I care a lot about the resolution and color accuracy of a monitor. This monitor gives me both. It is also macbook pro compatible with the thunderbolt 3 connectivity. If I pick other 4k monitors with hdmi or usb type c, I probably find myself testing with different cables and bought more accessories but may not get what you expected.
This can also the alternative if you do not want to have a dual monitor setup. So far with this big screen, I can read online tutorials and vs code side by side with a comfortable size. I don’t think I will ever daisy chain with this identical monitor as 32″ is big enough already.
I won’t call the build quality is excellent. If you look close enough, you can tell the edge is not iron straight enough. I found this disappointing with the price I am paying.
Final word, this is a good investment if you consider NOT to get another monitor within next FIVE years.

The monitor had great color and resolution. I did find hooking it up a little difficult, but managed it. I had to return it in the end because of my laptop issues, not the monitor.

BenQ monitor video and its many capabilities to include rotation is best monitor yet I have owned. Its many ports and KVM capabilities is un match and provides excellent performance.
Borntorun –
A very nice monitor with added benefit of hub type functionality.
Colors are accurate and tend to be realistic without bing overly exaggerated so makes for good photo editing. Very easy to set up.

Great monitor! Accurate colors. Works well in portrait or landscape orientation. Plenty bright and the “puck” controller is a nice addition. Thunderbolt 3 connectivity is rock solid! Enough charge to keep my 16″ MacBook Pro going.

I’ve been searching online for reviews about this monitor, a monitor for my photography and videography creator alike. I have been using iMac 27″ for the past 5 years but I can’t compare how this monitor works with my needs with better color accuracy of 95% P3 and 100% sRGB color coverage with Delta E ≤ 3.
A monitor that is Made for Designers: 32″ 4K monitor features Pantone Validated and Calman verified color accuracy and ICC Sync and Eye-Care Technology.
Highly recommended for digital creative users.

Excellent, Sony Bravia can’t be beat, we would continue to purchase this brand over all others

This was a great purchase. Great color and is easy to set up. One of the best monitors I have had so far. I would purchase it again.

This was marketed as a monitor for designers. At the price point, I was still undecided between the apple display and this one but figured I’d save $500. That was purely false advertising from BenQ. I got it today and I’m already returning it. I’ve been a designer for 18 years and was pumped for this, but talk about a let down. Don’t get me wrong, the picture is nice and soft, similar to a macbook. But, you cannot get the same whites and blacks and it’s not possible per my chat with a rep. I went to install drivers and software… They don’t even have them on the site yet for this monitor! WHAT?!?!?!?! And the final straw, it’s pretty glitchy and laggy. I’m working in illustrator. When I click on an item, the item sticks to the cursor until I click again. Really handy for grabbing multiple items ;). I proved this by dragging illustrator back to the macbook and all worked fine. Anyway, too many issues to support this brand. I was hopeful!
