    This Best Buy brand clock radio is wonderful. It has very large, easy-to-read characters in a clear, soft green color. The clock keeps excellent time and has a booklet with clear instructions for setting and using the clock, alarms and radio, and the price is amazingly low, currently $14.99. The radio sound is commensurate with the price, but who buys a clock radio for superb sound quality?

    I bought this to replace a clock that my cats broke. Although it doesn’t have some of the features of my former clock, it is also much less expensive. This is a good clock with a very readable face at a very affordable price.

    My old clock radio died, and I wanted a replacement. I wanted dual alarm, a big display, and digital tuning. This combination seems to be rare. I was going to skip over this item because it was too cheap, $20 on sale for $15. But I couldn’t find anything that seemed better. I could return it if I didn’t like it.

    I’m actually happy with it, although it’s missing a few features I had grown used to: automatic time set and daylight savings adjustments, ability to set the alarm for just weekdays or just weekends or all days. But I can live without those features.

    On the plus side, the big numbers are easy to read from across the room, and you can adjust the brightness for daytime and night. My previous clock radio was too dim to read except in a dark room even at maximum brightness.

    Setup was fairly easy, but a bit clumsy. You have to be careful to distinguish between tapping and holding a button. For the first few days I had to keep the instructions handy until I learned the sequences for turning the radio on and off, finding the presets, turning the alarm on and off, and setting time and alarm.

    The ergonomics could be better: a bunch of same-sized buttons in a row across the top — except for the big snooze button, which also silences the alarm. Finding the right button when half-asleep in the dark is challenging, but doable.

    Because of the layout of my night stand and electrical cords, the clock radio tends to fall to the hardwood floor occasionally. This one looks less robust than my previous ones, so I’m trying harder not to knock it off the stand. I don’t know how many falls this one would survive.

    You don’t expect particularly good sound from a clock radio, but this one is not bad. The sound is better than my previous clock radios.

    Overall, I recommend this clock radio if your requirements are similar to mine.

    I like the big readable numbers so I can tell what time it is day or night. Overall, it is fairly simple to use and set the time. Radio reception depends on the location; however, we live in the country.

    These clocks have are as good as day one. I like that there are levels of dimness if you prefer it. They are space saving but easily readable from across a room. Large digital numbers.

    Although this clock radio was fairly easy to set up and had decent sound, after two weeks it stopped working. The radio would come on for a minute or two then the sound would become loud static. Adjusting the aerial or tuning to another station did no good. Don’t waste your money.

    This is a good alarm clock that doubles as a am/fm radio plus it can charge your phone or other rechargeable devices that require a usb charger. The clock numbers are large and bright so they are legible across a room. This is the second similar clock radio I have purchased and I must say I really like the usb charging port but do wish the backup battery were double aa or triple aaa cells instead of the CR2025 button cell.

    I bought this clock radio in mid November. It worked fine for about four weeks. Then the radio started to fade into static two or three minutes after turning it on. I called the 800 number, and went into the store, and they gave me a replacement. The replacement worked great for three weeks, and then… same problem. The clock works fine, the alarm works OK, but the radio will just suddenly fade to static after a few minutes of operating. Doesn’t matter which station, AM or FM, it just won’t sustain the signal for more than a little while.

    I needed a new alarm for my son and this was fecently cheap and seemed easy to use it has not failed me yet. I love this clock. The other ones would stop playing sound and just randomly decide it didnt wantnto work BUT THIS ONE!!!!!*Chefs Kiss* perfect great value and no issues.

    Clock was very lightweight like nothing was inside. But it was a gift to my husband so I thought we would try it. 3 weeks in the radio just stopped about 10 minutes into a sleep cycle set for 20 minutes. The next morning nothing works except the time shows on the front. Nothing else. I didn’t keep the receipt so I can’t return it. But I would not recommend this clock radio.
