The capture card is great. No audio or video issues. Footage returns back crystal clear.

Seriously perfect. I got this for a capture card for my DSLR for webcam use and legitimately the best purchase like that that I have made. So great!

I was having a hard time deciding between this and the Elgato HD60 s+ but after doing some research, the Live Gamer Ultra just seemed to offer more for the same price. 4K streaming, virtually zero lag pass-through, and a (relatively) simple set-up process. If you are looking for capture device for streaming your video game consoles, I can’t recommend this one enough.

Hey thanks for the invite and I’m really happy boyy this

I believe AVerMedia products are better than elgato! Ultra low lag! Great video quality produced!
Keenish –
What an amazing product! Now I’m able to stream all my gameplay in amazing quality!

This capture card was on the prices side and was a bit hard to use/set up for me, I am a beginner to this stuff so that may be why. I also notice that it tends to freeze up on me alot as well and I have to restart it somehow. I should have gone with el gato, a bit late now though.

This thing gave me the better quality of capturing from my VCR, than most of the other capturing devices. However it won’t capture anything from my DVD players because it’s too conscious about copyrights.

Got this for my PS4 Pro game recording, and it works great, easy to set up and captures 4K as advertised. Also works with Nintendo switch and performs well.

This capture-card is Great! Good for 4K , just extremely hard for installation wise (ie Software , Drivers , etc) They have several on their website. Its really hard to find them on there
Linda –
Easy to use and supports 120fps passthrough which is great for the new consoles!

Best blue tooth speak I have bought. Works great and has really good sound

1 of the best buys i ever made, get the pun? Lol better then elgato love the pass-through wich you don’t get with elgato and at the same price

My package got stolen but I got another one and it’s great! 1440/1080p 120hz passthrough is a must for ps5! I wish it had an analog audio port but it’s fine without it.

soooo. i have some issues with this device. and like everything else its normally a driver based issue. im very weary of this product but love it at the same time!
issue 1: input lag/ audio dely.
when streaming, and playing at 120fps.. you get this crazy input lag, every few min. or so. the feedback literally will fast forward, and your stream will look like it lagged hard. AUDIO LAG.. doesn’t always happen, which is even more frustrating. when it does happen be prepared for at least 5sec delay.
issue 2: its not recording at 60fps on FB.
the video quality is not the best. playing at 120 fps, and recording at 60..the video appears to look at 30fps. My elgato HD60 s out performs this streaming quality.
perks: This device is excellent at passthrough with the exceptions of input lag on occasion.
this device seems to mainly be beneficial at making recordings rather then streaming.
record quality is mint. just forget about streaming on it.

seems to work pretty well so far, installation can be a bit of a pain in the butt, and you will probably need a longer USB 3.1 cable

I bought an El Gato HD 60 and replaced it with this product. It was a great decision all in all.
MrGo –
simple and good for streaming xbox series x and s … =)
John –
I have an Xbox Series X and wanted something that could record 1080p 120hz gameplay. This ended up being the perfect solution.
Trin –
Great Thing that’s a ton of fun and looks great on the system!

The device advertises that you can record and play in HDR. While that may be true, the colors are extremely washed out and unacceptable for quality videos. On top of that, the device is unable to capture gameplay audio while you have a headset plugged into the respective consuls controller. So for instance, at night when I want to play my PlayStation five and plug in my headset and record gameplay; there will be no audio recorded from the device. Because of these factors I’m simply going to have to return the device. I don’t understand why this device is so highly rated when it has so many glaring flaws. if you have a PlayStation five or Xbox series X or S you might as well just use them to live stream your gameplay and then download the live stream after. It no longer makes sense to buy such an expensive device like this when it barely performs to the standards that it advertises.

best present ever. the best gamer device out there
David –
Surprised my son with it. Works great. He loves it.
DylanN –
Great capture card, has all the features I needed and it was cheaper than elgatos option that had the same features. Great capture device for the money.
Invisiblekatana –
This certainly works if you don’t record in 4k since it still lets you play at 4k with the passthrough but now you can get the updated version and you’re set on both fronts until the companies start pretending we’ll get 8k 1000fps.

Works as advertised out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it has no perceivable lag when hoked up on its own USB port and hub right off the motherboard. The editing software key was to old to use, and the editing software itself being now quite old is not a problem as there are many very good and affordable alternatives.
