet because I can’t bring myself to trash it, even though it definitely needs it. The floater thing inside the tank, also messes up, and makes it to where it won’t suck or anything, and I was just highly disappointed in this box. Upon first, getting it, it worked phenomenally when it came to the vacuuming. Unfortunately, that didn’t last because of the mop feature That just made everything gradually fall apart. I wanted to love this vacuum so much. Especially being I’m not one to go spend a bunch of money on things like this to begin with. I was under the impression that I didn’t make a purchase, but instead an investment. However, that was short-lived and disappointing to settle least.

    I think I expected more of it. Seems to do a decent job on area rugs but if you’re trying to clean anything from a floor that’s been there for more than 5 minutes, you may want an alternate method.

    Bought this because our senior dog sometimes makes a mess. How did I manage before without this? No more bending over or on my hands and knees. Cleans so well and also dries the area. Best cleaner ever.

    4 stars. A lot of money for being a bit under powered.

    Does it work? Yes, definitely cleans hardwood floors and vacuums up smaller items like dog food, hair, cereal.

    However this is only good for weekly maintenance.

    Nothing supplements using a mop or rag with elbow grease.

    For $200 I’d expect that, but for $150/175 to do weekly maintenance cleaning it would be a must have

    Bought for a Christmas gift best buy did not put in another box and just shipped the vacuum in the original box so wife seen it thanks best buy for ruining my Christmas

    Very happy with this Crosswave for our house that’s mainly hardwood floors, vinyl plank, tile, and some areas rugs. Being able to clean up and mop at once is nice, and it’s fairly easy to clean and maintain as well

    This is not as easy to use as the videos say. Cleaning up nasty things, you will have to change the mop heads out, other wise I feel like I’m smearing things.

    Barely cleans, hard to clean the tank once you do use it, doesn’t work on carpet no matter how thin it is, hardfloors only and even then it barely works. Waste of money.

    Worked well for over a month. The water tank stopped dispensing water as it should and my floors were covered in water. When it did work, it cleaned the floors are area rug really well. Good thing I purchased the protection plan.

    Easy to put together. Was suppose to have an extra brush with it but it wasn’t in the box. As far as cleaning, if u go really slow it does well. I can mop my floors a lot faster with a regular mop.

    While not perfect this thing is very great – the bucket and squeezing, wringing days are OVER!!! Water and soap shoot onto floor via little brush roller. This brush roll cleans the floor. Dirty water gets pulled back up into machine cup that pops out the front for each disassembly and cleaning.

    This does a decent job, but it gets clogged easily and the one filter has a mildew smell after only 2 uses. I tried to dry it out really well and clean it but it still stinks.

    Not very satisfied with this product. It leakys , doesn’t clean as stated. Vacuum is not that powerful. Leaves a lot of pet hair behind. Non tangle brushes are tangled.

    Love this device, it would be awesome if there was a steam option or blue light but otherwise love this being able to mop and vacuum with one device. it does leave streak marks on the hardwood but I walk behind with a towel under my feet and that works
