    Very disappointed. Had my tv installed with this wall mount and it will only swivel side to side (about an inch)-no tilt up and down. I thought it had been installed incorrectly but the installers said that was the way it was made. Curious why it uses the word tilt on the box and the advertising if it wont tilt. Even a few degrees of tilt would have been helpful but nothing.

    For the 50” Roku TV bought this for, for me, the instructions were not easy to follow, so I had to figure ot out. Once configured to the TV, it was easy to set up.

    …it didn’t work for us because of an issue with our wall stud, which are not wood, but metal channel. That said, if you have traditional wood studs behind your wall then this will work well!

    I used this for a 43″ TV and it servers its purpose. I would have liked the ones that allow some flexibility to access the back of the TV better.

    The electrician who was installing my TV above my fireplace didn’t feel comfortable putting my 50” TV on this mount because the actual size of the apparatus that attaches to the wall is only about 4 x 6 inches big, the big x in the picture shown attaches to the small rectangle in the middle and provides no wall support

    I really like mounts that have spanning bars so that you can center the tv between studs, however, this was a very simple install. Simple instructions, but I would recommend using the template cautiously. The third screw, that is only meant to fix the bracket so that it doesn’t twist on tightening, threw the alignment off vertical, ended up removing it and creating a different solution.
