I have never wished i didnt waste so much money as i do on this product. If you have any ounce of dirt it gets immediately clogged and you will spend forever cleaning it just so it doesnt continue to shut off.

Super lightweight! And the freedom of cutting the cord. Very practical and sufficient power to clean 1200 sqft. Recommend to replace to pet brush for thorough clean. Bit pricey if you don’t have rewards points. Suggest to pay no more than $250 if you can catch it as i did.

It works ok. Way too heavy for me. If I had of known it was this heavy, I wouldn’t have bought it. And for as much as I have to do (empty dirty tank, clean tanks, wipe tray out, etc.) I can just make a bucket of water to mop. Not at all pleased with such a pricey purchase.

So far I do like it, use it for small jobs like cleaning the kitchen floor everyday and small spills around the house but it dont do use it to clean the floors during my cleaning day , I feel like does not replace my mop and it will not be as clean

The idea is grand, but for the everyday mom who needs a quick fix this is not the one mama! It takes to much time to clean and if not cleaned after every single use it smells disgusting. Not a good choice for a busy mom!

If you’re thinking about buying a Bissell Crosswave I have to say that I do not recommend it. I didn’t use mine very often, I used it a whole whopping 4 times in the time that I owned it. I just tried to use it to clean my floors for the Holidays and the Crosswave was dead. It beeped, then paused, then beeped 4 more times and 2 red lights illuminated on the front. That’s all it will do. It will not turn on at all. I contacted Bissell support and they assured me that they were 100% committed to finding a solution for my problem and that they always stand behind their products, then they told me there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty. Then they offered me a very insulting 20% off the purchase of a new Crosswave.
As if.
Garbage. These things are garbage. This is a known issue, you can search the internet for the problem that I have described and there are MANY people with the same issue and no solution. This seems to be a known issue with Bissell and they are doing nothing about it.
I very strongly recommend that you do not purchase a Bissell Crosswave.

As title says, the machine is great for what it’s supposed to do. The quality control coupled with their warranty might make this my last bissel product… and i have a few. With a quick search there seems to be a common problem that renders the machine completely unusable. And of course, my machine stopped working 6 months after the warranty expired. The best they could do was offer me 20% off a brand new product of my choice (spend more money for poor engineering/quality control… No thanks)

I originally wanted a roborock s7 max but I asked myself “is there a vaccum cleaner that mops and vacuums at the same time?”. I did my research on Youtube and found a video comparing all of the corded and cordless ones and i decided to get this. It’s great if you only have kids (toddler and infant). I saw reviews online from people complaining that it doesn’t work well with pets but its great for me. It saves time from using a traditional broom and then mop after.

Honestly, not worth the price tag. We picked this model up to help clean up messes with a puppy. Doesn’t clean very good and the machine starts to smell terrible even when emptying after every use and rinsing everything. Stick with a swiffer or a mop for this price range.

I purchased this to clean my vinyl plank floors. Clean is not the word I’d use to describe what it does to/for the floor.
– The Multi-Surface Brush Roll takes forever to become wet. The videos and images must have been priming the roll for 5 minutes before filming.
– The vacuum process works fine, but the “wet” aspect just smears whatever is on your floor, and leaves behind a film of dirt/soap. While the floor is drying you might as well package up your BISSELL – CrossWave and take it back to the store.
TL;DR
Does not mop well.
Does not clean well.
Smears dirt around.

I think this would work decent on flat floors, but if you have tile I do not recommend it. For me the dirty water pooled up in the grout, the machine wouldn’t suck enough of it up. I returned this and went with the Tineco Floor One S5, which is absolutely amazing, a life changer.

Mine stopped working after a year. I had used maybe 4x . Poor design, wont charge , and support is useless. Going in the trash. Dont waste your money!

I was so disappointed in this product. I spent the extra money to get a wet/dry vacuum and mop. The vacuum works fine but the mop roller didn’t spin and all it did was push dirty water around. Also the red light would come on as soon as you empty the dirty water and won’t start back up if it not dumped again. I literally would get about 2 or 3 strokes and it would stop. It left streaks on my floor and was no better than mopping with dirty mop water. I would not suggest this product for anybody. Maybe my expectations we too high

Works great. Vaccum up instead of sweeping and can mop up little messes at the same time. Easy empty canister, but kinda a struggle to get bsck on. Strong suction. Besure to have extra brushes and filters for use whikwvother brush and filter dry. All in all a great product.

Love this vacuum. I clean everything with it with ease. I can clear my ceramic tile floor and the carpet. It picks up a lot of gunk and imaginary dog hair. Kind of hard to push through carpet though.

All in all this device works well, however after time it has stopped working and needs a large amount of “messing with” in order to work. The device seems to think it’s full in the waste tank, probably due to the placement of the sensors. could need a design change.

DO NOT BUY! AFTER 3 MONTHS IT STARTED ON FIRE. Just charging it started on fire when i was 9 months pregnant, went straight to the dump. The suction also stopped working.
