    So this is the second time best buy installed the interface and it still wont save my radio presets. Dont know why interface says its compatible with my 2008 benz but it is not. Please help!

    As other reviewers have noted I wasted several hours of my life in ordering two of these harnesses and in the end both failed to deliver what they state they could do. I have a 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK-350 non-premium but don’t think that matters as all other cars listed I am not confident this product is for my car despite many sites stating otherwise. Sad, in the end lost all functionality of my steering wheel controls for a radio that now feels like a very expensive Bluetooth speaker.

    This made the install simple and worked fine on 2009 clk350. Didn’t have to use the speaker wires as mine had a MOST fiber amp. Just purchased a $100 MOST adapter from the web and the factory speakers and amp worked great.

    It is prewired for the steering wheel control harness from Axxess which made the install of that harness very easy.
