    This converter really comes in handy when you want to connect your 3.5mm headphones to a 1/4″ jack, like a speaker, instrument effects pedals, keyboards. I always lose these so it’s great that my local Best Buy has them.

    This is the only adapter like this I could find in person to buy, and it a worked for only a day and a half before the left audio channel started cutting out constantly. Tested it with three ports on two receivers and several pairs of headphones to make sure this adapter was the problem – it was. Can’t even return it because I threw the box away and emptied the trash after the first day thinking it worked fine. Sounded ok for the brief time it was working, but my advice is to pay more for a higher quality all metal/gold-plated adapter elsewhere and just have it shipped, this is worthless.

    Needed an audio adapter in a hurry. Best Buy had one. Office Christmas party now had music. I don’t know whether is the best price, but having available in a short notice is invaluable. If you are in a hurry for one and don’t have time to shop around online, you should get it. It works.

    Works pretty good. You might want to use either a microphone or headphones in a studio set up but need a quater inch adapter and this is probably the cheapest and most efficient ways to do so. Can’t go wrong with this as it has less of a chance to break due to it being 3 inches and does not flex
