    The coffee is quite decent but it is not really hot and you get dripping after finishing a brew, or dripping from the brewer head while running the steam wand. I find that the coffee puck always ends up with a watery pool when removing the basket from the head after brewing. So I would not buy it again.

    The pressure was horrible I don’t know if it mine was defected but when I click to make the coffee in 2 seconds stop and the amount of coffee was equivalent a 5 ml(like spoon of medicine )I thought it was the tight coffee I lose it nothing , try with just water same thing even when I make the set up to get it started with just water do the same thing so after many attempts I return it

    The instructions to get the machine primed did not really work for me as they had them detailed. I had better luck priming the system via the steam function. Was able to get a full stream of water through there to get the machine primed. After that machine worked fine and the steam function worked just like it needed too.

    This is, hands down, the best espresso machine at such an amazing price! I used to work at a Cafe, and the dynamic of this machine is very synonymous to the commercial one we use there, which makes it easier for me to get a rythm going with it. I’ve owned a couple of other ones before this, and they always fell subpar in one way or another.. mediocre steaming capabilities, gave out quickly, etc. None of that with this! Not to mention, i love that it has a water well, much like a keurig. It makes it quick and convenient to make a speedy latte before work 🙂 12/10, highly recommend!

    Competitive price compared to similar products. Functionality is good, and heats up water extremely fast and makes no sound. The metal catch-tray could fit a little better into the slot but is fine otherwise.

    I liked the design, the material, and the look and feel. Its functions were acceptable for the price. It was easy to clean. The size of the water tank could last 1-2 weeks depending on how many shots you make espresso. However, all of these did not matter anymore when it leaked. Water was coming out from the base, not the orifice at the bottom of the tank, after only 3 weeks of once-a-day use. I have a second thought of getting this same one again but rather not taking another disappointment.

    Everything you need to make yourself a nice cup of espresso, pretty straight forward. I would recommend if you want a great machine for this price!

    HAD TROUBLE GETTING MOST ANY CUP TO FIT UNDER THE NOZZLE.

    IT FUNCTIONED BUT WAS NOT BETTER THAN MY COFFEE MAKER..

    Every shot I pulled from this machine had a crazy amount of crema. It was very simple and easy to use once I read the manual. The only thing I haven’t quite figured out is how to get the coffee grounds less wet after I pull a shot. But I believe that is a user error and not an issue with the machine. I absolutely love this machine and at this price it’s a steal!

    Great little espresso machine. The is take a lot to prime it when you first start using it and the instructive don’t tell you that you have to hit the button 15+ times before it will work. But once you get it going its great.

    The steam wand does not work at the same time as the brewer, so making coffee takes a little longer. The espresso is pretty good quality across multiple grind settings, even though you cannot dial the machine in. It’s perfect for a low cost machine.

    Cute machine and I’ve managed to make a few cappuccino’s that we’ve enjoyed but I don’t get this “prime 15 times” – I followed the directions in the manual about getting it to the right amount for the single and double (manual says to hold the button for three seconds) but when making either a single or double I have to continually hold the button in to get a decent amount out. Also I’m pretty sure I was sold an open box for full price as the little black thing on the steamer wand was not included (May return because of this) – or maybe this was just a packing error. I have to say at this time I don’t recommend because of the instructions and getting such a tiny amount out when choosing either single or double. I’d like to be able to change my review to a more positive one if anyone can offer any assistance.

    This thing did not work good at all, but the return at Best buy was so easy. Switching between to steam it would send steaming hot water into your fresh brewed espresso.

    Great Espresso machine for the price. The good thing about it, is that you can use regular coffee as well as finely grounded espresso beans. In addition to this Bella Pro espresso machine, I have a Breville espresso machine & the coffee/espresso made with the Bella is just as good as the Breville. You can’t beat the price. I bought a 2nd one for a gift. The 9nly negative thing is that the pucks on the Bella Pro are watery and not as easy to discard. Other than that if you are just starting out in making home espresso and fancy coffee drinks, then the Bella Pro is the way to go!

    Very hard to use. I can’t seem to figure it out you would think it has a couple buttons so no problem but no it’s far more complicated.
