The Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker Combo is a simple yet reliable option for a machine that have the ability to brew drip coffee to a carafe or to a single coffee cup.
you can use it 2 attachments to either brew coffee using its pot mode that will take a paper filter and you poor ground coffee to make your carafe for multiple people or just switch to the K-cup attachment to brew a cup of joe using a K-cup or fill the plastic K-cup attachment with coffee and enjoy.
this machine simple.
just plug it into electricity, use the coffee you want, choose the size, carafe or 8, 10, or 12 oz cup with an option for regular or strong brew and wait.
its brewing is faster than other drip coffee maker i have like Mr. Coffee with similar functions.
the machine is made out of plastic and is light weight, but it looks elegant and space saving.
the carafe is glass and it doesn’t leak when you are pouring coffee.
this is going to be my coffee maker of choice when I want to brew coffee at home.

The Bella Pro Series Single and 12 Cup Coffee Maker Combo is as pretty as the name “Bella” implies. The narrow and tall shape will allow this versatile coffee machine to fit into small spaces and coexist with your other appliances. It’s versatility of providing both K-Cup single serve and 12 cup carafe styles of brewing may allow you to eliminate other devices with this one unit. The package includes all the accessories you would need to brew either way and also includes a K-cup adapter cup that can be used with ground coffee to eliminate the plastic waste associated with commercially bought K-cups. In sympathy to further that sentiment, there is a permanent screen filter to eliminate the need for paper filters for the carafe brewing.
In our experiences with the Bella, we were happy with the process of making coffee utilizing both methods and the results were comparable to any single method coffee maker that we’ve used. It is mostly pretty quiet, reasonably fast and counter space-saving efficient.
As far as “nit-picking”, if I were in the R&D lab when this product was being developed, I would have suggested a few changes (in no particular order):
1. On the drip coffee container insert, there is a gap in the plastic, perhaps designed to allow cooling and ventilation, directly adjacent to the small plastic riser that acts like a handle that would scald your fingers if you were to remove the insert just after brewing a carafe. Moving the gap away from the riser would alleviate that hazard.
2. The LED lights on the front panel are too bright. When you start up the unit, you select the single or whole pot brewing method and then, if necessary, pick a different size of brew in either 8/10/12 oz cup size for K-Cups or 6/10/12 cups for carafe brewing. If you need to verify what you’ve selected, the LED light is so bright that you will find it difficult to read the front panel’s close proximity-printed designations because of the glare.
3. The water reservoir is not removable from the rest of the machine, and as such, it requires unplugging and moving the machine to evacuate stale water that you might not want to use. It also requires the carafe or another container to load water into the unit. It would be much more convenient to have the reservoir detachable to add or remove water.
4. The platform that folds down to accommodate a coffee cup for single use, flexes with the weight of the empty cup, and more so with the combined weight of the cup and the fresh coffee. It just doesn’t seem to be substantial enough or have a mounting methodology that is mechanically sturdy.
5. The manual also cautions that there may be a necessity to place a non-plastic coaster or place mat under your coffee maker to avoid plasticizers migrating from the coffee maker to the surface of a countertop or table top, causing discoloration or blemishes.
6. The machine tips forward slightly when mounting a K-Cup into brewing position. It seems that the body of the coffee maker doesn’t seem to have the rigidity to avoid flexing. Similar devices often use a metal plate as a stiffening element that also allows for heat dissipation.
7. A possible deal breaker for some, could be the distance from the top of the carafe platform to the bottom of the K-Cup support mechanism. Unfortunately, a large number of travel mugs do not fit that height, so you will need to use another mug to make the coffee and then pour it into your taller travel mug. Fun.
I recommend this product only if you can balance the positive attributes with the shortcomings for your particular needs and use.

I got this to try and free up counter space from having both my drip coffee maker and single serve out on the counter all the time. Single serve on business days, but on weekends I can brew a pot to have all morning. This takes up a little less footprint than my old single serve machine (just over 10 years old). I have it on a lift that has k cups storage in it and it fits easily inder my cabinet. The set up of this is easy, follow the assembly order. They put the k cup adapter in the coffee pot, that was a bit of a trick to get out, but it did. It comes with a reusable single sever pod and the kcup adapter, and then reusable standard filter. Thus thing works good. It is a bit slower than my old single sever machine, but brew time for 12 cups is same as old standard drip machine. It brews coffee, tastes like coffee. I have no complaints. Five stars so far. My old machine is still going after 10 years, I hope this lasts as long. My old one won’t be decommissioned just moved to my office. This one will be my daily use for now.

The main reason why I was interested in this guy over the competition was the ability to go between a carafe option and single serve option (which includes K-Pods). With the Carafe option you can brew 8, 10, or 12 cups. Or by using the reusable K-Cup or bought separately K-Cups in 8, 10, or 12 oz single servings. Swapping out the attachment is easy. You simply open the front of the device, pull out the carafe attachment and put in the single serve attachment or vice-versa.
Operation is easy. There are only two buttons. I would preferably like a bit more. As you have no timer to start to brew your coffee in the morning or ability to choose how long the hotplate stays hot (default is 2 hours). You have to do it manually. But operation is simple. For both it is the same process. But I’ll use single serve as an example. First you pull out the base to put your cup on (instead of putting it directly on the hot plate). Second make sure you have the Single Serve Attachment in. Third, place your K-Pod. Fourth, press single size button which will highlight 8 oz (default) a single press will switch to 10 or 12 oz. Last, you leave it on the option you want and in less than thirty seconds it heats up the water and pours it through the K-Cup and into your cup and you are good to go. It has a removable 61 oz water reservoir which is easy to fill and empty.
The device has acceptable build quality. Nothing to blow you away but nothing glaring either. The same height as my old one and quite thin. Making it easy to fit on my counter. Overall, solid option. Not perfect but no real complaints. Outside of them putting the k-pod attachment inside the coffee pot which was a massive pain to try and get out. As the clearance is minimal.

The Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker Combo is a wow product! This coffee maker brews the most flavorful cups of coffee. During my home use, I used ground coffee purchased from some major suppliers. Every brew was a winner, flavorful and a big smash in our home. We are true coffee drinkers and enjoyed this brewing machine! Two great features is that you can use k-cups and a reusable coffee filter.
The machine is well made and has a solid feel. A light touch to its sensitive controls triggers your machines immediate response.
I was happy with the fact that I can use a 7 inch high cup when using this appliance. I also loved the fact that you can brew carafes in 3 sizes ranging from 8, 10, or 12 ounces.
I also like the very large capacity water reservoir which is 61 ounces.
The coffee maker is modern looking and has a pretty small footprint. It goes well with my kitchen which is mostly stainless steel.
Overall, this product is well made and makes an amazing coffee. Coffee is smooth tasting and the brew temperature is just perfect for me.
In my opinion, this product is a winner. It seems very well made and brews a decent cup of coffee. This product is on my recommended list.

The BELLA PRO SERIES – SINGLE / 12-CUP COMBO COFFEE MAKER is a nice unit. While the shipping box was completely beat-up, the actual packaging for the BELLA COFFEE MAKER was well-done and not even a scratch was found on their box! The contents were packaged very well and all items were present. Having had other K-Cup Coffee Makers, I was a bit surprised at how many pieces this unit came with … maybe too many?
The instructions were in the box and all were easily understood … pictures and written text were crystal clear and instructed you exactly how to setup the maker to make the type of coffee you desire … K-Cup or Carafe.
I immediately setup the maker to use K-Cups. After lightly washing the various pieces of the coffee maker, I quickly made our first couple of cups of coffee using K-Cups. The machine has a very short “warm up” time … maybe 15-20 seconds. It brews a cup very quickly as well … maybe 1 minute or a bit longer, but not much. The brewed cup tasted very good with no lingering after-taste from a newly received/opened coffee maker.
I like the easily read “selections” on the front of the maker …. 1 button for CARAFE and 1 for K-CUP. Each time the K-Cup is pressed it changes the serving size of the coffee to be brewed … 8, 10,12 oz. As soon as the serving size is selected, the brewing immediately starts. The brewed cup is nice and hot, almost steaming.
The unit is a bit bigger than anticipated, but it is extremely light-weight and will be nice for traveling. It is very reasonably priced for a “combo” unit.
I would highly recommend the BELLA PRO SERIES – SINGLE / 12-CUP COMBO COFFEE MAKER

The Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker is a bit of a struggle to understand. At it’s list price, this thing is FAR from being anything remotely resembling professional. No timer. No ‘robust’ or leveled brewing strength button. Nothing out of the ordinary to set it apart from vast array of other low-cost coffee makers out there. There’s not even a water filtration feature.
Setting up the Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker was simple enough. Converting it from pot to K-CUP brew is just a matter of swapping up parts under the hood; on the top. There is an included single cup grinds holder as well a decent looking metal screen (colored gold) filter basket. But that is where it all stops at being xtra. So again – no clue why this thing is branded as a “Pro” model or part of any professional line. On sale, well below one hundred dollars, this is a good coffee maker, even considering it’s functional limitations. It does brew well and we noticed no discernible difference between a real Keurig machine and this one. With the same blend of K-Cup, the resulting brew tasted exactly the same. Since the Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker doesn’t come with any type of “robust” or stronger brewing function – it’s at a huge disadvantage.
One thing we did notice was that the hot water pump sort of pulsates which may help some blends of coffee come out better. But that’s up for serious demonstration & debate.
It’s a coffee maker. It works. It’s pretty basic in functionality. It’s definitely not “Pro”.
On sale at 69.99 – it does what it needs to do at a reasonable price.
Pro:
It makes coffee that tastes fine.
Con:
It’s basic apart from K-Cup/single-serve & full pot functionality. so just know that going into the purchase.

This coffee maker offers a few options that if you want the flexibility for a single cup versus an entire pot of coffee it is a nice option. The first thing I noticed about it when I was brewing my first few pots of coffee though is how much louder it is that my previous coffee maker. It doesn’t seem to take any longer to brew a pot of coffee but it was definitely significantly louder than my previous coffee maker. And a loud kitchen or in a loud common area this won’t be an issue but if you value your quiet or need it to be quiet it is definitely going to be noticeable.
Single serve option works well and I tested it with a few different Starbucks K-Cups. The insert that you use for the single serve K-Cups is easy to take out and swap from a full pot filter setup. It bruised a single cup fairly quickly and comes out piping hot. The filter basket compartment though seems a bit flimsy and I could see it breaking or possibly getting broken after repeated times taking it out to do single serve and a full pot.
My biggest gripe though has to be the fact that there’s no clock or timer to be able to set the coffee pot to automatically turn on and brew coffee at a specific time. I prefer to have hot coffee in the morning when I first wake up but with this one I have to come downstairs and actually turn it on and then wait for the coffee to brew before I get my first cup. My other biggest complaint is the fact that it has a glass carafe which does not keep the coffee hot near as long as my previous coffee maker and the stainless steel carafe it had.
Overall it makes a good pot of coffee or single cup if you prefer the flexibility to use K-Cups but it is loud and doesn’t have the ability to set a timer to automatically brew coffee on a schedule.

The Bella Pro Series Coffee Maker offers both Keurig single serve and normal full pot brewing in one convenient machine. The machine is super easy to operate with several nice features that make it a joy to use.
The maker came securely packaged, and instead of foam, had fully recyclable molded cardboard support inserts and plastic bags that can be recycled at the grocery store, so zero packaging to the landfill. A nice win before ever plugging the machine into a wall outlet!
Once opened and full washed, I ran a pot of water through the machine for a hot water rinse of the internal components prior to brewing my first cup. This is when I “noticed” the first helpful design feature. I had the Keurig single serve basket installed, and the machine would only permit selection of single serve brewing options, not allowing me to brew a full pot into a single serve container. It took me a few minutes to discover the issue and install the full pot brewing basket and filter, but as soon as I did, I was able to select from the full pot brewing options.
Operation is extremely simple. For brewing full pots, simply fill the water tank, install the full pot filter basket and filter, add coffee, and select from three options, 6 cups, 10 cups or 12 cups, using the “Carafe Size” button. the machine will then brew the desired quantity of coffee. Single serve operation is similar to full pot brewing. Simply fill the water tank, install the single serve basket, insert your favorite Keurig pod or the included single serve filter with your own ground coffee, and select from 8, 10, o4 12 oz. serving size. There is also a nice fold down shelf to hold smaller cups to prevent splashing and promote a clean counter!
So, a quick list of helpful feature that make me really like this coffee maker:
– Versatility – Can brew the appropriate amount of coffee for each situation, preventing waste.
– Simple operation.
– Installation of single serve basket prevents selection of full pot options, reducing change for a mess.
– Permanent filter, so no paper filters in landfill
– Single serve filter included for using your own coffee – no Keurig pod plastic in landfill. But you still have the option of using Keurig pods if you wish.
– Shelf to raise smaller cups and prevent splashing.
– Fully recyclable packaging
Overall, I think this is a fantastic coffee maker that will bring me years of good service.

I received this w/ the thought to use it exclusively in my office at work and it works really well. Since I have received it I have made a full 12 cup carafe as well as single serve cups. It has a button that allows you to do just that! I also like the fact of its size, it is more vertical than horizontal and takes us very little space, but don’t let its size fool you, the Bella Pro Series is a well designed and made coffee maker.
There are two items I want to hit on in this review that stand out to me, the first is the fact I can choose the size of the carafe, whether its 6, 10 or 12 cups, and that I can choose what ounces on a single serve cup, 8, 10, or 12 ounces. The reason that is important to me is I like strong coffee, I want to taste the coffee and I use a blend from a local coffee shop and the Bella does an awesome job w/ that, simply because I can use either ground or capsules in this brewer. The second thing that I really enjoy is sometimes you put on coffee and something comes up and I need to get to a meeting before the machine has finished, this Bella coffee maker has the function of “pause and serve” which means I can get a cup, place it back on the warmer and when my meeting is over the rest of the coffee is still hot. That may not be as important to anyone else but I really enjoy that feature.
It has a large water reservoir (60 oz) w/ a window to allow you to see how much water is in the reservoir, it allows you to put a travel mug directly under the spout up to 7” in height, mine is the right height. The color is aesthetic, simple to use, and brews a very good cup of coffee.
The only complaint that I have w/ the Bellas Pro Series – Single Serve & 12 cup coffee maker combo is the power cord. Hence, the four stars. The only space I had available in my office is A LOT further away than the cord was long, and I had to go purchase a power strip cord to plug it into. My old coffee maker that had seen its better days and I replaced w/ this Bella Pro Series had a much longer cord that just reached the outlet.
But other than that I would recommend this product.

This Bella Pro is great for a group of people or my single serve coffee just for me. Love the compact design and speed of brewing. Here is my list of Pro’s and Con’s;
Pros:
1. Sleek Design: The Bella Pro Series coffee maker has a modern and stylish design that will look great in any kitchen. It is also not too large like other models with the same functionality.
2. Large Capacity: It has a generous 12-cup capacity, perfect for brewing coffee for a group of people or for those who love their morning java.
3. Single Serve and Pods (K-Cup) options: So nice to have not only the single serve pods, but it includes a reusable pod to use your own grounds. You can fit up to a 7” Travel mug as well.
4. Fast: This coffee maker can brew a carafe faster than any other I have had. That must be what makes it a ‘PRO’ model ?
5. Easy to Clean: The coffee maker has a removable filter basket and a non-stick warming plate, making it easy to clean up after brewing. It also has a clean indicator light that will turn on when you need to run a clean cycle.
Cons:
1. No Timer: The Bella Pro Series coffee maker does not come with a timer. Of course, it brews so fast you may not need one.
2. No Brew Strength or grinder: No brew strength options, and if you prefer freshly ground coffee, you’ll need to grind the beans separately before brewing with this coffee maker.
3. You need to store the parts when not in use; i.e. – single serve basket, adaptor etc. when using carafe, and basket and basket holder when using single serve.
4. LED lights on the front are a little too bright for my liking.
5. Limited to a 7′ high travel mug, all of ours are taller than that.
Overall, the Bella Pro Series coffee maker is a great choice for those who want a stylish and convenient coffee brewing experience, with the flexibility of single server and carafe options without the hefty price tag.

Let me start off by saying that neither my wife nor I drink coffee. You may then ask yourself: ‘Then why is he reviewing a coffee maker?’ The answer is that we often host friends and family that DO drink coffee and I do occasionally like a hot chocolate. The issue was always that when friends were over, they would want a cup or two at most, and often friends would want different types of coffee. Family on the other hand all want a pot of coffee multiple times per day, and my mother HATES with the fire of a thousand suns, Keurig cups. To this day I still don’t know why.
So I have been on the lookout for a brewer that could do both and while there are others on the market, they were far pricier than I was willing to pay for something that is going to be used as infrequently as this one will. When I saw that Bella put out a combo brewer and then saw the price, I knew I had to get it. I have other Bella Pro products and they are all great quality and work beautifully. My four-slice toaster with the ‘Gluten-Free’ option has been the queen of my counter since I developed Celiac Disease.
I’ve run the brewer through its paces with mostly the Keurig pods and one pot of regular coffee and I’m as happy as a caffeinated clam. First off, this thing is FAST. I put in a hot chocolate pod and in a minute I had a nice steaming mug of pure fall comfort drink. I also bought some herbal tea pods for my wife and she really dug how easy it was for her to make a quick cuppa. I’ve read on here where some reviewers thought that the flip-down mug stand was flimsy but I do not agree. I put some rather heavy ceramic mugs and brewed 8 oz drinks, and there hardly seemed any flex at all (as you can see from the pictures). Others also knocked the fact that the water reservoir is not removable, but that doesn’t bother me much because the one Keurig brewer that I did have at one time leaked, and this one at least fills up much further back than the standard brewer it’s replacing so there won’t be any spills there either.
I only have one small quibble with the Bella Pro Series Combo Coffee Maker and that is that there isn’t a clock/timer. My parents like to set a wake up pot to go, but I’m always up before them when they visit and I’ll just fire it up when I hear them plod around upstairs. Again, this thing is so fast that they will have their coffee within a minute or two of coming downstairs anyway, and heck they can even pull the carafe mid brew to pour a cup if they are really dying.
All-in-all, I’m very happy with the Bella Pro Combo Brewer and I’m not even going to put it away in the closet like my previous brewer, it now will stay on the counter right next to my Bella Pro toaster!

The Bella :Pro Series-Singel Serve & 12 Cup Coffee Maker comes with two a Measuring Scoop, Permanent Filter, Filter Basket Lid, Filter Basket HOlder, Carafe Lid and Handle, Carafe, Ground Coffee Filter for Single Serve, K-Cup Adapter and attachment. You can use a travel mug, cup, on the single serve stand that flips out. That is really cool. I like that there are numerous options. I brewed coffee and tea in the coffee maker. The k-cup helps allows me to go in between selecting tea, hot cocoa, and/or coffee. The regualr basket holder allows me to put leave leaves or coffee grounds. The settings on the coffee maker allow the options of selecting 8oz, 10 oz, or 12 oz when using the K-Cup option. When using the Carafe option, you can have 6 cups, 10 cups, or brew 12 cups of coffee. Being able to select what works best for you is wonderful. In addition to this there is a cleaning option on the coffee maker. The coffee maker stays in warm mode for up to two hours. When cleaning the coffee maker, I used white vinegar and water. Cleaned very fast. The water tank can hold up to 60 ounces of water.
Overall I would recommend this product.
Pros:
Several options to choose from
Can brew coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.
Great product.

Coffee is a food group in our house. We can’t start the day without a fresh brew. Sometimes it may be a multi-mug day and other days it’s a quick out the door travel mug full. This coffee pot allows for both not to mention adding in some different flavors, like how about a mug of Texas Pecan and wife wants a mocha? Easy peasy with this pot.
I love the dual capability pots and this one does not disappoint.
The brewer comes with a, pretty much standard, 12 cup glass carafe, a drop in ground coffee basket with filter, a drop in K cup basket and a reusable ground coffee K cup filter if you don’t like contributing to land fills or need to recycle those tiny K cups when spent.
Using the standard ground coffee brewing you can chose between 6, 10 or 12 cup brew sizes when more than a few cups are needed. The heating plate keeps carafe hot for up to 3 hours and automatically cuts off when times up.
If you need a quick mug to-go then drop in the K-cup basket, your K-cup of choice or reusable K-cup filter and you are ready to brew a single mug at either 8, 10 or 12 oz with a touch of a button.
So quick and easy to use. There is no clock or timer so no setting the pot to start while you are in the shower. But at the $70 price point it’s hard to argue with the simple and easy to use brew machine.
Viabledata –
The Bella Pro series coffee maker gets the job done quick and simple, to a point.
Out of the box the coffee maker is easy to set up, although there is an assortment of things to wash and clean before using, which include the glass caraffe, 2 brew baskets, a serving spoon, the large basket filter screen, the single serve filter screen, and the k cup top puncture spout.
After running a cleaning cycle of vinegar and several straight water brews, and washing the pile of parts, you can finally get to making some coffee or other k cup goods. The coffee maker is a very simple design. There is no clock or timer so if you are needing that, this is not the brewer for you. It is all instant brew and works well once you have figured out what pieces you need to put in it. For a standard caraffe, you need the caraffe large filter basket, and need to make sure the top single serve water dispenser is removed. It unscrews out of the top part. Remember to put it back in if you are doing single serve k kups or the small filter pod or you will have a mess.
The overall caraffe brewing takes about 5 minutes and you can select between different cup amounts to brew. Once the brew is done, the bottom base plate has a warmer in it that auto turns on and runs for 2 hours after the brew completes. If you are done before that, you can just press the brew button that is lit up solid and the light will turn off, indicating the warmer is turned off.
I am not a fan of coffee machine clutter in my cabinets or my counters, and this one does not make it easy to switch back and forth between caraffe and single serve. Mostly due to the fact that you have to screw or unscrew the top water dispensor for the single serve cups. You have to also change out the brew basket and overall, just leaves a lot of brewing parts not being used that has to go in a drawer or cabinet.
The single serve mode works well though too once your ready to brew, and has a flip down pedistal to put your small mug on.
Overall it is a quick and easy brewer, but with the lack of a brew timer, and what needs to be swapped out to change between brew type, I would only give 4 stars..

I have had the opportunity to use this Bella Pro Series Combo Coffee Maker for a full week now and love the versatility of this machine. The black color with brushed silver color accent is a nice touch and visually appealing. It should fit well into any décor.
On my early work days, I use the single serve K-cup option to brew a very fast cup of joe in just a couple minutes. It brews at a very nice temperature without any “burnt” coffee taste that some of my other makers have done in the past. The unit also comes with a reusuable k-cup basket in case you want to ground your own coffee beans and use in that manner.
Brewing the full 12 cup carafe was also very very quick. At first I felt it was too quick for the water and coffee grounds to produce a good quality coffee. I was certainly wrong as it tasted wonderful.
For the price, this a quality, capable machine, especially to brew large 12 cups at a time.
Just a couple things to note – there is o clock and no timer so if you need these, look elsewhere. I simply used a smart plug to brew on a timer – works perfectly.
I would recommend this product as I have enjoyed the taste of this coffee.

This is a great, mid-range coffee maker with many brewing options to satisfy most coffee drinkers in any size household.
To me, the brewing size versatility of this coffee maker is its best feature. There is the singe serve option, which offers three different sizes of brewing (8oz, 10oz, or 12oz), along with the multi-cup brewing option with the carafe, that also allows for three different quantities of brewing (6 cup, 8 cup, or 12 cup). Another great feature of this coffee maker is its compact size. Instead of having two separate brewing outputs, this coffee maker utilizes brewing attachments, to switch between single serve and multi-cup, using the same output, which allows for a more compact body size. The brewing adapter attachments are easy to swap out making it very convenient to do so. In addition, the single brew adapter allows for the use of either ground coffee, with the provided single serve coffee filter cup, or for K-cups to be used.
While this coffee maker does offer a variety of coffee brewing sizes, the coffee maker is very basic and easy to use. To start brewing the user simply presses the brew button for either “carafe size” or “single size” option. If wanting to brew a different amount from the default, then the user simply continues presses the selected size button until the indicator light showing the amount within that serving type is illuminated. One downside to the simplicity of the coffee maker is that there isn’t a timer, which may be a negative for some people, especially those who like to have a pot brewed at scheduled times. The single serve brews so quickly the lack of timer is unlikely to be an issue for most people.
In use, I found the coffee maker to work very quickly in brewing single servings of coffee and it was fairly quick with the multi-cup brew as well. I also found the K-cup adapter attachment to work perfectly with K-cups I used. I like that single serve allows for different size cups to be brewed, and that the coffee maker also allows for placement of a tall cup or short coffee mug using the included elevated drip tray. I had no problems fitting the variety of coffee cups and mugs I used under the output.
My only two complaints with this coffee maker are with the non-removable water tank and having to store the unused adapters. Although the description currently on Best Buy’s website incorrectly states that the water tank is removable, the included instruction manual shows that it is not – which I can confirm from attempts made to remove the tank. Storing the unused adapters and pieces is a minor nuisance, which is certainly the trade-off for having a compact sized body with the multiple brewing options. Overall, the coffee maker brews quickly, takes up minimal counter space, and provides a variety of brewing size options. With these features, I think this coffee maker would be a great option for many households.
PROS
Brews quickly
Extremely easy to use
Multiple brewing size options
Compatible use with K-cups
CONS
No brew timer
Water tank is not removable
Storing unused adapters / components

This is a simple to use coffee maker. It doesn’t have many bells and whistles, but it can easily serve the needs of the office or a home. There are not that many coffee makers at this price point that give you the option to brew a large pot of coffee as well as a single-serve cup. I will be using this coffee maker at my office so having a device that can do both is a bonus.
I like the fact that I can choose between using a K-Cup or ground coffee for the single-serve option. Not all brands make K-Cups, so the included single-serve adapter that holds a couple of tablespoons of ground coffee is a nice option. Using the adapter also allows for cutting down on waste from the use of single-serve cups.
To switch between brewing a single cup to a complete pot, you do have to manually change the filter adapters. It’s as simple as opening the lid and swapping out one adapter for another. This does mean you need to store the extra parts when not using them, but this is expected for a device at this price point.
A few things of note, when brewing a single cup, it is not necessary to fold down the drip tray. This is especially useful when you have a large cup. It can fit a cup up to 7 inches. And the warming plate does not turn on when the Single Size button is pressed. Regarding the water container, it is not removable. And the back of the unit allows you to store the cord when not in use.
Overall, I really like this coffee maker. I’m not too sure whey Bella labels it as “Pro Series.” It has basic functionality. However, it makes good coffee and meets my needs.

As a 2-3 cups of coffee per day individual that works from home more often than not, a reliable and ready to go coffee maker is a must! The Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker Combo delivers!
For quite some time, I had a popular brand of “pod-style” coffee maker and I’d use it to make my 2 travel mugs per day of coffee. Well, it died a while back. I also have a small 6-cup drip/filter variety coffee maker as my “I have company” back up. That worked well, but I certainly couldn’t have much company.
Enter the Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker Combo. It comes with EVERYTHING required to do both & do it well. For my single-mug needs, the Bella Pro Series – Single Serve & 12-Cup Coffee Maker Combo will brew using either ready-made cups that fit Keurig machines or (my preference) includes a little filter basked into which you can put your own coffee grounds- no additional adapters required!! If you need to make a 6/10/12 cup carafe instead, switch to the filter insert and you’re ready to go! It really doesn’t get any easier!

Space saving coffee maker that is quickly and easily switched between basket filter, ground coffee, full carafe brewing and single cup, pod brewing. This unit works very well with either method. A full carafe takes about ten minutes to brew, a single cup at twelve ounces only a couple minutes. Thirteen inches tall, six inches wide and thirteen inches deep, it takes up minimal counter space even with its attached twelve cup water reservoir at the rear. A seven inch tall travel mug will fit between the top nozzle and carafe base and a five inch tall mug will fit when the tray is lowered. Depending on distance from countertop to bottom of upper cabinets, it might be difficult to fill the reservoir without moving it into the open. It’s light so no big deal. I did try using ground coffee in the included pod-filter but it turned out weak. Might need to grind the coffee finer but the results didn’t surpass the pods I had on hand. Additionally, it is quite messy to clean out afterward. Individual pod filters are widely available and probably a must if one wants to use fresh ground coffee with single serving. It’s just as easy to brew a full carafe. My only complaint about this unit is its lack of a auto-brew timer. Was spoiled by having this option on other units but it really doesn’t take long to brew a fresh cup. Overall this is a nice unit.

This is a simple enough machine that should ideally de-clutter the countertop by amalgamating the needs of a simple coffee machine drinker and the k-cup aficionado. I mean it does the job and does it fast. However, there are several reasons for which I cannot recommend the machine and the last one is the most important one. Also, just to add, I have used and reviewed several Bella products in the past.
1. Build quality is okay. The platform for the Mug feels flimsy. The machine looks desirable enough.
2. The reservoir cannot be removed. That can be an extra step when it comes to cleaning out stale water.
3. No timer. For me, that is important. This is not cheap enough to not have a timer.
4. Not quiet at all.
5. You can mechanically the amount of coffee to be made and the taste is fine. But one cannot change the strength of the brew.
6. The machine stopped working on the 7th day of use. I just cannot recommend a product that is so little dependable. Again, I have used and reviewed other Bella products with mixed luck. Their coffee machines have always broken down on me within a few months to a year while their other products (which, admittedly, are not that heavily used) have worked fine.

This Bella Pro Series coffee maker is unique in that it allows one to make single serve or carafe size amounts of coffee in 8, 10 or 12 cup sizes. Out of the box it looks rather tall, but fits under our standard, kitchen cabinets just fine. The quality seems decent and on par with most standard coffee makers. Its appearance is nice with the black color, accompanied by silver accents. I wouldn’t say that it strikes me as being considered as a professional level appliance in that the unit is fairly lightweight and of average build quality.
In order to make only k-cup, single serve coffee one needs to replace the carafe size filter basket with the k-cup adapter. This is easy and quick to do and a reusable single serve coffee grounds filter is also included if you want to use your own ground coffee versus purchasing k-cups. The drip tray does adjust in height to allow for varying size coffee mugs and will accommodate mugs up to 7” tall.
We’ve had quite a few coffee makers with digital clocks and timers and we have never used them. If you’re someone that likes to get the coffee pot ready the night before so it can automatically brew at a set time, then this is not the unit for you. For us, it works well that we don’t have to set another clock or watch a clock blink when the power goes out. This coffee maker does keep the coffee warm for up to 2 hours, includes a pause and serve feature to allow for quick pours while brewing and has a 61oz water reservoir with an easy to see water level window.
We haven’t used it long enough to have the indicator light alert us that it is time to descale the machine, but this will be a nice reminder when the need arises. All of the included accessories are dishwasher safe, as is the removable drip tray. Of note, it states on Best Buy’s website that the unit has a removable water reservoir, but that is not the case.
For the right price, we’d recommend this coffee maker just for the versatility of using k-cups or brewing in carafe size amounts. This will really come in handy when we have a guest over and don’t want to brew a whole pot of coffee. I think the labeling of this unit as pro series is a bit deceiving so I wouldn’t quite call it a five-star product, but it is a nice option due to its versatility if priced decently.

We have been using a very good but only a 10-cup coffee maker for years now. Since we kept running out too soon every morning I decided to get this Bella Pro Series coffee maker. It has a much smaller footprint than our other coffee maker which is good for conserving counter space. Plus it is a 12 cup so 16 oz more coffee. I ran one tank of just water through it before doing coffee and it still tasted somewhat like plastic. Therefore, I would suggest at least two cleaning cycles of just water before use. Our second batch of coffee which was the third cycle overall did come out good with a great taste. I like that it can do K-cups or single serve with a little basket for coffee grinds that it comes with. It is pretty simple to switch out the functionality and it has a flip-out shelf when doing single-serve cups or travel mugs. While this coffee maker does not have a clock or timer to set it up to brew before you wake up we really do not care about that since we are coming from a Bunn coffee maker which does nothing but brew 10 cups when you set it up every day. I will have to say that this Bella Pro is pretty fast which is important to my family. It brews 12 cups in about 7 minutes which is only about two minutes slower than our previous coffee maker but it brews 2 more cups so it is pretty close I guess. The tank in the back is easy to access and the carafe is nice. I like the tall slim design of it which enables the width of the coffee maker to be less than most others. Bella did a good job of keeping this Bella Pro compact while still being versatile and able to brew 12 cups or single-serve. This seems like a good coffee maker for the price and is a great choice for someone who wants a versatile coffee maker with limited counter space. There is also no strong brew selection but when we did have one of those it brewed slower in that mode. My solution is just to add more coffee if you want it stronger which is pretty simple. I do not see any major faults with the Bella Pro Series coffee maker but there are a few upsides to it when compared to other brands out there. Another small but nice feature is the hot plate area is recessed so that the carafe fits into it perfectly centered every time. I also like the auto on and off hot plate so we do not have to remember to turn it off like our old one. I think Bella did a good job on this coffee maker it only has the features you need to keep usage simple while still being a dual-purpose and it looks good doing it. It only has two buttons that toggle through either the carafe settings or single serve settings with 8, 10 or 12 cups for the carafe or 8, 10 or 12 oz for single serve. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who does not mind getting up and making their coffee every morning and waiting seven minutes for it to be ready.

I got the Bella Pro Series Single Serve and 12 cup coffee maker combo for my coworkers and myself and all have only had positive comments. The machine is quieter than the Bella Pro single serve machine I was using previously, and I don’t know if it’s just got more pressure or exactly why, but the coffee and hot chocolate are noticeably stronger as well.
To date, we have only used it with the K-Cups; we already have a regular coffee maker which is working fine; but if that one ever goes bad, we’ll use this machine for both.
The reservoir holding 12 cups is a big win for my team since the break room with a water dispenser is a longer walk from our office area. I do wish the reservoir was removeable though, I would add a star for that feature.
As I am sure many other reviewers will note, there is no timer/clock on this machine, which could be a bigger deal for some. Since we only (for now) use it in single serve mode, it’s not an issue, and when we do eventually use it for full pots of coffee, I don’t think it will be a problem; it’s fast and our existing machine doesn’t have one either.
I’ve had one coworker complain about the height limitation for the coffee cup, she has a taller, metal vessel that she prefers to use as it keeps the coffee hot for a long time, but it doesn’t fit.
Overall, we’re quite pleased with the coffee maker. It’s simple to use, gives you a hot cup of coffee in about a minute, and is quiet. It gets used throughout the day and hasn’t let us down; I consider this to be a great machine in a small office setting and recommend this Bella Pro coffee maker.

While this isn’t going to be anyone’s idea of a gourmet coffee maker, it does hit a sweet spot for size and the ability to brew either single-serve cups or full pots of coffee. I personally prefer having a warming plate under a glass carafe rather than just an insulated carafe so a brewed pot will stay warm longer. However, this pot is small enough that you might not need it to stay warm that long. It does have a compact size and shape so you will be able to fit it under most kitchen cabinets, though you do need access to the top to add water. The window for viewing the water level in the reservoir is only visible from one side, so you will need to orient it so you can see that gauge. It’s nice that it comes with both a reusable strainer for drip coffee and a reusable pod for single serve, so you can get by without buying filters or Kcups. The attachments for changing between drip coffee and coffee pods is easy to swap out, but it can be difficult getting a used Kcup out of the holder. It also has a flip-down tray, so you can position your mug closer to the spout and off the heating surface when making a single cup of coffee.

Bello Pro coffee maker. It is very convenient to be able to make one cup of coffee at a time but there are times you would want to make a pot for others to enjoy, as well. There are a few models out there that can do this – I’d like to call one a convertible (like a car) – this one you actually have to change the adapter inside to make it work to keep the machine smaller, I suppose.
Unpacking wasn’t difficult but taking the plot adapter out of the glass jar was not easy. It was pretty much stuck inside and I had to turn it around so it can be removed.
Like others one cup at a time Keurig coffee machine, you pop in carefully one of those one time use coffee or you can use the reusable filter that you can use your own coffee grounds. It gets a bit messy because you will have to clean it out after each use but this will save you money. There are two very sharp large bore needles that you have to be very careful so I don’t think children should be using this without supervision (let alone the hot water that it produces could be dangerous, as well). And to remove the adapter to make a part of the time, you have to be careful so pay attention when you do this.
As with any coffee machine, you want to use cold, filter water. I knew somebody who pored in very hot water, and the heat basically burst the Keurig pot, making a big mess.
The water is poured into the back of the machine – there is a translucent scale on the right side and you can see how much water is in the machine. If the water runs too low, in the middle of making a cup, it simply stops. The machine isn’t smart enough to let you know the water is too low.
The manual that comes with it is not easy to understand. It wasn’t trying to get too technical, but I figured out how it is used without one.
It remembers the last setting – either 8, 10, or 12 ounces cup size. If you press the button you could change the size of the cup – but if you press the singleserve button again, it simply turns it off.
You cannot switch to one pod at a time unless the insert is in place.
There is no timer you can set this machine to make a pot or cup, say, in the morning. You just have to do it when you ready to drink the coffee.
There is no emergency off button if you forget, for example, to put the pot or the cup beneath the output area.
This machine is good for home use it or want to buy it for work, it is not for a busy office. It doesn’t hold that much water in the back, and it takes a bit of time to make a cup so you will have a line of people waiting. It is the nature of this type of one cup at a time machine so I don’t believe even the more expensive one could make a faster cup. It works perfectly fine for me, and it will do for many people.

Coffee tasted like bitter coffee-flavored water! Tried using it twice with two different premium coffees and double checked measurements. I assume this may be due to the poor filter design which has a solid bottom instead of mesh as well as the machine having no option for brew strength.
I called their customer service number and spoke to someone who had trouble speaking English but had no trouble hanging up on me! I will be returning this and will never buy anything from Bella again.

Be aware.. the instructions arent extremely clear on the paper about which attachments should be in use for single cup of coffee. So far no complaints.

Terrible cheaply made product. I was excited to have the option of a single serve or full carafe, but this broke within a week of use. The latch came off and I tried to reattach it, but I noticed that it was melted and warped from the steam that comes out the front so it won’t go back on. We didn’t put hot water in it, only cold tap water. Back to the store this goes for a refund and on the hunt for a new one. Very disappointed.

It is very difficult to set up the single cup option

No clock. I miss the clock and being able to set it to brew

Love it! No presetting timer that’s a bummer… otherwise this coffee pot duo rocks.

TOP TIER. this is what you need. I bought this for my parents and it was top tier like I said. You can either do K cups or whatever cups and regular coffee with the adapter it comes with. It looks nice, decent size. Clean. Top tier. Goated. Like the Michigan Wolverines 〽️ 〽️

Worked fine for a month and 3 days after it could be returned stopped working

Works. I usually drink 4-6 cups of Coffee per day so I have not used the included single cup adapter yet.

Old person w arthritis review: the design is a pain to maneuver from the full pot to individual to pot again, very cumbersome, water temp on single setting is not hot enough, bought on sale
