I had too many issues with these. I bought 2 brand new sets and one refurbished. All of them sucked. They all stop charging. Get stuck in this weird mode where they blink red white red white. And if that doesn’t happen one of the earbuds stops working

I returned these headphones cuz the original accessories were missing and they just put some 3rd party/after market ear tips and stuff instead. I wanted to use the medium size tips but those weren’t included. Just large and small size. But the original headphones come with 4 sets of tips. I’m afraid to buy refurbished from best buy now. It doesn’t appear their refurbished products are actually refurbished, they are just used and reboxed.

I bought these for my son but didn’t give them to him right away. When I did give them to him they would not connect to his iPod or any other device. Unfortunately this was after the warranty period. Waste of money. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with a refurb item from Best Buy. Not sure I’ll do that again.

I bought this for my dad and if you don’t mind the cord these are good. But now he wants AirPods. So it’s your choice. Battery life isn’t as long though. Same as AirPods.

Absolutely love these Beats! wear them nearly everyday, great sound & isolation. Super lightweight, hardly know I’m wearing them. Battery life could be better, but with lightning connection, get a good 2hr recharge in about 5 mins, so pretty easy to work with. The app is a nice addition, but I hardly bother with it myself, great sound out of the box
