    I bought this one on Black Friday for a decent price and so far am very happy with it.

    Knob that you use to push the bread in came off and is lost. Now my wife is mad at me.

    I just got this toaster and was disappointed to learn that “stainless steel” is a COLOR, not the material of construction. It’s clearly mild steel with a nickel/chrome finish, not the fine brushed stainless steel appearance from the photo.

    This toaster will burn Everything you put in it. I’ve had to use the setting on 1, you put it on 2 and it’s guaranteed to be burnt. The bagels are good on one side and the other side is very close to being burned.

    It’s a great little toaster and I like the features but after the first two pieces of toast come out you have to adjust the setting to lower or the next two will be overcooked. I’ve found that setting of two and a half is just about perfect. I don’t know why anyone would go want to go higher and eat burnt toast. Yuck. Other than that it works great for bagels etc.

    Solid toaster, the gluten-free setting is very good. Nothing earth shattering, but it does a better job on gluten-free goods vs cheap toasters without that setting.

    The Bella toaster worked perfectly for the 1st 3 or 4 days. Now, on the medium setting (3), the bread is much darker on one side than the other. This issue may be unique to this particular unit. However, it’s a good toaster and easy to use. The Bella toaster has a gluten free setting and also a Bagel setting, in addition to standard toast. what I really like about this unit is the ease of removing and cleaning the crumb catch tray, which pulls completely out and slips back in with ease. I would recommend this toaster.
