Received at a very nice discount for Black Friday. Makes single shots, double shots, and Nespresso Virtuo (the smaller, original pods). Definitely a fan of the Espresso shot option, as it makes top notch espresso with freshly ground beans.

So far it works well.
My only problems are these, but these are minor issues.
1. My large mug won’t fit.
2. It seems there is no indication on when to refill water.
3. There is no fool-proof to prevent me from brewing without closing the capsule door/handle. It ruins my coffee occasionally. This should be a very simple design

Does not work out of the box. Do not waste your time and money. This is the first review I have ever written because people need to know.

Very limited documentation. Unable to find it on Bella websites. Many parts are made of ABS or similar type plastic. It’s compact with a nice finish, but doesn’t speak high-end. Followed directions and no water moved through it so decided it needed to be returned. However, knowing that it has a pump and pumps often need to be primed, I decided to try something. I placed the water tank inlet of the unit into a running faucet forcing water into the system. This apparently primed the pump and it worked properly. It is operating now. Made about 5 double shots without issue so far. It’s very simple, convenient and the espresso seems fine. The pump makes noise which would be expected. It isn’t particularly loud. Wonder how long it will last though?

Love this and it’s ease of use. The only issues that I have with it are that when I open the compartment to empty and wash the used espresso grounds out when I return it back and try to push the lever it’s very cold and difficult to close. So now I just rotate between the 2 that I have.

Ive used it for both capsule espresso and hand tampered espresso pulls and both turned out delicious! It does get a little loud, and pulls suspiciously fast, but overall its a solid espresso maker option!

I love this coffee maker. I had originally wanted to get a Nespresso but did not like that you could only use pods. This machine allows you to use ground coffee and pods.

Pretty good espresso machine using Peet’s original pods. I have yet to make espresso using my own coffee beans which is more of the reason why I bought this machine. It is quite loud when it makes the espresso. I like the feature of making 2 different sizes of coffee. It does make crema. Great price when it’s on sale. For the sale price, it’s worth it if you can’t afford the more expensive one using Vertuo pods.

It is a nice machine for the price. The coffee comes out warm but not hot enough, I heat up the cup in my microwave for 12 seconds to become acceptable. I hope Bella listens to this complaint.

I was super skeptical about purchasing this machine but decided to take my chances. Honestly, I am very happy that I did. It took me a second to get water filtered through but after looking at some of the product q&as, I got it figured out and its working great.

Best option for Espresso and Capsule lovers, I used for 6 months and both the Espresso and the Capsule side worked perfectly however, shortly after that the capsule side started to malfunction until it quit working.

Makes a great cup of espresso, with a nice thick crema-head, am pleasantly surprised of product value (paid only $60) though instruction book could be better and no videos available online for the product, but thus far I am very satisfied.

I wanted to love this especially since it has capsules and loose ground adapters but it simply wasn’t reliable. The first one I purchased the water wouldn’t pump into the grounds chamber. Customer service said it was defective and sent a replacement. The new one arrived with same issue. I wiggled the valve at the base of the reservoir and it worked until I had to refil the water. The water reservoir valve wouldn’t consistently allow water to be pumped. It was cute but I ultimately returned the replacement as well.

Yo, to be honest I still haven’t figured out how to operate this machinery, but the fact that it does work, seems good enough for me, in the future I will purchase a better product though, I was on vacation when I thought it was a good idea to buy something low price for a lifestyle change. Fact that you can’t find any procedures online, not even Youtube got this machinery, quite a bummer

Worked well at first. I liked that I could use either the pods or my own coffee. If it sits dry for a while it needs to be primed again. After a few months it was hit or miss. Watery coffee. I cleaned it on a regular basis but it didn’t help.

This machine creates a very decent espresso, and for the price that I bought it at, the quality:price ratio is off the charts especially considering this also doubles as a nespresso machine.
To everyone reading the reviews: getting it started was definitely a pain in the butt. For whatever reason, it seemed like it wasn’t drawing water from the tank. This seems to be where the vast majority of 1-star reviews are getting stuck at where they’ll press the button, hear the pump noise, and no water/espresso comes out. On the plus side, their customer service line did answer my call even if they couldn’t solve the problem themselves. But I did find the solution: slightly lift up the water tank and push it back down onto the base several times to get the water to feed into the machine. *Then* run the machine as it says in the instructions. Repeat this a few times. When running it for the first time, this machine does take a little bit to get running which is a little annoying. But afterwards it runs perfectly. I actually look forward to my coffee each morning now.

Thank goodness I read the reviews which warned of receiving a used product. I took the box off the porch and could immediately tell it was used. I’ll be returning it today as I don’t have the time or energy to figure out why the previous owner returned it. If they aren’t advertising that the item is refurbished, whatever issue the unit had could not have been fixed. Shame on Best Buy for the bait and switch.

I have purchased several of these machines.
They make great gifts and on special all the time. Worth the price for sure. I had Return on investment (R.O.I) After the furst week on money i would have given to SB. I started with using pods for it and was pleased with the product in the cup. At one point i was between pod deliveries and was forced to use the ground coffee cartridge, well didn’t think it could get any better than using the pods, i was wrong. Using grounds fresh or canned has been the true shining star. I stopped using the $40 a box pods. We have a different brand of machine at work. It needs constant maintenance and cleaning. This unit doesnt have this issue.
I travel with my machine I have even checked this unit in my luggage.
Cons i have had trouble with a couple of units priming out of the box
Espresso temperature could be hotter. Normally the second cup hotter.

Been using this product for a while now and I can say it’s good. Doesn’t take much space and it’s user friendly. You can program it to put out more coffee if it’s needed. The only down side that I couldn’t give a 5 star rating is the noise, it’s too loud and not good to use when people are still sleeping in. Other than that it’s good.

Product was defective. Followed the directions to make first cup and while it made noises like it was going to make a cup, no water was pulled from the reservoir or dispensed. Attempted to call the companies customer service line with no help. Then as this was a Christmas gift I gave them the barcode and instructions for return/exchange and when they arrived ar the store the only option was to return the item and refund my card so they still do not have their Christmas gift! If an exchange option was unavailable the app should have let me know so they didn’t waste their time! The product felt nice and seemed of decent quality, I would give the product one more chance.

The other reviews crack me up because everyone complains it doesn’t come with the refillable gold pod, which is actually just an example of a blank nespresso pod.
I use every morning and have completely stopped my coffee shop trips. I prefer to use ground espresso (the way intended if you read the instruction manual )
