Awesome design, easy to clean! Simple set up! Very cold water! Hot water maxes out around 160°-170°, perfect for delicate teas and oatmeal’s, not quite hot enough for coffee, but very easy to reheat in a kettle! Love it! Self-cleaning feature is awesome! Ozone rules!

Awesome, cold water dispenser is pretty cold (I would compare it to ones inside of a fridge) and the hot water gets really hot but I don’t use it as much. Really easy to install and replace 5 gallon water jugs.

Had this unit for going on two years. Has worked flawlessly for what it is. Compressor started to run continuously. Email support was little to no help with issue. If you’re proficient with electronics and can diagnose yourself, call support instead of email and you’ll have access to parts to repair yourself as finding parts online for this unit isn’t an option. Hope this helps someone.

not bad, my mistake was that i thought it had 3 button options for water. one for cold one warm one hot, but the warm/hot is same just need to turn off on heat button thats major turn off

Just received, unboxing was very easy and the unit has no damage. Put a new gallon in it and let it ge and cool, water dispenses and tasts great, its deffinan upfrade from my previous primo unit. The tube that goes in the water tank looks to be stainless and not poly pipe which is really cool.

Very crisp cold water and perfect hot water for cup noodles and tea. It pours a little slow but honestly worth it. If you are in a rush don’t expect speedy Gonzales. Very easy set up

I love this unit. I had to replace an older rental from my water company and this has been great! The unit is shorter than I realized, however I was able to put it into a shelf step and it’s perfect. It can be a little loud at times but I find that easy to ignore. The water is hot (sometimes a little too hot but that’s not necessarily a bad thing) and the cold water is a nice cold as well. All and all I totally would recommend this unit!

Its pretty quiet even when dispensing water, compared to the one I had from the water company before. It is a little shorter then the other dispensers I’ve seen but so far extremely happy with it and the price point was even better.

Won’t heat up the water to a high temperature. Only warm water comes out. Empty bottle light would come up for no reason.

Overall we really like the dispenser! Only negative would be that the water does not get that cool, but it still tastes better than what’s coming out of our faucets.

Great price, paying a little extra for the bottom loaded water coolers is definitely worth it, very convenient. Being able to just push your cup against the levers on this one is a nice touch too. Takes up little space and doesn’t make your home feel like the office when you’re looking at it

Design is nice, lighting where water is dispensed is helpful, cold and hot water function. Loud motor, shaking when dispensing… VERY slow to dispense water too. I would NOT buy this brand again…in fact, looking to replace this one now.

Does what it’s supposed to do. No defects or anything like that with mine. Works perfectly fine. Only thing is that the light is a little switch on the back and when switched on, it stays on all the time, unlike other water dispenser lights that light up when you get water. Still a 5 star product though
