    Its a great charger / mount and does exactly what you’d expect. However, it does tend to move a little too easily, causing need for occasional readjustment.

    Easy setup great use in car if you need a charge and need to see directions only reason its a 4 star is because the wattage could be higher

    This charger worked well until it broke about a month into using it. I had not touched it since plugging it into my car, but somehow the metal battery part on the very end got pushed too deep into the plastic component and I can not get it to pop back out. Took it into a store and they could not repair it. Really disappointing because it was such a great charger up until this point!

    This charges my phone well and lets me keep it in one place while driving. The only downside is that the cable is permanently attached to the lighter plug. I would have preferred a simple USB plug so I could use my own adapter.

    Clip doesnt stay in vent so take a turn and tour phone goes flying across the car.

    I ended up buying three of them for all of my vehicles. Much better and cheaper than the iottie car chargers I had before.

    Charges. But no usb will fit in the “usb” port on the 12v side. And I pushed my vent in and out if it’s frame putting the clip on the vent. Also don’t use your heat or your phone will get too hot to charge. Other than that, pretty dope.

    Broke the second time i “attempted” to put my phone on it bc it never stayed on more than 10 seconds bc it was so weak of a magnet it would just fall. Scratched my dash in my m5. Yay save yourself the headache and just pay for a good one.

    Strong and sturdy. Magnet is extremely strong with fast charge time. Cord length is more than enough. Works with airpods too if the case supports wireless charging.

    Cant remember if I got it off clearance, but it wasnt that expensive and is well worth the money to have.

    Broke after 2 hours of use, the mount between the charger and vent snapped, rendering this thing useless for anything but charging. Not ideal considering the one job I would like this to do is hold my phone up to see my navigation.
    Let’s see if Best Buy sends me a new one or if I’m $40 in the hole!

    worked wonders in my 2011 Chevy Volt, fits perfectly on my left vent and gives me perfect access to swipe music since my steering wheel doeent have next and previous song controls, and better yet, it has more than enough cable to be able to be ran from my centre console lighter port all the way to the air vent on the left side of my steering wheel with some cable to spare, and gives me an extra usb plug for other things! charges my phone super quick too! amazing purchase, just one change id like to see is possibly a removable cable, but other than that its a 10/10

    While it worked great in a loaner car from my repair shop, It did not attach securely to the vents in my Jeep.
    I have always been a little skeptical of vent mount solutions, as my wife’s car has one and it does not work with the iPhone MAX sized phones. They are too heavy.

    After opening the box to a broken piece and returning that one .. the second one broke shortly after!

    For $35 the product should last longer than 6 hours before breaking.

    Listen, Best Buy’s People are top notch. its what keeps them in business IMO. Their BEST BUY branded products on the other hand are not fantastic. My wife’s broke right away and had it exchanged. Mine lasted 10 months and they didn’t want to exchange it for the same product. They eventually did after I spoke to a manager, but who wants to be that guy. I really wanted to like this product but the product doesn’t even last a year. Money should be spent on a better crafted product.

    I bought this several times. The connector keeps breaking. Or sometimes the adapter doesn’t fit very well. Spend 5$ more for a better iottie one with great quality.

    I need ly dash csm plugged into the cigarette spot, i wish it was usb but it isnt so i just bought a cheaper belkin one which is def nicer quality and i just plug my charge cable into my cars usb port and charge it like that
