    Does what it is supposed to do. The only issue I have with it is the cord, you need to roll/spool it up instead of it being one that retracts when you step on a button.

    This has to be the worst Bissell I have ever owned, and I have had many over the years. The cord is not as long as advertised, the suction is terrible, and overall its horrible. I wish I could return for a differnt model.

    I had an issue of fleas in my carpets as my friend brought is pet dog over. My old vacuum cleanersim0ly would not handle the long shag carpet that I have in the home. This Bissel works fantastic and has done an excellent Ellenton jig of sweeping the carpet and helping remove all the fleas. The strong suction has also allowed much deeper cleaning of the carpet. J also use the Bissel carpet steam cleaner. As a pair they keep my carpet fresh and clean every time.

    It’s smaller than i though it would be. I like being able turn off and on the brush. I like the lights on the front. The light shows alot of stuff you can’t see on tile or wood floors. It’s quitter than any vacuum I’ve have owned. It does a good job of cleaning the floors. I wish the brush attachment was not built into the crevice tool and it had a 30-35 ft. cord.

    Love the ease of the lift off and it has great suction, but isn’t as easy to move and doesn’t pick up sand on bare floor as well as my Kirby. It does the job well though especially with pet hair and I love that they give so much back to the animals!

    Love this vacuum have had it for 7 months and it works way better then our old vacuum. We have 2 german shepherds and a cat and they drop a-lot of hair and this vacuum is great! I love the light infront because the floor can look clean but the light in front shows everything on the floor for you dont miss anything. Also love the feature for the carpet and regular floor. overall would definitely recommend!

    Great vacuum! Powerful suction, easy to clean out, and handling when using it normally is extremely maneuverable.

    The one big issue i have with it is when using the hose and hand tools. That hose is not that long and stretchable so you basically have to carry the vacuum in one while using the hose in the other or the whole unit gets pulled over onto its side anytime you need to reach a little with the hand tool. I would like to have seen this vacuum come with an extension hose and a couple more options for hose attachments like a flat and wide piece for more surface area on hardwood floors

    This vacuum is quiet, easy to maneuver, and has a swanky ergonomic tilt, but I bought it for the pet hair aspect, and this part doesn’t measure up. Maybe it’s not possible to find a vacuum that can truly eliminate pet hair, but I was depressed to see white corgi hair on the carpet afterward. The canister was full of hair and pet dander, but it still left a lot of hair behind. I continue to search for the ultimate pet vacuum.

    A lot of bang for the buck. My only complaint is the pet hair turbo accessory tool. Either the vacuum is not strong enough or the design is flawed, but the tool does not work well at all.

    This was the best vacuum I ever had. I should’ve just replaced it with the same. A part snapped off to hold a part but I mean that was nothing. Now I’m suffering with the “upgrade” to Dyson. Smh

    It was great until it stopped working. It worked for one year. I got it on the end of Dec 2022 and it stopped working on Dec 31, 2023. I liked that it was easy to empty.

    this is a very good vaccum clarner. This style vaccum cleaner filters is not easily cleaned This is the only negative about this vaccum.

    Item specifications are incorrect. I had a Bissell Pet Hair Eraser with 30 foot cord. Loved it but hated the super short wand option. That ine went out so I went to Best Buy and this was all they had. It specifies for pet and specifically states 30 foot cord but it does not have a 30 foot cord. Its about 5 feet short and therefore will not reqch my entire living room. It does have a nice long wand for the base boards and the ceiling cobwebs but the canister is a bit small in my opinion. The canister also gets hair stuck in there that has to be dug out unlike the Pet Eraser version that does not. I did contact Bissell about the incorrect specifications since i purchased it because of the 30 foot cord but all they said was they escalated the information and will send me a free belt and filter replacement. So really no answer or help and Id rather just return it since the cord wont even cover one whole room. Aside from that is does appear to have noce suction and Ive already stated the wand is nice. The lights are helpful if vacuuming in a darker area but I feel like I can see evwry stuck hair that wont come up also. So good and Bad vacuum really.
