    This is a great little appliance. Cooks evenly, gets to temp quickly… Only POSSIBLE complaint would be it’s hard to find chickens small enough to utilize the rotisserie function. Wish it was a little bit larger… We’ve managed a couple small chickens and several pork loins and it does an amazing job!

    Workd great so far, but ckeaning is a nightmare. I need to do research and find a disposable drip tray liner because ghe amount of grease that runs in those racks is horrible. Love that thr door opens to the side and there’s plenty of room inside but only having racks where grease goes all over is not fun.

    This product cook food very fast without drying out. The door to the left with built in handle is great, gives the door more stability. Just be careful of length of cook time, very efficient.

    I like it because it has more space and I didn’t like the part when food is cooked the air fryer didn’t stop or beep to let you know that the food is done. If you don’t watch the food will get burned. This fryer didn’t have light, I only hear noise. I don’t know if it suppose to be like that.

    Fan started rattling after using it twice and they wouldn’t exchange it for me because I returned it two days passed the time because my father recently passed away and I didn’t make it to the store to return it before the date , Best Buy doesn’t care about the customer anymore.

    Having trouble figuring this one out- we have burned more in this than our previous air fryer.
    Doesn’t let me turn it off when time is still left but food is done cooking.. top shelf stuff gets done before the bottom.

    I have other Bella products that i am satisfied with, but this air fryer disappointed me. I bought this as a gift and it worked great for nearly a year with occasional use. Then suddenly the temperature would not exceed 205 degrees. No more baking or french fries! I have now replaced the Bella since it no longer worked as expected.

    I was very excited to get this, but unfortunately it’s just not functional for us. The trays cause a big mess every time you try to take your food out – grease and crumbs everywhere. Also, they’re hot so you have to have an oven mitt. The timer and temperature settings like to reset back to 400 degrees and 20 minutes. At first I thought it was user error but 2 other people have tried and experienced the same thing. There are times I cooked things that came out still cold, and other times they were burnt to a crisp. I can’t seem to find a happy medium. I’m going back to the traditional air fryer with the baskets and basic controls.

    First Best Buy has the worst warranty ever , I won’t recommended this air fryer 🙁 is not working good at all , sad I saw the reviews too late
